Hā! Oṃ re ya le. Nyol nyol phud phud svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་རེ་ཡ་ལེ།, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ re ya le, Literal meaning: Om Re Ya Le.) Write this mantra on the throat of a tiger cub. After consecrating it, close the door of the treasury, or tie it around the neck of any vessel, unseen by anyone, and it will eliminate evil influences and increase wealth. Āḥ! This is the smallpox protection wheel. Draw red in the center. The outer circle contains vowels and consonants, and at the end write: May we and our retinue be protected from the harm of smallpox diseases arising from nāgas and earth lords, and may we be liberated! Musk, Acorus calamus, juniper, apple, juniper leaves, Clematis tangutica. Wolfsbane, rhododendron, rhododendron wood. Take the undamaged tips of these plants, and bind four tips together facing outwards with colored thread. Wrap it in the heart skin of a black lamb with a white heart, consecrate it, and wear it on the crown of the head to be freed from the harm of smallpox diseases. Āḥ!
