因为有极大的危险，所以必须避免堕入断灭空。认识自性的人，不会因业力而受生于轮回。然而，如果由于不可思议的业力因缘，出现中阴等显现时，因为没有血肉等粗大物质作为依靠，所以依靠心的显现之门也极其清晰，如果不能用忆念来把握认识自性，就一定会把握不住，在中阴时，无论出现阎罗、天子天女等任何景象，贪嗔等一切自性执着的烦恼都会自然清净，从而使空性和慈悲的智慧能力进一步提升，在中阴本身就能成就自他大利益。其他都容易理解，所以自性显现后，不要散乱，用忆念守护，并修习它。 108

Because there is great danger, one must avoid falling into the trap of nihilistic emptiness. A person who recognizes the essence will not take rebirth in samsara due to karma. However, if due to inconceivable karmic connections, appearances of the bardo, etc., arise, since there is no coarse material like flesh and blood to rely on, the door of mental appearances upon which to rely is also extremely clear. If one cannot grasp the recognition of the essence with mindfulness, one will inevitably fail to grasp it. In the bardo, whatever appearances arise, whether Yama, sons and daughters of the gods, etc., all afflictions of self-grasping, such as attachment and aversion, will naturally be purified, thereby further enhancing the power of wisdom of emptiness and compassion, and in the bardo itself, great benefit for oneself and others will be accomplished. The rest is easy to understand, so after the essence has arisen, do not be distracted, maintain mindfulness, and cultivate it. 108
