Who can say that the departed one's form body does not exist? In the 'Praise of the Dharmadhatu,' it is also said: 'The nature of mind appears as two; how can one transcend the world in this way? Attachment to self is samsara; if one can separately recognize it, when desire ceases, there is liberation; when hatred and ignorance cease, eliminating them is Buddhahood itself, the refuge of all sentient beings. From knowing and not knowing, everything is in this very body; bound by one's own discriminations, if one knows oneself, one becomes liberated. It is neither going nor coming; in this very place where afflictions are pacified, what is seen and not seen, enlightenment is neither far nor near.' And also, from the sutra 'The Manifest Presence of the Buddha Now': 'The mind makes the Buddha; it is also seen by the mind itself. The mind is my Buddha; the mind is the Thus-Gone One. The mind is my body; seeing the Buddha is seeing the mind. The mind is my enlightenment; the mind is without inherent existence.' Thus, if conceptual thought, that is, the mind, becomes the Dharmakaya, then regardless of whether its body has marks and signs or not, because what establishes the form body is not marks and signs, etc. The form body of the Buddha is established upon the very basis of the Buddha's mind, as it is said: 'The Dharmakaya is the body of the Victorious Ones.' For example, in the state of non-learning union, the mind's luminosity, the body that is the basis of ultimate truth, the illusory body, the conventional truth, that is established as the form body of the Buddha, such as when King Indrabhuti, relying on that body, practices the union body, that body is established as the form body. Similarly, when the glorious Shavaripa attained the supreme accomplishment of the non-learning Mahamudra, the form body remains abiding in the very realm of the basis of the hunter's samsaric body, thus attaining the non-abiding Nirvana that is completely liberated from samsara and peace. As Parphuwa said: 'Yogis, masters of power, knowing conceptual thought as the Dharmakaya, knowing their own body as the form body, thereby become liberated in the realm of samsara.' At that time, the contaminated mind and the conceptual thoughts of the three realms arising from the mind,

It is not established that conceptualized real entities can be abandoned. The samadhi of the noble ones, free from outflows, of the path of seeing and meditation, the non-conceptual wisdom, it is not established that real entities are specifically to be proven. To be free from the arrogance of hope and doubt regarding affirmation and negation, means that the arising of certainty free from thought is the nature of mind. Certainty free from thought and certainty free from thought, these two are the same in meaning, only the way of expressing them is different. Because there is no possibility of wavering from certainty. Some people consider certainty to be the conceptualization of confusing sound and meaning, and for the realization of phenomena free from thought, certainty cannot be established. This is from the perspective of temporary certainty. Only that kind of certainty is ultimately uncertain. Because the object is a real entity, and the mind that cognizes it as a real entity is a conceptualization, since there is no such thing as an established real entity, the certainty of cognizing it is itself a delusion, so what is uncertain about it? Therefore, certainty is the certainty of the meaning of the nature of reality as it is. How can such certainty be free from thought? When the meaning of the nature of reality, free from elaboration, becomes manifest in the self-cognizing wisdom, the thought of being unborn and free from elaboration is also free from the root of one-sided pursuit of the certainty of conceptual thought. If it is uncertain, it cannot be realization. The distinction of what is called certainty is also explained. If it is not free from thought, then it is with the grasped and the grasper, and that phenomenon itself becomes knowable. If that is the case, then the ultimate truth of the nature of reality cannot be knowable. Because it is devoid of all the elaborations of the knower and the known, and it transcends its object, it is said to be free from thought. If it is not manifest, then it is the view of hearing and thinking, which has the aspect of general meaning, so it is not so, so it is said that the nature of reality is manifest. If it is not free from thinking, then it will become an object of conceptualization, so it is said to be free from thinking. If you strongly insist that certainty free from thought is unreasonable, because if it is free from thought, it is impossible to establish certainty about what is certain, if you think like that, then the subject, the conventional phenomenon is certain.
