In the language of Tibet: The Tantra of the Great Perfection, Samantabhadra's Wisdom Space. Homage to the Bhagavan, the Sugata Essence. In the great Akanishta, the self-appearing pure realm of the unerring nature of reality, the awareness that has been primordially enlightened is none other than Samantabhadra. The Bhagavan, the King of Form, the King of Feeling, the King of Perception, the King of Formation, the King of Consciousness, and the five great elements, such as earth, water, fire, wind, and space, are all one method with the assembly of heroes and heroines who purify the senses, objects, and time. At that time, the great bodhisattva called Conceptual Vajra rose from his seat and asked: \"You have repeatedly taught that the dharmas of samsara and nirvana are shown to be separate and distinct from the difference between the alaya and great wisdom. What is the distinction between their respective characteristics? What is the basis and essence of what is called mind and mind-essence?\" The Bhagavan replied: \"The alaya is the great general basis of all samsara and nirvana, like the state of being asleep when the senses have not awakened to their objects. Even during the five states of mindlessness, the nature of the support and the supported of mind and mind-essence remains in a latent state. In the lower tantras, this is taught as the nature of the Sugata-garbha, but for the time being, it is for the sake of guiding children who doubt the stainless dharmadhatu. Therefore, the meaning of this is that the gate of pure wisdom is the path of nirvana, the appearance of the great bindu, like an ocean of fruition dharmas, and the impure gate of samsara, afflictions, and the collection of conceptual thoughts, which are inconceivable, exist in a latent state of non-manifestation. It is neither sentient being, nor Buddha, nor the wisdom of the path, nor mind-essence, but the container or basis of all.\"" } ] ============================================================

Naḥ. It is called the Ālaya. There are four types: the original ground Ālaya, the combining meaning Ālaya, the habitual body Ālaya, and the habitual variety Ālaya. To summarize their essence: the realm of the Ālaya is like an egg that does not conceive of anything. The rising as a plan for various skill containers is the Ālaya-vijñāna itself. From that, the wind stirred by the three, virtuous, non-virtuous, attachment, aversion, and neutral, is the characteristic of the mind. Thus, the mind that grasps and rejects actions, awakened from the objects of the six senses, stirs. The afflicted mind is accompanied by the ego-grasping, the five root afflictions, the twenty near afflictions, the fifty mental factors, and the eighty-four thousand assemblies of realization, leading in the manner of arising and abiding, completely perfecting all the dependent origination of the three realms without exception. Alas! The Vajra-wisdom of realization, from the realm of the Ālaya, although not materially contradictory in terms of continuity, is called the transformation of essence, like awakening from sleep. Thus, although the senses awaken to objects, they are not tainted by the appearance of objects, nor are they contained within the sheath of the two ignorances, co-emergent and imputed. In the nature of mere non-discrimination, although mind and mind-essence appear to be the same, mind is accompanied by grasping and invisibly associated with the habitual tendencies of objects, while mind-essence is free from elaboration in essence, clear in nature, and the wisdom of all aspects cannot be disturbed by objects or sinking and excitement, thus perfecting all the dependent origination of nirvāṇa. From the Tantra of the Wisdom Space of the Great Perfection Samantabhadra, the first chapter explaining the doors of the ground and saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. Again, the Vajra of Realization asked: Is it possible or not to establish the reasons for before and after and time at the boundary between saṃsāra and nirvāṇa? Is the teacher Samantabhadra also manifesting in the form of an illusion in the aspect of other-appearance virtue? How is the truly established reality of phenomena collected by other tantras? Please explain, Teacher. The command was given: In the appearance aspect of the Nirmāṇakāya, there are past, future, and present, thus establishing the three times. I, Samantabhadra, am...
