Having become bliss-emptiness, believe that the wisdom of bliss-emptiness union is born in the continuum, and rest in equanimity for a little while. To stabilize that, sprinkle the vase water on the heart. By this, the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge is obtained. For the sake of the fourth empowerment, the nature of all Buddhas is the mind. Having prayed thus, from the three syllables at the three places of the master, countless white OM (ཨོཾ，ओ，oṃ，嗡), red AH (ཨཱ，आ，ā，阿), and blue HUM (ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ，吽) arise. By dissolving into the three syllables appearing at the three places of each of you, the fourth empowerment is obtained. Purify the defilements of body, speech, and mind. The three syllables OM (ཨོཾ，ओ，oṃ，嗡), AH (ཨཱ，आ，ā，阿), and HUM (ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ，吽) transform into a stream of great bliss, filling the entire inside of the body. Having become bliss-emptiness, while experiencing the wisdom of co-emergent great seal of luminosity, believe that the inexpressible suchness beyond all extremes of expression is born in the continuum, and rest in equanimity for a little while. To stabilize that, sprinkle the vase water on the three places and bathe. By this, the fourth empowerment is obtained. In that state, in an instant, you transform from PO into a lotus, from RAM into a sun disc, and from HUM (ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ，吽) into a vajra marked with HUM (ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ，吽), completely transformed into glorious Chakrasamvara, body blue in color, etc. Appearances are without inherent existence.
