Eight Great Bodhisattvas Practice. Treasure Vase Collection Maitreya Bodhisattva To practice the Akashagarbha (Namsé Nyingpo), begin with refuge, bodhicitta, and the four immeasurables. Purify with Swabhava. From emptiness, on a lotus and moon seat, your own mind transforms into the syllables (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning): ཁཾ་，खं，kham，space; ཨཾ་，अं，am，Ah. The syllables fully transform into Akashagarbha, with a blue body and wearing blue garments. The two hands make the teaching gesture at the heart, and the left hand holds the root of a lotus, blooming near the ear, upon which rests a blue-green sword. In the midst of a blazing blue mansion of the nature of space, surrounded by many wrathful deities holding blue staffs and other vidyadhara weapons, as well as emanations of various colors. The light from his eyes fills all of space with light and fragrant scents. On the crown of his head is a wish-fulfilling jewel, adorned with a precious royal crown, and decorated with silks and jewels. He sits in the bodhisattva posture on a lotus and moon seat, crowned with the five Buddha families. At his forehead is (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning): ཨོཾ，ओं，om，Om; at his throat is (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning): ཨཱཿ，आः，āḥ，Ah; at his heart is (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning): ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ，Hum. From these, light radiates, and wisdom beings are invited with 'Vajra Samaja.' They are merged with 'Jah Hum Bam Hoh.' Stabilize by reciting 'Tram Ba Ba Ta Ta Ha Ha' three or seven times. Visualize the seed syllable and mantra garland on the moon at the heart, and recite: 'Om Swasti Kamala Kshi Vipula Sambhava Dharma Dhatu Gochare Svaha.' This mantra, from the 'One Hundred and Eight Names,' possesses great benefits and supreme blessings for those who directly perceive the mandala of Akashagarbha. Recite this as much as possible. Also, recite the essence mantra of Akashagarbha: (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་ཤ་གརྦྷ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) 'Om Akashagarbha Ya Svaha' a little. During breaks, read the 'One Hundred and Eight Names of Akashagarbha' and the 'Akashagarbha Sutra,' etc. Make prostrations, offerings, and mandalas as much as possible, and offer prayers. At the end of the session, perform dissolution and dedication as usual. This pacifies the fears of disease, weapons, and famine, purifies all downfalls, brings auspiciousness, fulfills all wishes, and quickly attains immeasurable qualities from the ordinary state to Buddhahood. To practice Maitreya, begin with the same preliminaries as above. From the syllable (Tibetan: མཻཾ) 'Me' fully transforms into Maitreya, with a reddish-yellow body, one face, and two arms making the teaching gesture. The left hand holds a Naga tree branch with flowers, blooming near the ear, upon which rests a vase filled with nectar. 帕（pa）。于发髻之上，有大菩提之塔。身具所有妙相，是无能胜忿怒尊。随喜安坐。于其额间，书‘嗡’等字。诵念‘嗡 麦 德热达 哲德 德舍塔 吽’（藏文：ཨོཾ་མཻ་ཏྲི་དྲྀ་ཌྷ་ཙིཏྟི་ཏིཥྛ་ཧོཿ），使其稳固。于心间月轮上，书写咒鬘。诵念‘嗡 阿哲达 嘉雅 萨瓦 萨埵 萨玛雅 玛 努嘎达 梭哈’（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཛི་ཏཉྫ་ཡ་སརྦ་སཏྭ་ས་མཱ་ཡ་མ་ནུ་ག་ཏ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，Ajitañjaya sarvasattvasamāyamanugatā svāhā，无能胜，调伏一切有情，随其意乐）。主要持诵《金刚心要庄严经》中所说的自生咒。又，诵念‘嗡 牟尼 牟尼 斯玛拉 梭哈’（藏文：ཨོཾ་མུ་ནི་མུ་ནི་སྨ་ར་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།），此为慈氏近心咒，具有巨大利益，可随力念诵。可读诵慈氏百八名，以及慈氏发愿文等，修习四无量心。结座后仪轨如前。此法能增进慈心、智慧与利生事业，带来巨大安乐，成就戒律、福德与佛法。 地藏王菩萨： 地的精华是，从‘啥’（藏文：ཀྵིཾ་）字完全转变而来，地藏菩萨身色黄色，身披黄色上衣，寂静，眼角红色，头戴蓝色莲花鬘，右手持果，左手于莲花上持宝珠，放射绿色光芒，由金刚地基等眷属围绕。所居宫殿为黄色，周围环绕珍宝岩山与雪山，装饰绸缎与珍宝等，与心间坛城相似。诵念‘嗡 啥 嘿 惹杂 梭哈’（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀྵི་ཧི་རཱ་ཛ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།）七遍，使其稳固。咒语是：‘嗡 桑巴尼 桑巴 哈哈惹杂 玛哈 帕夏 玛如达 阿摩嘎 班杂 萨曼达昂 萨埵 梭哈’（藏文：ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ་ནི་སུམྦྷ། ཧ་ར་ཙ་ར། མ་ཧཱ་པཱ་ཤ ། མ་རུ་ཏཱ། ཨ་མོ་གྷ་བཛྲ་ས་མནྟའང་སཏྭ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།），此为《百八名经》中所说的‘赐予功德’陀罗尼，具有巨大功德利益，应尽力念诵。也可念诵‘嗡 啥地 嘎巴 啥 梭哈’（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀྵི་ཏི་གརྦྷ་ཀྵིཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།）。读诵《地藏百名经》与《十轮经》。此法能稳固政权，增长财富，获得一切所愿，一切功德事业广大增长。 除盖障菩萨： 从‘刚 芒 腾’（藏文：སྐཾ་མཾ། ཐླྷིཾཿ）字完全转变而来，除一切盖障菩萨身色白色，右手持满盛甘露之宝瓶，左手持白色莲花茎，于耳边绽放，其上为满月，放射无垢光芒。大回遮顶髻，轮王等诸多明咒忿怒尊于其足下顶礼，装饰绸缎等。诵念‘嗡 尼 梭让 巴 梭哈’（藏文：ཨོཾ་ནི་སྭཱ་རཾ་བྷ་སྭཱ་ཧཱས་）使其稳固。应念诵的咒语是：‘嗡 阿弥利达 宾度 杂瓦 玛哈 梭哈’（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་བིནྡུ་ཛཱ་ཝཱ་མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།），此为《百八名经》中所说的‘具足功德珍宝’之陀罗尼，具有无量功德利益，应主要念诵。

Pa. On the crown of the head, there is a great stupa of enlightenment. Possessing all the perfect marks and signs, he is an invincible wrathful one. Sit in a posture of your choice. On his forehead, write 'Om' etc. Stabilize it with 'Om Maitri Dridha Chitti Tishtha Hoh' (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). On the moon disc at the heart, arrange the mantra garland. Recite 'Om Ajitanjaya Sarva Sattva Samaya Ma Nuga Svaha' (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). Mainly recite this naturally arising mantra spoken in the Vajra Heart Essence Ornament. Also, recite 'Om Muni Muni Smara Svaha' (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), this close heart mantra of Maitreya, which has great benefits, as much as possible. Read the hundred and eight names of Maitreya and the aspirations of Maitreya, etc., and meditate on the four immeasurables. The post-session ritual is the same as before. This increases loving-kindness, wisdom, and the benefit of beings. Great happiness arises. Morality, merit, and Dharma are accomplished. Ksitigarbha (Earth-Essence): The essence of earth is: From the complete transformation of the syllable 'Kshim' (藏文：ཀྵིཾ་), Ksitigarbha is yellow in color, wearing a yellow upper garment, peaceful, with red eyes, wearing a garland of blue lotuses, holding a fruit in his right hand and a jewel on a lotus in his left hand, radiating green light, surrounded by retinues such as Vajra Earth Base. The palace is yellow, surrounded by precious rocky mountains and snow mountains, decorated with silk and jewels, etc., similar to the heart mandala. Stabilize it by reciting 'Om Kshi Hi Raja Svaha' (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀྵི་ཧི་རཱ་ཛ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) seven times. The mantra is: 'Om Sumbhani Sumbha Hara Chara Maha Pasha Maruta Amogha Vajra Samanta Ang Sattva Svaha' (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), this is the dharani called 'Giving Virtues' spoken in the Hundred and Eight Names, which has great benefits, and should be recited as much as possible.
