Also, contemplate each refuge as the essence of all refuges combined. Secondly, with intense devotion and longing: By whose grace, great bliss itself arises, in an instant, the Guru, like a precious jewel, to the Vajra Holder at the lotus feet I prostrate. If inclined, recite the lineage supplication. In any case, I supplicate the glorious and precious Gurus, with the kind root and lineage. Please bless my being with your grace. Thus, supplicate earnestly to the best of your ability. The third has two parts: abandoning attachment and the actual offering. Firstly, in front of oneself, arrange enjoyments, to the right, relatives, to the left, enemies, and surrounding them, all intermediate sentient beings are seated. Contemplate offering all of this without any reservation. I offer my body, enjoyments, enemies, relatives, and all intermediate sentient beings to the glorious and precious Gurus. Please bless me to be free from the three poisons of attachment, hatred, and ignorance. Thus, speak. The second has six parts, the first being the outer offering: contemplate that from your heart, offering goddesses fill the sky, offering with flowers and so on. From OM VAJRAPUSHPE AH HUM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཊྚེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ वज्रपुष्पे आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrapuṣpe āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra, Flower) to Shabda (Tibetan: ཤབྡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: शब्द, Sanskrit Romanization: śabda, Literal Chinese Meaning: Sound), offer with mudras and so on, then gather back into oneself. The second, the inner offering, is: again, the offering goddesses, from their natural abode, invite the wisdom nectar into the skull cup, and then offer it one by one to the Gurus of the root and lineage. They guide and consume it with tongues like rays of light. Contemplate being pleased with uncontaminated bliss. Recite OM AH HUM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Ah, Hum) and gather back into oneself. The third, the secret offering, is: again, the playful goddesses sing beautiful songs, perform joyful dances, and finally, one merges into the other, becoming Vajrayogini, embracing the bodies of the Gurus, and being pleased with uncontaminated bliss. The fourth is the offering of suchness: in the state of knowing that such three circles are without inherent existence, rest the mind in non-grasping. The fifth is the offering of accumulating merit as a Kusali: from one's heart, the essence of one's own mind, Yogini, the size of a thumb, passes through the central channel, emerges from the Brahma aperture, with the hooked knife in the right hand

Just touching the brow between the eyebrows of the skull, the skull will immediately crack open. Placing the huge skull, as large as Mount Meru, on top of three stacked skulls, the space inside becomes equal to the three thousand great thousand worlds. Starting from the right foot of the body, cutting it into pieces and stirring it, the accumulation of flesh, blood, and bones becomes inexhaustible. Focusing on this, reciting "Om(藏文:ཨོ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Ha(藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha), Ho(藏文:ཧོ་,梵文天城体:हो,梵文罗马拟音:ho,汉语字面意思:Ho), Hri(藏文:ཧྲི་,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hri)," the fire of wisdom blazes, warming the skull. Visualize the substances melting and boiling, transforming into a vast ocean of wisdom nectar. From the heart of one's own consort, countless offering goddesses holding skull bowls emanate. Visualize offering the essence of nectar to the root guru. Offer Om Ah Hum to the mouth of the kind root guru, seven times. Similarly, offer Om Ah Hum to the mouths of the lineage gurus. Furthermore, offer Om Ah Hum to the guru, yidam, Buddha, Bodhisattva, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, guardians, yakshas, wealth gods, oath-bound ones, and treasure lords. May all harmful demons, ghosts, the six realms of beings, and all sentient beings including the bardo, be satisfied by this uncontaminated nectar and quickly obtain the qualification for unsurpassed enlightenment. By giving Om Ah Hum, everything transforms into the Dharmakaya, free from mental constructs, and the body transforms into the uncontaminated body of a yogini. The goddesses dissolve into oneself. Visualize one's own body returning to its original state, and the skull etc. disappearing. Sixth, Mandala Offering: In the context of teachings and practices, offer the seven-heap mandala in the usual way. If desired, one can also offer the thirty-seven-heap mandala. Fourth, Receiving Empowerment and Abiding in Suchness: Focusing on the root guru, pray: The embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, I pray to the glorious and venerable guru, please bestow upon me the complete four empowerments. Pray in this way three times. The root guru looks upon the lineage gurus and asks for permission to bestow or not bestow the four empowerments. The lineage gurus look upon the root guru and say, in a manner of granting permission, "So be it." The lineage gurus dissolve in order, clockwise, from bottom to top, and finally Vajradhara also dissolves into the root guru. From the syllable Om at the guru's forehead, white rays of light emanate and dissolve into one's own forehead, thereby receiving the vase empowerment.
