A List of Sādhanas and Anujñās of the Five Guardian Goddesses of the Jo-bo Tradition—A Cloud of Benefit and Bliss. A List of Sādhanas and Anujñās of the Five Guardian Goddesses of the Jo-bo Tradition—A Cloud of Benefit and Bliss. ༈ This is the List of Sādhanas and Anujñās of the Five Guardian Goddesses of the Jo-bo Tradition—Named A Cloud of Benefit and Bliss. Homage to the Guru and the Five Red Deities! Here, in order to pacify all temporary and ultimate harms, and to increase the wealth of benefit and bliss, desiring to meditate on the yoga of the five forms of the Noble Queen of Knowledge in a concise manner, one should abide in bathing and cleanliness, and keep in mind the two bodhicittas. I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha until enlightenment. (etc.) Generate refuge and bodhicitta as much as possible. May all sentient beings have happiness and (etc.) Meditate on the four immeasurables to accumulate merit. By स्वाभाव (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།, Devanagari: स्वभाव, Romanized Sanskrit: svabhāva, Literal Chinese meaning: self-nature), purify all dharmas into emptiness, accumulate the accumulation of wisdom, and arise as the deity's form of the union of appearance and emptiness, the self-nature result of the two accumulations. From within emptiness, in an instant, on the vajra ground, a tent and canopy appear. In the center, accompanied by the blazing fire of wisdom, on top of Mount Meru, from 吽 (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises the center of various vajras, from पंप (Tibetan: པྃ།, Devanagari: पं, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Pam) arises the center of various lotuses with eight petals, and on the petals of the four directions, from अ (Tibetan: ཨ།, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) arises each lunar mandala. In the center is yellow Pra (Tibetan: པྲ།, Devanagari: प्र, Romanized Sanskrit: pra, Literal Chinese meaning: Pra). In the east is green मां (Tibetan: མཱྃ།, Devanagari: मां, Romanized Sanskrit: māṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Mam). In the south is white 吽 (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). In the west is black मं (Tibetan: མྃ།, Devanagari: मं, Romanized Sanskrit: maṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Mam). In the north is red शं (Tibetan: ཤྃ།, Devanagari: शं, Romanized Sanskrit: śaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sham). From them, rays of light radiate, offering to the noble ones, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. Gathering back, they completely transform into the five goddesses. In the center is oneself as the retinue mother, with a yellow body. Having three faces of yellow, black, and white, and ten arms. The right hands hold, in order: a sword, a vajra, an arrow, and the gesture of bestowing. At the heart, she holds an umbrella. The left hands hold a bow, a victory banner, a string of jewels, an enemy arrow, and a conch shell. Adorned with a black human skin and a red upper garment. She sits majestically in a half-lotus posture. Adorned with all the ornaments and garments of a deity. In the east is the Great Peacock Mother, with a green body, one face, and two arms, beautiful and pleasing. The right hand holds a peacock feather, and the left hand makes the gesture of bestowing. In the south is the Great Empty Mother, the Subduer, with a white body.

The mother with one face and two arms. The right hand holds a peacock feather, and the left hand makes the supreme generosity mudra. In the west, the Vidyadhara Mantra Mother, with a black body, one face, and four arms. The two right hands hold a sword and the supreme generosity mudra. The two left hands hold an enemy lasso and a rope. In the north, the Great Cool Grove Mother, with a red body, one face, and four arms. The two right hands hold a sword and the supreme generosity mudra. The two left hands hold an enemy axe and a rope. At the heart, on a moon disc, each is marked with their own seed syllable. From these, light radiates. From their natural abode, invite the wisdom deity, the noble mother, the five protector goddesses who are the main entourage of each. Invite them with "Om Vajra Samaja (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:ओṃ वज्र सम ज,梵文罗马拟音:Om Vajra Samaja,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, Assemble)." Offer with "Om Vajra Argham (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾ,梵文天城体:ओṃ वज्र अर्घं,梵文罗马拟音:Om Vajra Argham,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, Offering)" up to "Shab Pratitsa Svaha." Dissolve into non-duality with "Jah Hum Bam Hoh (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:जः हूँ बं होः,梵文罗马拟音:jah hum bam hoh,汉语字面意思:Jah, Hum, Bam, Hoh)." On the crown of each of them is a white "Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:Om,汉语字面意思:Om)," at the throat is a red "Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:Āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah)," and at the heart is a blue "Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:Hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum)." Again, from the seed syllable at the heart, light radiates, inviting the five families of empowerment deities with their retinue. Om, Vajra, Offering)," etc. Request all the Tathagatas to bestow upon me the supreme empowerment. Having made this request, they hold vases filled with nectar and recite "As I was born," etc., and recite "Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka te Samaya Shriye Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨབྷི་ཥི་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओṃ सर्व तथागत अभिषे क ते समय श्री ये हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka te Samaya Shriye Hum,汉语字面意思:Om, All, Tathagata, Empowerment, Thee, Samaya, Glory, Ye, Hum)" and bestow empowerment. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed. From the remaining water that spills over the crown, visualize Ratnasambhava on the crown of each entourage member, Akshobhya on the Vidyadhara Mantra Mother, Vairochana on the Great Cool Grove, Amoghasiddhi on the Great Peacock, and Amitabha on the Great Cool Grove. Recite the mantra: At the heart of each deity, in the center of the moon mandala, with their own seed syllable in the center, surrounded by the mantra, light radiates from it. Offer to the noble ones, accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. Contemplate that all the compassion, blessings, power, and strength of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are gathered in the form of light and dissolve into oneself, blessing the continuum. Recite: Om Mani Dhari Vajrini Maha Pratisare Norbu Dzinma Dorje Chenma Soso Trangma Chenmo. Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. This is the mantra of each entourage member. Om Amrite Amrita Bare Bare Vishuddhe Dure Dure Gagana Gati Gagana Sarva Ba
