Therefore, listen to the words of truth, Enjoy the offerings of generosity, abandon harmful thoughts. For all the people and livestock to be protected, If the seed of disease is planted, Quickly withdraw it and free from disease. If you disobey the command, You will violate your previous oath, The punishment for violating the oath will come quickly. What is that? It is like this: In the past, the lord of secrets, Gathered the power and strength of the wrathful ones of the ten directions and three times into Garuda (藏文：ག་རུ་ཎར།，梵文天城体：गरुण，梵文罗马拟音：garuṇa，汉语字面意思：Garuda), And empowered him with blessings and abilities, Praising him for devouring nagas, fierce spirits, and earth lords. As he obeyed the command and thoroughly destroyed the lower demons, The beings of the nagas were on the verge of extinction. At that time, Tsugna Rinchen Requested refuge from Manjushri, When the naga son Dondrub was subjected to The food tax of the Garuda, Avalokiteshvara protected him, In the future time to come, According to the command of the two noble ones, Vowing not to harm beings, And established the Garuda king as witness. If that oath is broken, The wrathful assembled Garuda king, Will shatter you like dust. Just like the oath on the verdict, Today, release the disease of those who need protection, Withdraw the noose of the demons, Eliminate evil thoughts and actions, Accomplish the work of benefit and happiness! Thus, with the six-syllable mantra and six mudras, Blessing and offering the offerings, Purifying, expanding, and transforming with the power of samadhi, Offering with the pure intention of the three spheres, In the realm of enjoyment of the six senses, Offering beautiful forms and pleasing sounds, Fragrant smells and sweet tastes, Soft touches and joyful dharma, And substances that are complete with the wealth of all desires. Please accept these, release the disease of those who need protection, Withdraw the noose of the demons. Withdraw the poison of sight, the poison of touch, the poison of breath, And all the poisons of evil thoughts and actions, Release the disease of those who need protection, Withdraw the noose of the demons. Withdraw the earth lords, fierce spirits, and earth demons, All the seven and six kinds of magical activities, And all infectious diseases, Release the disease of those who need protection, Withdraw the noose of the demons. In short, diseases caused by the karma of evil deeds, And diseases caused by sudden events and demons, Withdraw them all without exception, And pray to cut the noose of the demons! After saying this, use the water of the mantra vase To perform the bathing ritual.

如是。（藏文）吽！ 圆满一切功德宝瓶中， 降临大乐不变金翅鸟身。 所降秘密真言之水流， 令所护之业惑障垢染， 无余清净澄澈。 念诵根本咒及下文而沐浴。 此外宿业习气之垢染， 以及突发因素所致之疾病， 嗔恨所生之热病， 贪欲力所生之寒性病， 痴愚所生之培根三病， 顺分违分错乱风胆等， 一切清净澄澈。 如上念诵真言而沐浴。 上方邪魔星曜等， 下方龙及地神作祟， 中间邪魔鬼魅女众药叉， 男魔女魔土地神等， 有形无形垢染邪魔， 一切清净澄澈。 如上念诵真言而沐浴。 特别是龙、厉鬼、地神等， 所致之见触口臭等， 以及恶思所致之毒等， 蔓延之毒与不蔓延之毒， 七种六种瘟疫脓肿疮疖， 腹水水肿癣疥等， 一切清净澄澈。 如上念诵真言而沐浴。 家畜之肺痨、颈部肿胀、腹泻， 瘟疫、热病、口疮、呕吐等， 马病、痉挛、眼疾、僵硬， 肺病、咳嗽、气喘、伤口寄生虫等， 肢体僵硬等马骡， 损害侵扰之疾病种类， 羊病、癫痫、头晕， 疥疮、虱子等， 家畜疾病种类所有， 一切清净澄澈。 如上念诵真言而沐浴。 此外，年份、月份、日期、时辰之， 灾煞、凶兆、恶梦、不祥之兆， 战争、盗贼、婚姻、馈赠、接受之过失， 善事、贸易、宾客、买卖之争端， 如是等等，政教诸事， 过失、不宜、不应、不知之类， 一切清净澄澈。 如上念诵真言而沐浴。 人畜外赎物丰盛， 以沐浴水洗涤之污水积聚， 以镜子影像沐浴家畜， 以此法本之真言与魔障怨敌之真言， 以及摧毁一切、重叠黑点之真言等， 沐浴后，如是擦拭。 宝瓶之顶饰孔雀翎， 能表所表如是观。 （藏文） ཧོཿ 能食毒物饮食之， 唯孔雀独具之特性， 以真言之见、修、行、果四者， 舍弃与亲近。

Thus it is. (Tibetan: Hūṃ!) In the vase that possesses all perfections, The body of the great bliss, the immutable Garuda, descends. With the stream of secret mantras that descends, May the stains of karma, afflictions, and obscurations of the one to be protected, Be completely purified and cleansed. Recite the root mantra and the following while bathing. Furthermore, the stains of habitual tendencies from past karma, The diseases caused by sudden circumstances, The fever arising from hatred, The cold diseases caused by the power of desire, The three Pekan diseases caused by ignorance, Harmonious and discordant mixtures of wind and bile, etc., May all be purified and cleansed. As above, recite the mantra and bathe. Above, the harm from planets and stars, etc., Below, the harm from nāgas and earth lords, In between, the harm from gyalpo spirits, tsen spirits, māmo spirits, and female yakshas, The harm from male spirits, female spirits, and theurang spirits, The harm from embodied and disembodied, defiled and stained spirits, May all be purified and cleansed. As above, recite the mantra and bathe. Especially the sight, touch, and bad breath caused by nāgas, virulent spirits, and earth lords, And the poison caused by evil thoughts and actions, The spreading poison and the non-spreading poison, The seven and six types of plagues, boils, tumors, and skin diseases, Ascites, dropsy, ringworm, and scabies, etc., May all be purified and cleansed. As above, recite the mantra and bathe. Livestock's lung disease, neck swelling, diarrhea, Pestilence, fever, mouth sores, vomiting, etc., Horse diseases, cramps, eye diseases, stiffness, Lung disease, cough, asthma, wound parasites, etc., Stiffness of limbs, etc., for horses and mules, The types of diseases that harm and injure, Sheep diseases, epilepsy, dizziness, Scabies, lice infestations, etc., All types of livestock diseases, May all be purified and cleansed. As above, recite the mantra and bathe. Furthermore, the inauspiciousness of years, months, days, and times, The curses, omens, bad dreams, and evil signs, The faults of war, theft, marriage, giving, and receiving, The disputes of virtuous deeds, trade, guests, and buying and selling, Like that, all religious and political affairs, Faults, improprieties, unsuitability, and ignorance, May all be purified and cleansed. As above, recite the mantra and bathe. Humans, livestock, external ransom objects in abundance, The wastewater accumulated from bathing water, Bathe livestock with mirror images, With the mantras of this text and the mantras of obstructing enemies, And the mantras that destroy all and accumulate black spots, etc., After bathing, wipe as follows. The peacock feather adorning the vase, View the signified and the signifier as such. (Tibetan: Ho!) The ability to consume poisonous food and drink, Is the unique characteristic of the peacock alone, With the four aspects of view, meditation, conduct, and result of the mantra, Abandoning and embracing.

Not clinging to individual appearances, practicing the generation and completion stages of the path as they are, through the deity, mantra, samadhi, and the playing of instruments, one can transform impurity into purity. The peacock's feather, the dot on it, is the very nature of the five wisdoms. By bathing your three doors, may you eliminate the demons that arise from the spread of the five poisons, may all obscurations, impurities, and toxins be purified like wiping a mirror, may they become clear like washing a crystal ball, may they blaze like the sun in the darkness. By the unchanging nature of reality and the unfailing power of the truth of Dharma, outwardly cleanse the harm and obscurations of the five elements, inwardly cleanse the harm and obscurations of the five aggregates, secretly cleanse the harm and obscurations of the five poisons, cleanse the sicknesses, demons, and obstacles of all humans and livestock, cleanse bad omens, bad kalpas, and inauspicious signs, in short, may all disharmony and unfavorable circumstances be completely purified. Just as dust is swept away by a whirlwind, just as sunlight meets hail, may they be quickly and completely dissolved. By thoroughly purifying the illusions of mundane falsehoods with the ultimate truth of Dharma, may you gain the power to enjoy the glory of unchanging union and great bliss. As above, recite the mantras and bathe. Then, with five-colored threads, connect the nagas and the protected one, cutting the noose of sickness and demons with faith and the power of dependent origination. Hūṃ Khrōṃ! Listen, noble and lowly guests! Because you are generated by the power of the five poisons, becoming the masters of the combined wind, bile, and phlegm, therefore, you inflict threads of hot and cold diseases upon beings, binding them with five colors, enduring prolonged suffering. To counteract this, the powerful deity appears, the wrathful king Garuda, inseparable from the five noble families, therefore, the nature of the five poisons, the five threads of disease, are cut with the sword of the five wisdoms. The five types of poison arising from the earth lords, nagas, and fierce spirits, and those derived from them, the five poisonous snake nooses that harm humans and livestock, are severed by the beak and claws of the wisdom Garuda, with the nature of a sky-iron sword. These severed fragments, transforming the essence of sickness, demons, and poison into the fire of the five wisdoms, by completely burning them, purify the power and strength of the harm-doers into emptiness without a name. May I and the protected one be victorious! Recite the root mantra and subsequent mantras many times, burn the severed pieces of thread in the fire, and scatter ashes and odors, dispelling the demons with the giving of Dharma.
