ས། །མི་མཐུན་དུས་ཀྱི་རྒུད་པ་ཀུན་ཞི་ནས། །ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་བདེ་སྐྱིད་དཔལ་འབྱོར་རྒྱས། །དགེ་བའི་སེམས་ལྡན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་འཕེལ། །མཐའ་ཡས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལམ་ལ་འཇུག །འཇིགས་མེད་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་གནས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཆོས་ཉིད་གདོད་ནས་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་ལ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒུད་པ་ཡེ་ནས་མི་མངའ་བའི། །བདེན་དོན་གཟིགས་པ་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ཀྱི། །སྨོན་ལམ་མཐུ་བཙན་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྟོབས་ཆེ་བས། །འཁྲུལ་སྣང་སྙིགས་མའི་རྒུད་པ་རབ་ཞི་ནས། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ངོ་མཚར་སྣང་བ་ཡིས། །ས་གསུམ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཁྱབ་པའི་དགེ་མཚན་དཔལ། །ཉིན་མོར་བྱེད་པ་བཞིན་དུ་གསལ་གྱུར་ 6-1-6b ཅིག །ཧྐྞྨླྭྲྱྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྟོགས་ལྡན་ཆེན་པོ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཤྲཱི་ཛྙཱ་ནས་དུས་རྒུད་ཞི་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞིག་བྲིས་ཞེས་གསུང་བསྐུལ་ལྟར༧མི་ཕམ་འཇམ་དཔལ་དགྱེས་པས་ཆབ་མདོའི་ས་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཞི་བ་ས་བྱི་དབོ་ཟླའི་ཚེས་རྒྱལ་བའི་གྲངས་ཀྱི་དུས་དགེ་བར་དམ་པ་དང་པོའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་སྟེ་སྦྱར་བ་དགེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ དགེའོ། །

愿不顺时期的所有衰败平息， 愿寿命延长，无病无痛，幸福安乐，财富增长。 愿具善心者，弘扬佛法事业日渐兴盛， 愿无边众生，皆步入菩提正道。 愿获得无惧大乐之境地！ 于法性本初清净之中， 本无痛苦衰败。 愿证悟真谛之诸佛菩萨， 以其祈愿之强大力量与慈悲之力， 使迷乱显现之衰败得以平息， 愿吉祥美好之奇妙景象， 如日光般照亮三界， 愿善妙功德之光辉普照。 嗡啊吽（藏文：ཧྐྞྨླྭྲྱྃ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：身语意），梭哈（藏文：སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：圆满）！ 此乃瑜伽自在成就大士释迦师利智（Shākya Shrījñāna）应请所作之平息时衰之祈愿文。米庞·蒋扬·嘉措（Mipham Jamyang Gyatso）于昌都地区，在土鼠年都月吉祥之日，向第一位佛陀祈祷后撰写，愿一切吉祥！ 善哉！

May all the misfortunes of inharmonious times be pacified, May life be long, free from illness, with happiness, peace, and prosperity increased. May those with virtuous minds increase their Dharma activities, May limitless beings all enter the path to enlightenment. May we attain the state of fearless great bliss! In the primordially pure nature of reality, There is inherently no suffering or decline. May the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have realized the truth, Through the powerful strength of their prayers and the power of their compassion, Pacify the decline of deluded appearances, May the auspicious and wonderful visions, Shine like the sun, illuminating the three realms, May the glory of goodness and virtue pervade everywhere. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā! This prayer for pacifying the decline of the times was written by the great accomplished yogi Shākya Shrījñāna upon request. Mipham Jamyang Gyatso composed it in the Chamdo region on an auspicious day in the Wood Rat year, after praying to the first Buddha. May all be auspicious!
