一旦出生立即与善知识相遇， 如理修行语之甘露， 祈愿赐予我与怙主您功德同等的， 殊胜善缘，秘密之主。 如是祈请十方三世诸佛菩萨， 将智慧、慈悲、能力之精华凝聚， 祈请具德上师三族怙主菩萨， 以大悲心策励，恳切祈祷之力。 如所发愿之处皆迅速成就， 愿持教者足莲永固，讲修教法兴盛。 赐予众生圆满如意时代的富饶， 以及世间与解脱一切善妙增长的吉祥。 此乃先前以信心施舍财物而显赫的掌藏洛哲桑波，以及具有智慧之财的蒋扬云丹，和近侍楚臣嘉措等人，劝请上师撰写包含道次第祈愿文的祈请文。其后，由遍主金刚瑜伽母以智慧观照之甘露，使洛哲之莲花完全绽放的修行精进瑜伽自在者曲英华丹，以及修行精进洛哲华丹二人，从遥远之处殷切劝请撰写如此之祈请文。依此，作为至尊上师圣众之奴仆，愚昧无知的流浪者蒋扬钦哲旺波，于功德珍宝之源，吉祥埃旺寺（Ewam Choden，位于西藏拉萨附近）之拉章塔巴泽，以清净的意乐，全神贯注地祈祷，愿以此善根，使念诵此文等结缘者，于相续中生起无伪的珍贵菩提心。萨尔瓦达卡拉雅南巴瓦图。（藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།，梵文天城体：सर्वदा कल्याणं भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvadā kalyāṇaṃ bhavatu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时吉祥） 祈请上师三族怙主从心髓深处策励之祈请，虔诚信仰之妙音。

Immediately upon being born, may I meet virtuous friends, And from properly practicing the nectar of their teachings, May I be granted the excellent fortune to actually possess The same qualities as you, Protector, Lord of Secrets. Thus, may the compassion of the glorious Lama, Who embodies the wisdom, love, and power Of all the Buddhas and their heirs throughout time and space, Be invoked, and through the force of our earnest prayers, May all our aspirations be swiftly fulfilled, May the feet of the upholders of the Doctrine be firm, May the teachings of explanation and practice flourish, And may we be granted the auspiciousness of increasing All the goodness of worldly life and liberation, And the wealth of a perfect age for all beings. This was requested by the treasurer Lodrö Zangpo, who is highly esteemed for his wealth of faith and generosity, Jamyang Yönten, who possesses the wealth of intelligence, and the attendant Tsultrim Gyatso, who asked the Lama to write a prayer including the aspiration of the stages of the path. Later, the yogi Chöying Palden, a master of yoga who strives in practice and whose lotus of intelligence is fully opened by the nectar of the wisdom vision of the all-pervading Vajra Yogini, and Lodrö Palden, who strives in practice, earnestly urged from afar that such a prayer be composed. Based on this, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, a wandering mendicant of all-pervading ignorance who has become a servant of the noble and holy Lamas, offered this prayer with pure intention and single-pointed focus at the Ladrang Tarpa Tser of the glorious Ewam Chöden, the source of many precious qualities. May the virtue of this cause the precious bodhicitta to arise genuinely in the minds of all those connected to this, including those who recite it. Sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ bhava tu.
