From the mantra garlands of both mothers, an immeasurable stream of nectar descends, arising from the union. It enters from the fontanel at the crown of one's head, filling the entire inside of the body. All illnesses, evil spirits, and defilements emerge in the form of phlegm, pus, and blood from both the anus and urethra, and from the soles of both feet. Visualize that all the spaces are filled with nectar. With faith and joy, imagine that all sentient beings are emitting mantra sounds from the mouths of the Vajrasattvas you have visualized. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Heruka, such as Oṃ Vajra Heruka Samaya, or the hundred-syllable mantra of Vajrasattva as much as you can. Furthermore, rely on the power of the support, in the presence of the guru Vajrasattva, generate a feeling of regret like drinking poison for the sins committed in the past—this is the power of eradicating. Resolve that you will not commit evil even if your life is at stake—this is the power of relying on the antidote. By acting in this way, have firm faith that the sins in your own mindstream will definitely be purified—this is the power of restoration. Do not stray from the key points of these four powers. Finally, pray: "Lord, I am ignorant and deluded, I have transgressed and broken my vows. Guru, Lord, please protect me! Supreme Vajradhara, possessor of great compassion, I seek refuge in the Lord of beings. I confess all transgressions of the root and branch vows of body, speech, and mind. Please purify and cleanse all sins and obscurations, faults and downfalls, and the accumulation of impurities." After praying in this way, the father and mother Vajrasattva dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Visualize that the body, speech, and mind of Vajrasattva and one's own body, speech, and mind become inseparable, and rest in the state of inexpressible reality. Fourth, Guru Yoga: In the sky in front of oneself, on a precious throne supported by eight great lions, on a seat of various lotuses, sun, and moon cushions, visualize the great Guru Buddha Vajradhara, with a blue-colored body, one face, and two arms, holding a vajra and bell crossed at his heart. He sits in the vajra posture, adorned with all precious jewels, and his form blazes with the splendor of the marks and signs. At his crown is a white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), at his throat is a red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and at his heart is a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). From these, rays of light emanate, inviting the gurus of the root and lineage.
