The four offerings, etc., should be visualized and practiced in sequence as before. In the yoga of recitation, visualize the samadhi being, a red-white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable, residing on the moon at the heart of Heruka in the heart chakra, and when the breath goes out from the nāda, visualize it as the nature of the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable; when it enters, visualize it as the Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) syllable; and when it abides, visualize it as the nature of the Ā (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:Ā) syllable, and perform the vajra recitation. Purify the great conch rosary with Sumbha, and cleanse with Svabhāva. From emptiness, visualize the essence of each bead of the rosary transforming into a red Svāhā (藏文:སྭཱ་ཧཱ,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:Svāhā) Hūṃ syllable, from which arises the red Lord of Lotus Dance, with one face and four arms, the two right hands holding a lotus and a ḍamaru, the two left hands holding a bell and a skull cup, and holding a khaṭvāṅga, seated with the right leg extended on the sun, adorned with the five seals, embraced by the red Bewildering Mother. Vajra Abhiṣiñca Māṃ). Offer the near-use offerings, and offer the inner offering with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ). Oṃ Padma Nṛteśvara Hūṃ Phaṭ). Recite twenty-one times. Visualize the father and mother in equal union, dissolving into light, transforming into the form of a rosary. Before blessing the rosary, visualize the seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) residing on the moon at the heart of the father and mother, and after the syllable "Bai," write the heart mantra and near-heart mantra of the father and mother. Visualize that from there, light rays and emanations are emitted, benefiting sentient beings, and perform the recitation, which is the recitation of the vow. When reciting the mantra of the father, a second mantra garland arises from the mantra garland at his heart, enters the mouth of the mother, passes through the secret place, and dissolves into the heart of the father. When reciting the mantra of the mother, a second mantra garland arises from her navel, enters the navel of the father, and through the rotation, the wisdom of great bliss is generated, and perform the recitation, which is the recitation of the ḍo-li. The mantra to be recited is: Oṃ Śrī Vajra He He Ru Ru Kaṃ Huṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཤྲཱི་བཛྲ་ཧེ་ཧེ་རུ་རུ་ཀཾ་ཧུཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:श्रीवज्र हे हे रु रु कं हुं हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:śrīvajra he he ru ru kaṃ huṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ Śrī Vajra He He Ru Ru Kaṃ Huṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ). Oṃ Vajra Vairocaniye Huṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ). This is the heart mantra of the father and mother. O Hī Ha Ha Huṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཨོ་ཧཱིཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:ओ ही ह ह हुं हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:o hī ha ha huṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:O Hī Ha Ha Huṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ). Oṃ Sarva Buddha Ḍākinī Ye Vajravaṇṇanī Ye Huṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ). This is the near-heart mantra. Recite them in this way by connecting them. Furthermore, the mantras of the retinue and the distinctions of visualization, etc., are as explained in the text. If practicing according to the extensive method, the main father and mother deities should each be recited three million times, and the mantras of the deities of the three wheels should each be recited two million times, the great bliss wheel.

For the four yoginis and eight hermits of the year, recite six thousand six hundred times. Reciting one million times the mantra for bestowing wisdom is the practice. If abbreviated, mainly recite one hundred thousand times each of the heart mantra and near-heart mantra of the father and mother deities. Generally, for the twenty-four places such as Om, Bo, Tsa, Tsa, Dza, Ti, Puza, etc., with eight Hums attached, it is said to recite one hundred thousand times. Third, the subsequent practice: When rising from meditation, first offer and praise, and dedicate the root of virtue to the Buddhas. Visualize oneself as the two-armed Heruka, and dissolve the deities of the twenty-four places of the body mandala into it. On the empty spokes of the wheels of each place, visualize a sun disc, its essence being deities, its form being the letters of Puja, etc., along with bindus, this is great armor. Adorn with the armor of heroes and heroines. Protect by throwing cymbals in the four directions and with the Sumba mantra. With the calculation of bodhicitta, visualize oneself and all appearances as the Chakrasamvara mandala. Praise with the eight-line mantra. Know all sounds as the Ali Kali and the seven-letter mantra. Adorn all things with the wisdom of non-duality of bliss and emptiness, and engage in conduct without separating from the yoga of the three joys. In the intervals of meditation sessions, first perform hand offerings, then the yoga of food. At the end of the evening session, offer torma. If you wish to practice the incidental completion stage, then visualize on the moon in the heart of the inner Heruka, the essence of the non-dual wisdom of bliss and emptiness, a tiny, indestructible bindu the size of a mustard seed, clear as a reflection in a mirror, focus the mind on it single-pointedly, and control the gentle wind union, and meditate for a long time. Finally, dissolve the moon together with the bindu into the heart, and remember the form of Heruka. At bedtime, gather the outer and inner worlds together with the deities into the Hum in the heart. Then purify it into clear light, and rest in the state of emptiness and fall asleep. In the morning, rise with the yoga of rising, and enter the yoga as before, practicing the four sessions without interruption. Second, the completion stage: It should be understood from the "Five Stages Guidance" etc. composed by Vajradhara Khyenrab Choje. Of glorious Chakrasamvara, A slight clarification of the yoga, By this virtue, may all beings, Go to Herukaloka.
