僧团三次念诵皈依发心，并观想自己和他人皆在三宝的庇护之下。将大地涂上香水，遍布鲜花。 须弥山、四大部洲、日月庄严的这个世界， 观想为佛土而供养， 愿一切众生都能享用清净的刹土。 如此供养曼扎。 皈依处具大悲心的三宝尊， 祈愿我和无边的一切有情众生， 消除二障，迅速圆满二资粮， 成就圆满正等觉果位。 未成就此果位之前，生生世世中， 获得天人的殊胜安乐， 在成办一切智智之时， 各种障碍、邪魔、瘟疫和疾病等， 以及各种非时而死的状况， 恶梦和恶兆， 八怖等一切损害， 祈愿迅速平息，彻底消除。 祈愿世间和出世间， 吉祥、安乐、圆满兴盛， 一切事业， 无需勤作，自然成就。 精进修持，正法增上， 恒时得见您的殊胜面容， 证悟空性之义，珍贵的菩提心， 如上弦月般增长广大。 如此一心一意地祈祷所愿之事。之后，献上三遍曼扎予至尊度母，首先是： 天人和非天人的宝冠， 敬礼于您的莲足下， 救度一切贫困的圣母， 向度母圣母顶礼。 念诵七遍后，撒下鲜花。将大地涂上香水，遍布鲜花。等供养曼扎。 至尊圣母度母， 以及十方三世安住的， 一切诸佛菩萨， 我从一切处以恭敬心顶礼。 鲜花、焚香、明灯、香水， 食物、音乐等等， 以实际供品和意幻供品而供养， 祈请圣母众享用。 从无始以来直到现在， 所造十不善和五无间罪， 心被烦恼所控制的， 所有罪业都忏悔。 声闻、缘觉、菩萨， 以及凡夫等等， 三世所积累的一切善根， 对于这些福德我随喜。 众生的

The Sangha recited the refuge and bodhicitta three times, and contemplated that oneself and others are all under the protection of the Three Jewels. Anoint the ground with scented water and scatter flowers. This Mount Meru, four continents, adorned with the sun and moon, By offering it, visualizing it as a Buddha-field, May all beings enjoy pure realms. Thus offering the mandala. Refuge, compassionate ocean of the Three Jewels, I pray that I and all limitless sentient beings, May purify the two obscurations, quickly complete the two accumulations, And attain the state of perfect Buddhahood. Until that is attained, in all lifetimes, Having obtained the supreme bliss of gods and humans, In accomplishing the state of omniscience, Various obstacles, demons, plagues, and diseases, etc., And various untimely deaths, Bad dreams and bad omens, All harms such as the eight fears, I pray that they be quickly pacified and completely eliminated. I pray that worldly and transworldly, Auspiciousness, well-being, and perfect abundance, May increase and expand, so that all purposes, Are effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished. May we strive in practice, may the sacred Dharma increase, May we always see your supreme face, May the realization of emptiness and the precious bodhicitta, Increase and expand like the waxing moon. Thus, with one-pointedness, pray for the desired aims. Then, offering three mandalas to the venerable Mother, the first is: By the crowns of gods and demigods, Having bowed at your lotus feet, O Mother who liberates from all poverty, I prostrate to Mother Tara. Reciting this seven times, scatter flowers. Anoint the ground with scented water and scatter flowers, etc., offering the mandala. Venerable and supreme Tara, And all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas Who reside in the ten directions and three times, From all places, I prostrate with reverence. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, Food, music, and so on, Offering with actual and imagined offerings, I request the assembly of the supreme ones to accept. From beginningless time until now, The ten non-virtues and five heinous crimes, With the mind controlled by afflictions, I confess all sins.
