Homage to the deities of the Eight Heruka Sadhanas. Then, abide in the clear appearance and pride of the deity. When weary of that, in the space of your own heart, like an eight-petaled lotus, like a pitched tent, on the lotus and sun, a wisdom being identical to yourself, complete in color. At its heart, on a moon, a blue five-pronged vajra, in the center of the vajra, on the moon, resides a blue "Hūṃ" syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), slender and blazing, surrounded by a red mantra garland rotating to the right, from which light emanates, issuing from the mouths of the father's wisdom being and the samaya being, entering the mother's mouth, transmitting the form, becoming the seed of the lotus, entering from the father's vajra path, dissolving into the heart. At that time, the light of the mantra blazes like fire, burning and purifying all diseases, evil spirits, and obscurations. Or visualize white light like a stream of milk, purifying and washing, making the body inside as clear as crystal. For peaceful deities: Oṃ Bodhicitta Mahāsukha Jñānadhātu Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཛྙཱ་ན་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨཱཿ). This is the essence of the general collection. For wrathful deities, recite the essence of each of the nine glorious deities separately: Oṃ Vajra Krodha Mahāśrī Heruka Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Great Supreme Heruka. Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Yangdak Heruka. Oṃ Akrateka Yamāntaka Hana Matha Bhañja Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀྲ་ཏེ་ཀ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་ཧ་ན་མ་ཐ་བྷཉྫ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Yamāntaka. Oṃ Padmāntakṛt Vajra Krodha Hayagrīva Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པདྨཱནྟ་ཀྲིཏ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Hayagrīva. Oṃ Vajra Kīlī Kīlāya Sarva Vighnan Baṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལཱ་ཡ་སརྦ་བིགྷཱན་བྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Vajrakīla. Oṃ Guhya Jñāna Śrī Heruka Guhya Jñāna Krodhīśvarī Svaṃ Mama Yogini Rulu Rulu Bhyo Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ༀ་གུ་ཡ་ཛྷཱ་ན་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་གུ་ཡ་ཛྷཱ་ན་ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཤྭ་རཱི་སྟྭཾ་མ་མ་ཡོ་གི་ནི་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Mamo. Oṃ Vajra Mahāguru Sarva Siddhi Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Vidyādhara. Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Sarva Duṣṭān Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Arrogant One. Oṃ Vajra Sarva Duṣṭān Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Fierce Mantra. Oṃ Vajra Sarva Yakṣa Samaya Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སརྦ་ཡཀྵ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), Oath-Bound One. Oṃ Vajra Mahākrodha Padma Krodhīśvarī Vajra Kīlī Kīlāya Mahāyakṣa Kālarūpa Karma Raṃ Raṃ Jvala Raṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་པདྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷི་ཤྭ་རཱི་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལཱ་ཡ་མ་ཧཱ་ཡཀྴ་ཀཱ་ལ་རཱུ་པ་ཀརྨ་རྃ་རྃ་ཛྭ་ལ་རྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), This is the combined fierce mantra. Recite these a little, and mainly: Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Sarva Duṣṭān Taka Hana Daha Paca Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱན་ཏ་ཀ་ཧ་ན་ད་ཧ་པ་ཙ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།), this is the extensive mantra of the general wrathful deity, nineteen syllables. Or recite the abbreviated general mantra: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་), alternating between mental and vocal recitation. The extremely abbreviated recitation is to recite a long "Hūṃ" and a short "Hu", for the latter two methods, recite the mantra around the "Hūṃ" at the heart.

Since the rosary is not visualized in between, it is the same except for the difference that the rays of light emanating from the syllable Hūṃ come from the mouth of the Father. At the end of the session, if offering a torma, purify and cleanse with raṃ yaṃ khaṃ, bless with oṃ āḥ hūṃ hoḥ. Rays of light emanate from one's own heart, inviting all the deities of the mandala of the Great Glorious Nine Chief Deities, together with their retinue, into the sky in front, inviting the torma guests with vajra samājaḥ. Starting with oṃ śrī vajra heruka saparivāre bhyaḥ vajra arghaṃ, offer the outer offerings with tīccha svāhā, and offer medicine and alcohol with vajra pañca amṛta kharaṃ khāhi, mahā rakta kharaṃ khāhi. Visualize that the deities' tongues, which arise from the syllable Hūṃ, draw the essence of the torma with rays of light possessing vajra tubes, and partake of it. At the end of the combined peaceful and wrathful general mantra, add saparivāra idaṃ baliṃ gṛhṇantu mama sarva siddhiṃ me prayaccha. Offer the torma three times in this way. O Bhagavan, King of Wrathful Ones, You are the Chakravartin of all Buddhas, The one who subdues all the difficult to tame, I prostrate to the King of Wrathful Ones. Praise. Heruka, along with your glorious retinue, Please accept this offering torma, etc., and pray for your wishes. If you do not offer a torma, just make offerings and praises. In any case, confess your faults with the hundred-syllable mantra. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ muḥ, with this, the wisdom beings depart. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ. From the unborn nature of reality, The unobstructed Great Blood-Drinker arises. At the moment of cessation, there is also the unobstructed Purusha, Dissolving into the uncontrived, primordially pure expanse. In this way, gather the environment and beings, together with the deities, into the dharmadhatu, and rest in equanimity in the state of clear light and emptiness. When rising from that, phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ. Again, visualize yourself instantly transforming into the form of Glorious Heruka, and visualize the three places marked with oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra kāvācī rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ. In this way, put on the vajra armor. Hūṃ. In the mandala of the non-abiding wisdom mind, May it be spontaneously accomplished without change, And having attained the state of limitless victorious ones, May it become the glory of all beings. Root and lineage lamas who bestow supreme blessings, Peaceful and wrathful Eight Commands deities who shower down siddhis, Arrogant class masters, oath-bound protectors, treasure protectors, etc., May all the mandalas and wheels be auspicious. Etc., conclude the practice with dedications, aspirations, and auspicious words.

或者进入母(坛城),或者在最初的座次中,不进行迎请和收摄二者,而是从本尊的心间,自己以儿子的方式进入行持,事业完毕后融入自身。在最后的座次中,进行迎请祈请和就近收摄。

Or entering the mother (mandala), or in the initial sessions, without performing both invitation and absorption, but rather from the heart of the deity, one enters into conduct as a son. After the activity is completed, one dissolves into oneself. In the final session, the activity of inviting, requesting, and closely absorbing is performed.
