At the lower end, where the three channels converge, the A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) is about to blaze like fire, and at the upper end, the head of Hevajra is clearly displayed facing downwards. Through the practice of vase breathing, fire is ignited from the A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) at the navel center, burning away all impurities. Finally, touching the Ham (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham) at the crown of the head, nectar descends, filling the four chakras. The essence merges into the Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung) at the heart center, giving rise to inconceivable wisdom of warmth and bliss, contemplate this and rest in the state of clarity and awareness without grasping. Secondly, the illusory body, the basis of the path: In general, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are definitively established by illustrating them with the eight similes of illusion. In particular, examine the phenomena of above and below, attachment and aversion, etc., as if they were reflections in a mirror. Especially, in both meditative and post-meditative states, train in the samadhi where all appearances are like the rainbow body, rainbows, and reflections of the moon in water. Through the stable habituation of the previous path, wind and mind arise as the illusory deity body, and when appropriate, from the Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung) at the heart center, emanate Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung) syllables that pervade the sky, thereby destroying the grasping of outer and inner phenomena, and focus the mind on the wisdom of illusion manifesting as the mudra of the deity. Thirdly, the essence of the path, clear light: During the day, do not follow any arising thoughts, but rest in the state of primordial clear light. In connection with the generation stage, at the end of the session, practice transforming the deity body into clear light, and repeatedly train in the samadhi of arising as the union body. At night, sit in a cross-legged posture. Visualize yourself as Heruka, and in the center of the five aggregates of light at the heart, there is a four-petaled lotus, in the center of which is Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung), and on the petals, arrange blue Anuttara (藏文:ཨ་ནུ་ཏ་ར,梵文天城体:अनुत्तर,梵文罗马拟音:anuttara,汉语字面意思:Unsurpassed) in order, and gradually focus the mind on them. Then gradually dissolve them into the Hung Also, dissolve that into the realm of non-objectification, and by resting in the unaltered natural state, the clear light of sleep will arise. Fourthly, controlling dreams, the measure of the path: First, the preliminary practice is to recognize all appearances, sounds, and thoughts during the day as dreams, and generate certainty. When going to bed, visualize a red four-petaled lotus at the throat, in the center of which is Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung), and on the four petals, red Anuttara (藏文:ཨ་ནུ་ཏ་ར,梵文天城体:अनुत्तर,梵文罗马拟音:anuttara,汉语字面意思:Unsurpassed), focus the mind on this, and connect with the intention of "this is dreaming a dream," and then gradually gather them into the center with the Hung Focus on it transforming into a red bindu, the nature of bliss, clarity, and light, and fall asleep without distraction.

Recognize dreams as dreams, and after becoming familiar with them, learn to practice, increase, transform, and change them. Fifth, transferring the impurities of the path: Visualize yourself clearly as Heruka, and from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at your heart, emanate many Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and block the nine sense doors and pores with Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). In the center of the body, the central channel is straight, with its upper end piercing through the Brahma aperture, and its lower end, four fingers below the navel, is visualized as a tube, filled with the essence of inseparable wind and mind, the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) radiating five-colored light, bind the wind and mind to it. Once stabilized, visualize in the space in front of you a vast charnel ground, a mountain of fire blazing, and in the center of the boundless pure realm, the Guru Heruka and his retinue appearing vividly, and with a strong desire to transfer your consciousness to the Guru's heart, exhale and forcefully utter "Hik" (藏文:ཧིཀ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:Hik), visualizing the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at your heart like a flash of lightning, entering from the union of the blood-drinking father and mother, and transferring to the Guru's heart. When inhaling, say "Ka" (藏文:ཀ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:Ka) and guide it downwards. During the session's conclusion, visualize the realm in front of you, along with its support and supported, disappearing, and the Brahma aperture blocked by various vajras, and recite the vajra mantra as much as possible. When engaging in activities, rest in the state where the Guru's heart and your own mind are inseparable. Sixth, connecting the path with the bardo: From now on, know that all appearances are the state of existence in the bardo, and especially when thoughts such as attachment, aversion, joy, and sorrow arise, seize them with mindfulness and blend them with the bardo. By practicing connecting all of that into the nature of the body, speech, and mind of Heruka, you will be able to seize it with mindfulness even in the bardo, thereby continuing the practice of the path and ultimately attaining liberation. When applying these paths to daily yoga, mainly rely on the generation stage and tummo during meditative equipoise. During the session's conclusion, meditate on clear light. During all session breaks, practice illusion-like contemplation, and increase dream practice and bardo practice. When sleeping, clearly fixate on either the clear light or the dream object. At appropriate times, or at the end of each session, also remember to do the phowa visualization. In all circumstances, know and become accustomed to perceiving all appearances, sounds, and thoughts as the body, speech, and mind of the Great Glorious One.
