为了积聚资粮而顶礼膜拜。 ཨ༔ 对于圆满四相的上师，我无有分离地顶礼。 献上清净风心的供云，忏悔未曾积聚的罪恶和堕落。 从离于二取中随喜，在不可言说的法轮运转中，祈请安住于圆满大成就之中。 将善根之聚回向于光明法界。 如是献上七支供。 之后，为了加持融入，对面前的上师生起强烈的虔诚心，如果可以，念诵传承祈请文。无论如何， 光明四相圆满后，智慧显现为不变的五身。 虹身大迁转清净之身，不死的比玛拉米扎（藏文：བི་མ་མི་ཏྲ་，梵文天城体：विमल मित्र，梵文罗马拟音：Vimala Mitra，汉语字面意思：无垢友）。 请以慈悲垂念我，现在赐予我亲身的加持。 如是祈请。 ཨོཾ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་བི་མ་ལ་མི་ཏྲ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་བི་མ་ལ་མི་ཏྲ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）如是专注念诵后，接受灌顶。 再次祈请三次，从上师额间的嗡（藏文：ཨོ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：）中发出白色光芒，如新月般，出现无数与上师自身相同的身相。融入自己的额头。 清净了身脉的障碍，获得了有相宝瓶灌顶。 能够观修显现存在立为基础的坛城，征服了第八地，成为了具有获得五身果位的有缘者。 从上师喉间的阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：）中发出红色光芒，如日出时的光线，出现无数的阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：）里嘎里（藏文：ཀཱ་ལི，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：kāli，汉语字面意思：）之链。融入自己的喉咙。 清净了语气的障碍，获得了无相秘密灌顶。 能够念诵无生自生金刚，征服了第十一地，成为了具有获得五语果位的有缘者。 从上师心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：）中发出蓝色光芒，如蓝色熔化的精华，出现无数的蓝色明亮的阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：）字。融入自己的心间。 清净了意明点的障碍，获得了非常无相的智慧灌顶。 能够观修大乐光明之智慧，征服了第十三地，成为了具有获得五意果位的有缘者。 从上师的三处发出如彩虹般的光芒，从意宝的宫殿中出现充满五光的球体。融入自己的三处和心间。 清净了平等智慧的障碍，获得了极其无相的第四灌顶。 本来清净任运成就双运。

Along with prostrations for the sake of accumulating merit. AH! To the Lama who has perfected the Four Visions, I prostrate without separation. I offer clouds of pure wind-mind offerings, I confess sins and downfalls that have not been accumulated. I rejoice in the absence of dualistic grasping, While the inexpressible Dharma wheel is turning, I pray that you remain in the great perfection of accomplishment. I dedicate the accumulation of virtue to the luminous space. Thus, I offer the seven-limbed practice. Then, in order to receive blessings, generate intense devotion to the Lama in front of you, and if possible, recite the lineage prayer. In any case, After the clear light has perfected the Four Visions, Awareness arises as the unchanging Five Kayas. The pure form of the rainbow body great transference, Immortal Vimala Mitra! Please consider me with compassion, Bestow manifest blessings now! Thus, pray. OM AH HUM GURU VIMALA MITRA HUM HUM. After reciting this mantra single-pointedly, receive the empowerment. Again, after praying three times, from the OM (藏文：ཨོ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：) at the Lama's forehead, white light like a rising moon and immeasurable forms identical to oneself appear. It dissolves into one's own forehead. The obscurations of the body's channels are purified. One receives the vase empowerment with conceptual elaboration. One is empowered to meditate on the mandala of appearance and existence established as the basis. One overcomes the eighth bhumi. One is made capable of obtaining the result of the Five Kayas. From the AH (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：) at the Lama's throat, red light like the rays of the rising sun and immeasurable garlands of Ali Kali appear. It dissolves into one's own throat. The obscurations of speech and wind are purified. One receives the secret empowerment without conceptual elaboration. One is empowered to recite the unborn, self-arisen Vajra. One overcomes the eleventh bhumi. One is made capable of obtaining the result of the Five Voices. From the HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：) at the Lama's heart, blue light like the essence of molten blue and immeasurable clear blue A syllables appear. It dissolves into one's own heart. The obscurations of the mind's bindu are purified. One receives the wisdom empowerment that is utterly without conceptual elaboration. One is empowered to meditate on the wisdom of great bliss and clear light. One overcomes the thirteenth bhumi. One is made capable of obtaining the result of the Five Minds. From all three places of the Lama, light like a rainbow appears, and from the palace of the Citta Jewel, a full sphere of five lights appears. It dissolves into one's own three places and the center of the heart. The obscurations of equalizing wisdom are purified. One obtains the fourth empowerment that is utterly without conceptual elaboration. Primordial purity, spontaneously accomplished union.

有权禅修。依止智慧上师。成为能成就果位功德和五种事业的幸运者。最后，上师欢喜化为光，融入眉间喜悦凝聚的中央，观想白色的明点被阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）所标记，如豆般清澈透明， स्थिर不動，专注其上，守护觉性空性的本然状态，安住于那唯一的真实。出座时，以此善行愿我等，速疾成就大恩上师，等等，伴随各种回向和祈愿，进入座间的行持。这些的观想次第，详细内容可从引导文中得知。修习前行时，将共同的七种修心法门，每一个都分为一座进行修习，直到生起体验。特别是通过不作意而修心，从而使止观的禅定在相续中得以纯熟。如果按照数量来计算皈依等，则皈依、发心、百字明、积累资粮的咒语等，都要圆满十万的数量。如果能结合七支供修完十万个大礼拜，那就非常好了。特别是祈请文要念诵十万遍，祈请文的念修要念诵一百万遍等等，至少要做到这些来进行修持。主要的是要努力直到各自的体验和征兆生起，这样一来，在生起正行的证悟功德时就不会有困难，因此一定要确定前行的基础。这以上的内容，也是光明化身金刚从引导文精华浓缩的明点秘密圆满中稍微展开，以仅仅念诵仪轨的善根，愿与此结缘者皆能被接引到普贤王如来原始的境界中。愿一切时中吉祥。（藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།，梵文天城体：सर्वदा कल्याणं भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ bhavatu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时中吉祥） 列哲钦波的无垢友的甚深精要的前行念诵如流水般安排的智慧秘密圆满。

Have the authority to meditate. Rely on the wisdom of the Lama. May you be fortunate enough to accomplish the five qualities of fruition, merit, and activities. Finally, the Lama himself dissolves into light with joy, merging into the center where joy gathers at the brow. Visualize the white bindu marked with the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), as clear and transparent as a bean, स्थिर不動 (fixed and unmoving), focus on it, maintain the innate state of awareness and emptiness, and rest in that one reality. When rising from the session, may I and others quickly attain the glorious protector Lama through this virtue. Accompanying various dedications and aspirations, enter into the conduct between sessions. The details of these visualizations can be learned from the detailed instructions. When practicing the preliminaries, divide each of the seven common mind training practices into sessions and practice until experience arises. In particular, by training the mind through non-conceptualization, cultivate various types of Shamatha-Vipassana Samadhi in the mindstream. If counting the number of refuges, etc., then the refuge, bodhicitta, the hundred-syllable mantra, and the mantras for accumulating merit should all be completed with a hundred thousand repetitions. It would be excellent to complete a hundred thousand prostrations in conjunction with the seven-branch practice. In particular, recite the prayer a hundred thousand times, and the recitation of the prayer should be done a million times, etc., at a minimum. Mainly, strive until your own experiences and signs arise, so that there will be no difficulty in generating the qualities of realization in the main practice. Therefore, be sure to establish the foundation of the preliminaries. This is also a slight elaboration by the Light-Radiant Emanation Vajra from the essence of the instruction manual, the condensed essence of the secret perfection, so that the virtue of merely reciting the ritual will cause those connected to be led to the primordial state of Kuntuzangpo. May there be auspiciousness at all times.
