་ཤོགཿ ཅེས་བརྗོད་དྲི་གསུར་རྣམ་དག་བྱཿ དེ་ནས་ལམ་བསྟན་འདི་བཞིན་ཏེཿ འདི་ནས་ནུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་རོལ་ནཿ བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམསཿ སྡུག་བསྔལ་མིང་མེད་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ལྡནཿ དེ་ན་མགོན་པོ་འོད་དཔག་མེདཿ སྲས་འཁོར་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ཚོགས་བཅས་བཞུགསཿ ཞིང་དེར་ཚེ་འདས་ཁྱོད་ཉིད་ནིཿ ཐོགས་མེད་ནམ་མཁའི་སྐར་མདའ་བཞིནཿ སྐུད་ཅིག་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོགཿ ཚེ་འདས་རྣམ་ཤེས་ཧྲཱིཿདམར་གྱིཿ རྣམ་པར་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཀྱང་ཿ འོད་དཔག་མེད་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་པརཿ ཆོས་སྐུའི་གཏན་སྲིད་ཟིན་པར་ཤོགཿ ཅེས་བརྗོད་ ཕཊཿ སྒྲ་གསུམ་གྱིས་སྤརཿ པདྨ་འདམ་གྱིས་མ་གོས་སོགསཿ ཐ་མའི་ནུབ་མོ་རྟེན་བྱང་བུཿ སྲེག་ཚེ་སྟོང་ཉིད་ལ་གཞོལ་བཞིནཿ ཆོས་ཉིད་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མེསཿ ཚེ་འདས་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་བུད་ཤིང་དང་ཿ སྲིད་པའི་ཉོན་མོངས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུནཿ ལྷན་ཅིག་ལྷག་མེད་འབར་གྱུར་ཅིགཿ སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་གཟུངས་རིང་སོགསཿ གང་ནུས་བརྗོད་ནས་བྱང་བུ་བསྲེགསཿ བསྔོ་བ་ སྨོན་ལམ་ཅི་ནུས་བྱཿ དེས་ནི་ཕྱི་མའི་འགྲོ་བ་ལཿ ངེས་པར་ཕན་ཐོགས་ཐེ་ཚོམ་བྲལཿ འདི་ནི་སྣང་མཐའི་བྱིན་ཐོབ་པའིཿ རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཀུན་བཟང་གཞན་ཕན་གྱིསཿ བྲིས་འདིས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་འོད་ཀྱི་ལྷའིཿ གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིགཿ ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་ནམ་མཁའ་འཇིགས་མེད་ཀྱིས་བགྱིས་པའི་དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིགཿ དམ་ཆོས་བདེ་ཆེན་ལམ་མཆོག་ལསཿ གཤིན་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ།

愿能往生！如此说后，以香和三种供品进行彻底的净化。然后，像这样指引道路：从这里向西的方向，是极乐世界，没有痛苦之名，充满安乐幸福。那里有怙主无量光佛，与眷属子众和化身之众一同安住。亡者您，愿能像无碍的空中流星一样，仅用一瞬间到达那个净土。亡者的神识，以红色舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）的形象，在那净土中转生之后，与无量光佛无二无别，愿能获得法身的永恒地位。如此说后，啪（藏文：ཕཊཿ）！以三字真言加持。莲花不被污泥所染等等。最后的夜晚，将亡者的牌位焚烧时，安住于空性之中，以法性离戏的智慧之火，愿亡者的罪障如柴薪，以及轮回的烦恼和一切痛苦，一同毫无剩余地燃烧殆尽！念诵无量光佛长咒等，尽力念诵后焚烧牌位。尽力回向和发愿。如此，对于来世的众生，必定有利益，毫无疑问。这是获得无量光佛加持的，瑜伽士普贤的利他之举。以此书写，愿一切众生获得光明之神的位置。书写者是南卡吉美，愿以此功德，一切众生皆能往生极乐净土。 殊胜正法大乐道中，亡者仪轨慈悲铁钩。

May you be reborn! After saying this, purify thoroughly with incense and three offerings. Then, guide the way like this: From here to the west, is the realm of Sukhavati, without the name of suffering, full of bliss and happiness. There dwells the protector Amitabha, with his retinue of sons and the assembly of emanations. May you, the deceased, reach that pure land in an instant, like a meteor in the unobstructed sky. May the consciousness of the deceased, in the form of red Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥), be reborn in that pure land, and become inseparable from Amitabha, may you attain the eternal state of the Dharmakaya. After saying this, Phat (藏文：ཕཊཿ)! Bless with the three syllables. Like the lotus not being stained by mud, etc. On the final night, when burning the memorial tablet of the deceased, abide in emptiness, with the wisdom fire of Dharmata, free from elaboration, may the sins and obscurations of the deceased be like firewood, and all the afflictions and sufferings of samsara, be burned away completely without remainder! Recite the long mantra of Amitabha, etc., and burn the tablet after reciting as much as possible. Dedicate and make aspirations as much as possible. Thus, for the beings of the future, it will surely be beneficial, without doubt. This is the altruistic act of the yogi Kuntuzangpo, who has received the blessings of Amitabha. By this writing, may all beings attain the position of the gods of light. The scribe is Namkha Jigme, may all beings be reborn in the pure land of Great Bliss through this merit.
