Expand with the view of non-conceptualization, and take the desire of union and intercourse as the path. By practicing in this way, the four empowerments are obtained, the four obscurations are purified, the four joys arise, and the four kayas are manifested. In such a new season, practice four sessions each day, and in each session practice four, eight, sixteen, or thirty-two times each month and year, diseases and evil spirits will be pacified, life will be extremely long, and in the future, one will be born in the supreme abode of the sky-goers who hold knowledge. The fourth is the profound life practice of suchness: the union of the Great Seal. In each session, looking, smiling, holding hands, and generating great bliss of union, do as before, then the father sits in the vajra posture, and the mother sits in the lotus posture. First, meditate on the samadhi of emptiness for a long time, reversing all the thoughts and attachments of birth and death. Then, meditate on the samadhi of equality, and also reverse the samadhi of emptiness. Then, meditate on the samadhi of inexpressibility, and also reverse the attachment of equality. Then, meditate on the samadhi of non-discrimination in anything, thereby reversing the attachment of inexpressibility. Thus, being free from all clinging and discriminating thoughts, one does not desire or think about anything, does not examine or practice in anything, does not keep anything in mind, but rests in a vast and unobstructed state. Incidentally, the practice of extracting the essence, the essence of space: at the end of the dawn session, at the time when the sky is just dawning, in a place where one can see the vast sky, with the body possessing the seven dharmas of Vairochana, slightly open the mouth, and visualize that all the sky in front is dark blue, entering into the abdomen, and the abdomen is filled with blue light. Exhale from the mouth, do this repeatedly, and finally merge the mind with the sky, and rest in an unobstructed state. At that time, if external distractions arise, know that all forms are appearance-emptiness, all sounds are sound-emptiness, all smells are sensation-emptiness, all tastes are taste-emptiness, all tactile sensations are touch-emptiness, and thereby merge the distractions of form and so on, and one's own mind-nature with the empty sky, and rest in a state of non-differentiation. When the glory of spring flourishes.
