།སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་ 19-17-5a གྱིས་རློབས། །མཆོག་དང་ཐུན་མོང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །འདི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། །ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས། །མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་མཛད་པ་དཔག་མེད་པའི། །སྟོབས་དང་ནུས་པ་བསམ་མི་ཁྱབ། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཡི། །ཚེ་ཡི་བར་ཆད་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །སྟེང་འོག་ཕྱོགས་བཞི་མཚམས་བརྒྱད་སོགས། །ཕྱི་རོལ་སྣོད་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན། །འཕྲོས་དང་འཁྱམས་དང་ཡར་བ་དང་། །རལ་དང་ཞིག་པའི་ཚེ་གསོས་ཤིག །སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུའི་བགེགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །བརྐུས་དང་འཕྲོག་དང་བཅོམ་པ་དང་། །ཉམས་གཞིག་བྱས་པའི་ཚེ་ཁུག་ཅིག །འབྱུང་བ་དགྲ་གཤེད་འཐབ་པ་ཡིས། །ཉམས་དང་ཟད་དང་འཐོར་བ་དང་། །ཆད་དང་ཞིག་པའི་ཚེ་གསོས་ཤིག །གཞན་གྱིས་མནན་དང་བཅིངས་པ་དང་། །བསྐྲད་དང་གཟིར་དང་གཞོམ་པ་ཡི། །ཚེ་ཡི་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟློག །གཟུགས་ཅན་དགྲ་དང་གཟུགས་མེད་བགེགས། །སྔོན་ལས་འཕྲལ་རྐྱེན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས། །ཚེ་ལ་གནོད་པའི་རྐྱེན་བགེགས་རྣམས། །ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །ཚེ་བསོད་དཔལ་འབྱོར་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཚེ་སྲོག་རྣམས། །ནམ་མཁའ་བཞིན་དུ་བརྟན་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཉི་ཟླ་བཞིན་དུ་གསལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་སྐུ་ཐོབ་ཤོག ། 19-17-5b ཧྲཱིཿ ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཚེ་རབས་སྔོན་ནས་ད་ལྟའི་བར། །མི་དགེ་བཅུ་དང་མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ། །ལྕི་བཞི་ལོག་བརྒྱད་ཁར་མ་ཐོ། །ཐུན་མོང་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །རྩ་བ་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དང་ནི། །ཐུན་མོང་ཁྱད་པར་ཡན་ལག་གི། སྤྱི་དང་བྱེ་བྲག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །གཞུང་དང་འགལ་ཞིང་བརྫབ་པ་ཡིས། །ཆག་ཉམས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །སོ་སོར་ཐར་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་དང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་བསླབ་པ་དང་། །རིག་འཛིན་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་སོགས། །ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་བྱང་གྱུར་ཅིག །ས་མ་ཡ་ཤུདྡྷེ ཨཱཿཞེས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་གསང་བ་འདུས་པའི་སྐོང་བ་འཆི་བདག་བདུད་འཇོམས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གཏེར་སྟོན་རཏྣ་གླིང་པའི་གཡར་དམ་དུ་བདེ་ཆེན་གླིང་གི་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་དུ་བཀོད་པ་ལགས་སོ། །

以身语意加持，祈请赐予殊胜与共同成就。如是，祈请诸佛世尊，以及寿命之神众垂听。世尊寿命之神众，以您们无量的慈悲与事业，不可思议的力量与能力，以及神通与慈悲的加持，请平息瑜伽士修持菩提的一切寿命障碍。上方、下方、四方、四隅等，在外器世界中，所有耗损、流失、增长、衰败、破损的寿命，请予以恢复。八万魔障所偷盗、抢夺、破坏，以及衰损损毁的寿命，请予以收回。地水火风四大种敌对争斗所造成的衰损、耗尽、消散，以及断裂、破损的寿命，请予以恢复。他人压制、束缚，驱逐、折磨、摧毁的，所有寿命的障碍，请予以遣除。有形之敌与无形之魔，以及所有前世之业与突发之因缘，所有损害寿命的障碍，祈请全部平息。愿寿命、福德、财富增长，愿修持菩提的寿命，如虚空般稳固，如日月般明亮，愿获得不死寿命之身。 ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文），ह्रीः（梵文天城体），hrīḥ（梵文罗马拟音），大悲心！祈请寿命之神众垂听。从生生世世至今，所有十不善业、五无间罪，四重罪、八邪行，以及其他过失，所有共同的誓言违犯，我皆忏悔。根本的身语意，以及共同、特殊、支分的，所有总的与个别的，与经典相违背、混乱不清的，所有破损与衰损，我皆忏悔。别解脱戒的戒律，菩萨的学处，以及持明咒的誓言等，所有已经违犯的，所有一切，祈请全部清净。萨玛雅 秀提 ཨཱཿ （藏文），समय शुद्धे आः（梵文天城体），samaya śuddhe āḥ（梵文罗马拟音），誓言清净 啊！此《寿命修法秘密总集之圆满仪轨——摧灭死主魔军》，为伏藏师Ra tna gling pa（宝生洲）于誓言物中，在De chen gling（大乐洲）之寺庙中书写。

Bless with body, speech, and mind, grant supreme and common siddhis. Thus, Buddhas and Bhagawans, life deity assembly, please heed. Bhagawan life deity assembly, with immeasurable knowledge, compassion, and deeds, inconceivable power and ability, through the blessings of miraculous power and compassion, pacify all life obstacles for the yogi who practices bodhi. Above, below, the four directions, the eight intermediate directions, etc., in the outer container world, all depleted, lost, increased, decayed, and broken life, please restore. The eighty thousand obstacles that steal, plunder, destroy, and diminish, please retrieve. The elements fighting as enemies, causing decay, exhaustion, dissipation, severance, and breakage of life, please restore. Others suppress, bind, expel, torment, and destroy, all obstacles to life, please avert. Visible enemies and invisible obstacles, and all past karma and immediate causes, all causes and obstacles that harm life, please completely pacify. May life, merit, and wealth increase, may the life for practicing bodhi, be as stable as the sky, as clear as the sun and moon, may we attain the immortal life body. From past lives until now, all ten non-virtuous actions, five heinous crimes, four heavy offenses, eight wrongdoings, and other faults, all common samaya violations, I confess. The root of body, speech, and mind, and the common, special, and branch, all general and specific, contradicting and confusing the scriptures, all breakages and diminutions, I confess. The vows of individual liberation, the precepts of the bodhisattva, and the samayas of the vidyadhara mantra, etc., all that have been violated, all without exception, please purify.
