The continuous yoga of the Three Roots Vajra Essence, the excellent vase of the treasure of accomplishing the two benefits. The continuous yoga of the Three Roots Vajra Essence, the excellent vase of the treasure of accomplishing the two benefits. ༈ This is called "The continuous yoga of the Three Roots Vajra Essence, the excellent vase of the treasure of accomplishing the two benefits." Here, in order to practice the continuous yoga of the Three Roots Vajra Essence, which is the treasure of Rigdzin Longsal Nyingpo, condensed into the essence, the preliminary refuge and bodhicitta are: Namo! The Buddhas and Three Jewels of the ten directions, the Guru, Yidam, and Dakinis, I respectfully take refuge. Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍). For the sake of all beings who have been my mothers, having entered the gate of the unsurpassed mantra, I will strive to benefit beings by whatever of the four activities is appropriate. Three times. The main practice of visualizing the deity is: Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍). From the very nature of dharmas, which is without object, on top of the sun, moon, lotus, and corpse, myself as the Great Powerful One, body red in color, one face, two hands, with a topknot on the crown of my head, the supreme horse proclaims the powerful sound in the ten directions, holding a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood in my right and left hands, adorned with bone ornaments, precious jewels, and charnel ground attire, with a posture of stretching, contracting, and striding. From the left, embraced by the Great Mother Vajravarahi, with the same attire as the Father, a pig's face on the crown of her head, making a grunting sound. The Father and Mother reside in the midst of a blazing fire. On top of the lotus stem and pistil on the crown of my head, on the throne of the sun and moon of skillful means and wisdom, is the Guru Thotreng Tsal residing, white and clear, with one face and two hands, holding a vajra and bell in his right and left hands, in vajra posture, adorned with bone ornaments, possessing the attire of the Sambhogakaya. From the left, embraced by Mandarava, youthful in appearance, adorned with lotus and bone ornaments, the right hand dances, waving a damaru, the left hand empowers the nectar of the skull cup, liberating the body and pleasing the Father. The Father and Mother are radiant and dazzling, the lineage lord holding the vase of longevity on the crown of their heads. Heroes and heroines reside in the five places, with body colors and holding the emblems of their respective families. Thus, clarify. Moreover, the lotus vajra on the crown of the head is the gathering of all the Gurus of the root and lineage. Oneself is the gathering of all the Yidams of the four tantras of Hayagriva. The Mother Vajravarahi is the essence of the gathering of all the Dakinis, with the firm pride of appearing as the deity inseparable from samaya and wisdom. All phenomena and existence, the immeasurable Guru and deity, all prostrate.
