་འཛིན་དགྲ་བགེགས་དབྱིངས་སུ་སྒྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །ཆུ་བོ་།སྨིན་བྱེད་དབང་གི་ཆུ་བོ་བསྐུར་ཐབས་ལག་ལེན་དང་བཅས་པ། དཀྱུས་བཤད་གཞུང་གི་ཆུ་བོ་འགྲེལ་ཊཱི་ཀ་སྟོང་ཐུན་དང་བཅས་པ། གདམས་པ་ཉམས་ལེན་གྱི་ཆུ་བོ་ལག་ལེན་མངོན་རྟོགས་དང་བཅས་པ། མན་ངག་གནད་ཀྱི་ཆུ་བོ་དྲིས་ལན་གེགས་སེལ་དང་བཅས་པའོ། །བཞི་འདུས་གདམས་པ་ཉམས་ལེན་ཅིང་། །ཡེ་ཤེས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་སོགས་ཕུར་བུ་བཞི། །ནམ་མཁའ་ཙནྡན་ལྟ་བུའི་གང་ཟག་བཞི། །ཀུན་བཟང་རིགས་བཞིའི་ས་ལ་འགོད་པར་ཤོག །སྐྱེ་བ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ལམ་མཆོག་འདི་ཉིད་ལ། །ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་པར་གུས་པས་སྒྲུབ་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །བར་ཆད་བགེགས་ཀྱི་གནོད་པ་མི་འབྱུང་བར། །མཐུན་རྐྱེན་མ་ལུས་འབད་མེད་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཚེ་འདིར་འཆི་མེད་དཔལ་དེའི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ལྡན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་གཉིས་ཟུང་འཇུག་ ཐོབ་པའི་དོན། །ཡང་དག་ཤེས་ཤིང་སྒྲུབ་ལ་བརྩོན་བྱས་ཏེ། །ལྷག་པའི་ལྷ་ཡིས་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་ཤོག །ཕྱོགས་རིས་མུ་མཐའ་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས། །ཡང་ཡང་དྲིན་གྱིས་སྐྱོང་བའི་མར་ཤེས་ནས། །ཚད་མེད་སྙིང་ནས་བརྩེ་བའི་བསམ་པ་ཡིས། །རྟག་ཏུ་གཞན་གྱི་དོན་ལ་བརྩོན་པར་ཤོག །ཤཱཀྱ་སེང་གེའི་རིང་ལུགས་མཐའ་དག་དང་། །རྨད་བྱུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་བསྟན་པ་མཆོག །ཁྱད་པར་ས་སྐྱའི་རྗེ་བཙུན་བཞེད་གཞུང་རྣམས། །ཉན་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་རྒྱས་པར་ཤོག །རང་བཞིན་རྣམ་དག་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་བདེན་པ་དང་། །རིག་འཛིན་ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ཡི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་། །ཆོས་སྲུང་དམ་ཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ནུས་མཐུ་ཡིས། །ཇི་ལྟར་སྨོན་པའི་གནས་རྣམས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདིའང་འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་སྨྲས་པ་སིདྡྷི་རསྟུ། །སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།། །། སྨན་སྒྲུབ་ལག་ལེན་ཟིན་ཐོ་མདོར།

愿将执持的邪魔鬼怪超度于法界！河流，成熟灌顶的河流，附带灌顶之方法和实修；正文讲解的河流，附带释论、注释和空性；诀窍修行的河流，附带实修和证悟；口诀要点的河流，附带问答和遣除障碍。四合一诀窍勤修持，智慧菩提心等四橛（藏文：ཕུར་བུ་བཞི།），如虚空旃檀般的四种补特伽罗，愿安立于普贤四种姓之地。生生世世于此殊胜道，无有怀疑以恭敬而修持，愿无有障碍邪魔之损害，一切顺缘无需勤作皆成就。今生具有不朽光辉之戒律，获得菩提心二者双运之义，如实了知并精进修持，愿为殊胜本尊所摄受。无有偏袒无边际之众生，知为屡屡以恩情养育之母亲，以无量慈爱之心，恒常勤奋为利他。愿释迦狮子的所有宗义，以及稀有金刚乘之殊胜教法，特别是萨迦派祖师之所有见解，闻思修于十方得以弘扬。以自性清净法界之谛实，以及持明本尊天众之加持，以及护法具誓海众之威力，如是所愿之处皆成就。此乃蒋扬钦哲旺波所说，悉地圆满！愿一切时吉祥！ 药修实修简录。

May the grasping enemies and obstacles be liberated into the expanse! Rivers: The river of ripening empowerment, complete with methods and practices for empowerment; the river of textual explanations, complete with commentaries, annotations, and emptiness; the river of experiential instructions, complete with practices and realizations; the river of essential pith instructions, complete with questions, answers, and obstacle clearing. Practicing the four-in-one instructions, the four stakes such as wisdom and bodhicitta, the four individuals like sandalwood in the sky, may they be established on the ground of the four Samantabhadra lineages. In all lifetimes, on this supreme path, without doubt, may I practice with reverence, and without the harm of obstacles and hindrances, may all favorable conditions be effortlessly accomplished. In this life, possessing the discipline of that immortal glory, attaining the meaning of the union of the two bodhicittas, truly knowing and diligently practicing, may I be embraced by the supreme deity. May all sentient beings, without partiality or limit, knowing them as mothers who have repeatedly cared for me with kindness, with immeasurable love from the heart, may I always strive for the benefit of others. May all the tenets of Shakya Simha, and the supreme doctrine of the extraordinary Vajrayana, especially all the views of the Sakya lords, be spread in the ten directions through hearing, explanation, and practice. By the truth of the naturally pure expanse, and the blessings of the vidyadhara yidam deities, and the power of the Dharma protectors, the ocean of oath-bound ones, may all the places I aspire to be accomplished.
