Visualize yourself as Vajrasattva, with a white-colored body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a vajra, and the left hand holds a bell with its handle. Adorned with silk and precious jewels, seated in the vajra posture. Visualize yourself as a body of emptiness, and at your heart, on a moon disc, the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) is surrounded by the hundred-syllable mantra, radiating light. The light fills your body, purifying sins and obscurations. The light radiates outward, purifying the suffering and obscurations of the six realms. It gathers back and dissolves into yourself. Rest in the equanimity of clarity and emptiness, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. Finally, rest in non-conceptualization. Fifth is the Guru Yoga: On the crown of your head, on a lion throne lotus moon cushion, visualize your root guru as Avalokiteśvara, with a white-colored body, one face, and two arms. The right hand is in the gesture of bestowing blessings, and the left hand holds a white lotus. Adorned with all silk and precious jewels, seated in the vajra posture, radiating infinite light. Light radiates from the three places of the guru, from the three seed syllables. Invite all worthy offerings and visualize them dissolving into the guru. Offer with the mind, and praise with faultless praises. With unwavering devotion, pray to the lineage gurus, and repeat as much as possible: "All sentient beings, equal to the sky, take refuge in the guru Avalokiteśvara." Finally, from the three places of the guru, the three seed syllables radiate white, red, and blue light, like a stream of nectar, descending and dissolving into your three places. Your entire body is filled with the stream of light and nectar, purifying the defilements of body, speech, and mind, and receiving the blessings of body, speech, and mind. Finally, the guru dissolves into light and merges into yourself, so that the guru's secret three places and your three doors become inseparable. Rest in this state, maintaining awareness of your true nature. In daily yoga practice, even if you only add refuge and bodhicitta before the main practice, you will accomplish its meaning. Second, the main practice is divided into two: yoga with signs and yoga without signs. First is yoga with signs: Visualize yourself in an ordinary state, and at your navel, there is a white (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). It dissolves into light, filling the inside of the body, and light radiates outward, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings. The outer world dissolves into light, merging into sentient beings, and then also merging into yourself. Visualize your body gradually disappearing from the outside in, entering into emptiness.

Remaining in a state of stillness. Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho 'Ham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷསརྦ་དྷརཿསྭབྷ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ་ཉཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वभाव शुद्ध सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धो हं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāva śuddha sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure, I.) From the state of emptiness, in the four directions and above and below where one resides, each red Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllable dissolves into light. From the web of red light and the surroundings, in the center of the great palace with the fire of wisdom blazing outside, on a lotus and moon seat, one's own mind, the white Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllable, long in shape, with a dot and hook, dissolves into light and becomes three white bindus. Among them, the middle one is large, and the two on the right and left are small. When these are completely transformed, they become the three deities, the main deity and the retinue. In the center is oneself, Great Compassionate One, body color white, like the sun rising on a snow mountain, possessing white radiance throughout. One face, four arms, with a smiling face, a matted hair topknot, and adorned with a crown of Amitabha. Half of the hair hangs down over the left and right shoulders. The first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart. The second right hand holds a string of pearls, and the second left hand holds a white lotus flower directly next to the ear. Adorned with various precious jewels, wearing various silk garments. Seated in the vajra posture. To his right is Jowo Norbu Dzimpa (Lord Holding Jewel), body color yellow, one face, four arms. The first two hands are joined in prayer. The lower right hand holds a jeweled king of power with a handle, and the second left hand holds a jeweled ear of grain. Adorned with precious jewels and silk garments. Kneeling, with both eyes looking at the brow of Jowo. To the left is Jomo Yige Drugma (Six-Syllable Tara), white, one face, four arms. The ornaments, attire, and implements are the same as the main deity. Kneeling, with both eyes looking at the heart of Jowo. At the heart of the main deity, on a moon disc above the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese Meaning: A) syllable, from the white Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllable, light radiates, and from the place of self-nature, Jowo, the main deity and the retinue of three, are invited to the space in front. Om Vajra Samaja. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛ༔, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra samāja, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra, Descend.) Om Sarva Tathagata Arya Avalokiteshvara Saparivara Argham Pratichchha Svaha. (Tibetan: ཤབྡ, Sanskrit Romanization: śabda, Literal Chinese Meaning: Sound.) Offer. Joining palms, pray: Jowo Thukje Chenpo (Great Compassionate One), for the benefit of myself and all sentient beings, please grant me the supreme accomplishment of the Great Seal. Thus pray.
