Kill, drive away, suppress, devour, burn, cut, and sever all the diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and conceptual thoughts of oneself and all sentient beings. Then dissolve back into one's own body. The entire body also becomes countless wrathful deities, and the consciousnesses that have been severed also become the body of Vajrapāṇi (ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ，Vajrapāṇi，Vajrapāṇi，Vajrapāṇi). Visualize the sounds heard as fierce mantras and recite them. The samadhi like a torch: The fire blazing from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，Hūṃ) in the heart radiates upwards and downwards, filling all the channels and places in the body. The remainder emanates with sound from the crown of the head and the secret place. Pervading the entire inside and outside of the body, and revolving like a torch, burn and purify all unfavorable directions. From this, rays of light radiate in the ten directions, visualizing the cutting off of all sentient beings' sins, obscurations, and diseases, and recite it. The samadhi of the sky iron hail: Visualize the fire blazing from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，Hūṃ) and mantra garland in the heart, burning one's own body together with the jñānasattva (ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་，jñānasattva，jñānasattva，wisdom being) until it becomes red-hot like a piece of iron being burned in a fire, and recite it. Please partake. Visualize that all phenomena arising from the body are transformed into a single mass of wisdom fire, and mainly recite the wrathful mantra. It is said that by reciting this wrathful mantra one hundred thousand times, all activities will be accomplished. Secondly, regarding the collection of other activities, first is the combination of substances: feces 1, of the yogi himself, beeswax 2, jackal dung 3, human fat, black guggul 5, black oak bark 6, crystal water 7, Tharnur, tiger meat 9, white cinnabar 10, horse hoof 11 skin, ashes of burnt garlic 12, haritaki skin 13, red stone moss 14, black bitumen 15, tamarisk 16 root, rock salt 17, gentian 18, these eighteen substances are mixed properly and ground finely. Roll the pills with the yogi's own urine and place them in a skull cup. On top of it, draw a sun mandala and a mantra garland, and recite, visualizing that all the impurities of the pills have been purified and the power has been greatly enhanced, mainly reciting the long mantra. At the end of the session, visualize the mantra garland along with the seat dissolving into the pills, recite "Ha" and bless them. By striving in this way, the sign of accomplishment is that the pills will generate heat and steam, etc. Then, the actual application: to cure leprosy, first examine carefully. Once identified, perform purification and pacification rituals for a long time. If that doesn't help, then destroy the body with interdependent substances, that is, mix the above pills with urine or black oil and apply it all over the body. If it doesn't cover the whole body, apply it to the crown of the head, forehead, throat, heart, navel, and the soles of both feet, these seven places. Especially apply it to the uncomfortable areas and fumigate with fire or sun, which is beneficial for all skin diseases. Burn seven pills, etc., in the embers of a corpse fire at dawn, and then fumigate, all obstacles will scatter to immeasurable distances. Bathing after mixing with urine can eliminate all impurities. Mixing a fish-eye-sized pill with urine and taking it on an empty stomach can protect the stomach. Wearing the amulet of medicine on oneself or others can protect against all diseases and evil spirits. To sharpen the edge of power, mix equal parts of black aconite, rue, henbane, garlic, lard, corpse nectar, blessed relics, and fish bile. Destroying the tongue of power with mantra is the wrathful mantra.
