净化身体的各个部分，使之逐渐清净。 拥有天神般令人愉悦的身体，超越世间一切。 如日月般长久住世，寿命绵长。 通过荟供和朵玛，满足根本上师、本尊、护法三根本。 将成就一切愿望的重任，托付于他们。 此外，汲取水之精华、乳汁等。 摄取饮用之精华，滋养血液。 以石之精华，使骨骼坚硬。 摄取各种花朵的精华，容光焕发。 通过热药和火候的调配，恢复体温。 通过宝瓶等，增益衰损的风脉。 摄取长生不老甘露之精华，恢复心力。 增长一切寿命，滋养一切地、水、火、风四大元素。 因此，应当依赖于适当的方法。 以甚深缘起之法， 使一切事物各得其所。 随时依循适当的方法。 以本尊咒语和甚深观想修持长寿法。 从而如意获得一切成就。 一切万法皆是空性，如幻如化。 了知其自性，则一切皆可转为道用。 尤其是，心的本性即是光明。 在无所缘的广大自性中。 以依止上师口诀的信心。 安住于平等舍中，便能获得殊胜成就。 能自在掌握本初金刚之命。 因此，以大悲心和真诚的利他之心。 在衰损之时，肩负起弘扬佛法和利益众生的重任。 愿你们成为有能力成办二利（自利、利他）的勇士。 对于那些拥有殊胜智慧的人们。 我将这比如意宝还要珍贵的甚深教言交付于你们。 愿你们也能深知此教言的重要性。 不舍弃任何修持，精进修持。 如诸佛和持明者的无欺教言一般，体验成就的喜悦。 以此善妙之行广弘佛法之功德。 愿所有护持佛法者之莲足永固。 愿由此力量，佛法兴盛。 愿一切众生皆得安乐，吉祥如意！ 此文由米庞·南巴嘉瓦（Mipham Nampar Gyalwa），亦名蒋扬·吉贝多杰（Jamyang Gyepai Dorje）者，于绕迥历铁兔年五月上弦初十，旭日东升之时，在东方写成。善哉！吉祥！

Purifying the various parts of the body, gradually making them pure. Possessing a delightful body like that of a deity, surpassing all in the world. Living in the world as long as the sun and moon exist, with a long lifespan. Through tsok and torma, satisfying the root guru, yidam, and dharmapalas, the three roots. Entrusting them with the great task of accomplishing all desires. Furthermore, extracting the essence of water, milk, and so on. Ingesting the essence of drinks, nourishing the blood. With the essence of stones, making the bones strong. Extracting the essence of various flowers, possessing radiance. Restoring warmth with the combination of hot medicines and burning treatments. Increasing the diminished wind element with vases and the like. Extracting the essence of immortal nectar, restoring mental strength. Increasing all life, nourishing all the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. Therefore, one should rely on appropriate methods. With the profound interdependence, Making all things appropriate in their own way. Relying on appropriate methods at all times. Practicing the long-life practice with the deity's mantra and profound visualization. Thereby accomplishing all desires like a wish-fulfilling jewel. All things are empty in nature, like illusions. Knowing their self-nature, everything can be transformed into the path. Especially, the nature of the mind is primordially clear light. In the unconditioned, vast nature. With faith in the guru's oral instructions. Abiding in equanimity, one attains supreme accomplishment. One gains mastery over the life of the primordial vajra. Therefore, with great compassion and sincere altruism. At the time of decline, take on the responsibility of spreading the Dharma and benefiting beings. May you become warriors capable of accomplishing the two benefits (self and others). To those who possess supreme wisdom. I entrust this profound teaching, more precious than a wish-fulfilling jewel. May you also deeply understand the importance of this teaching. Without abandoning any practice, diligently practice. Like the infallible words of the Buddhas and vidyadharas, experience the joy of accomplishment. By the merit of spreading the Dharma through this excellent conduct. May the lotus feet of all Dharma protectors be firm. May the Buddha's teachings flourish through this power. May all beings be placed in happiness and well-being, may there be auspiciousness!
