ས་སད་ནས། །དཀའ་བ་མེད་པར་ལམ་གྱི་ལྷག་མ་ཀུན། །རྫོགས་པའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་སྒྲིགས་ཤིག་ འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས། །མདོར་ན་འདི་ཕྱི་བར་དོའི་གནས་སྐབས་ཀུན། །མགོན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལས་སྐྱབས་གཞན་མི་འཚོལ་བས། །ཆོས་བཞིན་སྤྱོད་ལ་འགལ་རྐྱེན་ཆེས་མང་ཕྱིར། །མི་མཐུན་བར་ཆད་སོལ་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་དང་དགེ་བའི་གྲོགས་པོ་དང་། །དབེན་པའི་གནས་དང་ཆོས་མཐུན་ཡོ་བྱད་དང་། །དད་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཤེས་རབ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་སོགས། །སོ་སོར་རྟོག་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་རལ་གྲི་ཡིས། །སྤྲོས་པའི་དྲྭ་བ་ཆོད་ཅིག་སྤྱན་– རས་གཟིགས། །མདོར་ན་ཚེ་འདིར་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཅིང་། །འཆི་བའི་དུས་ཀྱང་གནད་གཅོད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བྲལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་གཉིས་བཞོན་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། །བདེ་ནས་བདེ་བར་དྲོངས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །གང་དུ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱང་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་དང་མཇལ། །སུ་དང་འགྲོགས་ཀྱང་ཆགས་སྡང་འཆིང་བ་བྲལ། །ཇི་ལྟར་བསྒྲུབ་ཀྱང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་མཆོག་ལས། །ནམ་ཡང་འབྲལ་མེད་མཛོད་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །མཐར་ཐུག་རང་དོན་སྤངས་རྟོགས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ནས། །གཞན་དོན་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་སྙིང་རྗེའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཅན། །མགོན་པོ་ཁྱོད་དང་རྣམ་ཐར་དབྱེར་མེད་པའི། །གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་དུ་སྩོལ་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་ གཟིགས། ༈ །ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎ་ཡེ། སྲས་བཅས་རྣམ་འདྲེན་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་གསང་བ་གསུམ། །གཅིག་བསྡུས་བླ་མ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཞབས། །སྙིང་ནས་དྲན་པའི་གདུང་བས་གསོལ་འདེབས་ན། །མངོན་སུམ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །སྙིགས་མའི་དུས་མཐར་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཡིད་ཅན་རྣམས། །གང་དུ་གནས་ཀྱང་ནད་མཚོན་ཕོངས་པ་དང་། །ཡིད་སྲུབས་དཔུང་དང་བཅས་པས་སྐབས་བཙལ་བར། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་གོ་ཆས་སྲུངས་ཤིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །ལྷག་པར་སྟེང་འོག་བར་གསུམ་གདོན་གྱི་རིགས། །རྣམ་པ་དུ་མས་འགྲོ་བའི་སྲོག་འཕྲོག་ཅིང་། །སྣོད་བཅུད་རྒུད་པའི་གདུང་བ་ལ་སྦྱོར་བ། །མཐུ་སྟོབས་ནུས་པས་ཐུལ་ཅིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །གཞན་ཡང་འཇིགས་པ་བརྒྱད་དང་བཅུ་དྲུག་སོགས། །མི་མཐུན་འགལ་རྐྱེན་དུ་མའི་ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་གིས། །བདག་གཞན་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་བཅིངས་པ་ཀུན། །ཡེ་ཤེས་འོ རལ་གྲིས་ཆོད་ཅིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །ཚུལ་བཞིན་མ་ཡིན་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པ་ཡི། །ཆགས་སྡང་རྨོངས་པའི་འཐིབ་བུས་ནོན་པ་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཉིན་མོར་བྱེད་པའི་གཟི་འོད་ཀྱིས། །ཉོན་མོངས་མུན་པ་སོལ་ཅིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །ཁྱོད་ནི་རྒྱལ་བའི་གསུང་རབས་མཐའ་དག་དང་། །ལྷག་པར་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པ་ཀུན་འཛིན་ཕྱིར། །གསང་ཆེན་ལམ་གྱི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་མ་ལུས་པ། །རྩོལ་མེད་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེད་ཅིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །དབང་གིས་རྒྱུད་སྨིན་དམ་ཚིག་རྣམ་པར་དག །རིམ་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་འཛིན་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི། །དགའ་སྟོན་ལྷུག་པར་སྩོལ་ཅིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །གལ་ཏེ་ཚེ་འདིར་གྲུབ་མཐའ་མ་རྙོགས་ན། །སྲིད་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་དལ་འབྱོར་ལུས་རྟེན་མཆོག །མཐོ་རིས་ཡོན་ཏན་བདུན་གྱིས་རབ་མཛེས་པའི། །རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག་གསང་པའི་བདག །སྐྱེས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་དང་མཇལ། །གསུང་གི་བདུད་རྩི་ཚུལ་བཞིན་བསྒྲུབས་པ་ལས། །མགོན་པོ་ཁྱོད་དང་ཡོན་ཏན་མཚུངས་པ་ཡི། །སྐལ་བཟང་མངོན་སུམ་སྩོལ་ཅིག་གསང་བའི་བདག །དེ་ལྟར་ཕྱོགས་དུས་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ཀྱི། །མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་ནུས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཅིག་བསྡུས་པ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་རིགས་གསུམ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཡི། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པའི་མཐུས། །ཇི་ལྟར་སྨོན་པའི་གནས་ཀུན་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་ཅིང་། །བསྟན་ འཛིན་ཞབས་བརྟན་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་བསྟན་པ་དར། །འགྲོ་རྣམས་རྫོགས་ལྡན་དུས་ཀྱི་འབྱོར་པ་དང་། །སྲིད་ཞིའི་དགེ་ལེགས་རྒྱས་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྩོལ། །ཅེས་པའང་སྔ་སོར་དད་དམ་གཏོང་བའི་ནོར་གྱིས་མངོན་པར་མཐོ་བ་ཕྱག་མཛོད་བློ་གྲོས་བཟང་པོ་དང་། རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཀྱི་ནོར་ཅན་འཇམ་དབྱངས་ཡོན་ཏན། ཉེ་བར་གནས་པ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བླ་མ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་ལམ་རིམ་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཞིག་དགོས་ཞེས་བསྐུལ་བ་དང་། སླད་ཀྱིས་ཁྱབ་བདག་རྡོ་རྗེ་བཙུན་མོའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཟིགས་པའི་བདུད་རྩིས་བློ་གྲོས་ཀྱི་པདྨོ་ཁ་ཡོངས་སུ་བྱེ་བ་སྒྲུབ་བརྩོན་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་དཔལ་ལྡན་དང་། སྒྲུབ་བརྩོན་བློ་གྲོས་དཔལ་ལྡན་ཟུང་གིས་རྒྱང་རིང་མོ་ནས་ནན་ཏན་ཆེན་པོས་ཚུལ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཞིག་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྐུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་རྗེ་བཙུན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བྲན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཀུན་རྨོངས་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱུ་འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་ཡོན་ཏན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དུ་མའི་འབྱུང་གནས་དཔལ་ཨེ་ཝཾ་ཆོས་ལྡན་གྱི་བླ་བྲང་ཐར་པ་རྩེར། ལྷག་བསམ་དག་པས་གང་ཤར་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པའི་དགེ་བས་འདི་ཉིད་ཁ་ཏོན་དུ་བགྱིད་པ་སོགས་འབྲེལ་ཚད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བཅོས་མིན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།། །། བླ་མ་རིགས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་གནད་ནས་བསྐུལ་བའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་མོས་གུས་ཀྱི་དབྱངས་སྙན།

从地上站起。 毫不费力地，圆满所有道之余。 祈愿成就圆满的缘起。 文殊菩萨。 总而言之，今生来世中阴的所有时刻。 除了您怙主之外，我不寻求其他救护。 祈愿自他二利任运成就的。 吉祥征兆立即显现，文殊菩萨。 ༈ 顶礼上师观世音！ 对于具有诸佛菩萨的慈悲聚。 尊称为上师莲花手。 以不退转的强烈虔诚祈祷。 请以慈悲特别垂念，观世音菩萨。 我和我一样的末世众生。 所有沉溺于痛苦大海中的有情。 除了您怙主之外，我不寻求其他救护。 请从痛苦泥潭中救拔，观世音菩萨。 暇满八有十圆满庄严的身体。 坏灭的因缘众多，存活的因缘稀少。 如法行持的违缘非常多。 请息灭不顺的障碍，观世音菩萨。 善知识和善友。 寂静处和如法资具。 信心和慈悲、智慧、精进等。 请赐予顺缘善妙，观世音菩萨。 即使今晚也没有不死的把握。 对于修行拖延懈怠。 我没有得到正法的时候。 请强制破除错乱，观世音菩萨。 从内心深处没有厌离轮回的贪执。 即使行持善法也流向世间八法。 对于失去解脱种子的卑劣我。 请生起强烈的出离心，观世音菩萨。 即使仅仅自己想要从生命中解脱。 也没有获得遍知果位的方法。 为了他人，慈爱和慈悲菩提心。 请在相续中生起无伪的，观世音菩萨。 只要有执着自我的心。 那么能取所取的错乱就不会穷尽。 以各个分别的智慧宝剑。 请斩断戏论的网，观世音菩萨。 总而言之，今生圆满佛法。 死亡的时候也没有痛苦。 依靠菩提心二者为座骑。 请从安乐走向安乐，观世音菩萨。 无论生于何处都遇到善知识。 无论与谁交往都远离贪嗔的束缚。 无论如何修行都是菩提心。

Having risen from the ground. Without difficulty, may all the remaining parts of the path. Be arranged with auspicious connections for completion. Manjushri. In short, in all situations of this life, the next life, and the bardo. Since I seek no other refuge than you, Protector. May the auspicious signs of spontaneously accomplishing both self and other's benefit. Be manifestly granted, Manjushri. ༈ Homage to Guru Lokeshvara! To the collection of compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Who is named Lama Chenrezig (Guru Padmapani). If we supplicate with unwavering, intense longing. Please especially consider us with compassion, Chenrezig. I and all sentient beings born at the end of the degenerate age like me. All who are sinking in the ocean of suffering. Since we seek no other refuge than you, Protector. Please deliver us from the swamp of suffering, Chenrezig. Even this body adorned with the eight freedoms and ten endowments. Has many causes for destruction and few causes for survival. And since there are very many obstacles to acting according to the Dharma. Please dispel unfavorable obstacles, Chenrezig. Spiritual mentors and spiritual friends. Secluded places and Dharma-compatible resources. Faith, compassion, wisdom, diligence, and so forth. Please grant conducive circumstances and collections of goodness, Chenrezig. Even though there is no certainty of not dying even tonight. There is a long-standing habit of postponing practice. Since I do not have a time when the sacred Dharma will come to me. Please forcibly shatter the delusion, Chenrezig. Since the desire for samsara has not turned back from the depths. Even if we practice virtue, it is lost to worldly pursuits. For me, a lowly one devoid of the seed of liberation. Please generate intense renunciation, Chenrezig. Even though I only want to be liberated from life myself. There is no way to attain the state of omniscience. For the sake of others, love, compassion, and bodhichitta. Please generate them genuinely in my mindstream, Chenrezig. As long as there is a mind that grasps at self. So long will the delusion of grasper and grasped not be exhausted. With the sword of discriminating wisdom. Please cut the net of elaboration, Chenrezig. In short, may I perfect Dharma practice in this life. And at the time of death, may I be free from suffering. By relying on the vehicle of the two bodhichittas. Please lead me from bliss to bliss, Chenrezig. Wherever I am born, may I meet spiritual mentors. Whomever I associate with, may I be free from the bonds of attachment and aversion. However I practice, may it be bodhichitta.

From the Excellent Conduct: O Chenrezig, may you never be separated from me! Having completely abandoned self-interest and perfected realization, Possessing compassionate activities that pervade the sky for the sake of others. O Protector, may you quickly grant the state inseparable from your qualities! ༈ Namo Guru Vajra Panaye (藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎ་ཡེ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु वज्र पाणये，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Guru Vajra Pāṇaye，汉语字面意思：Homage to the Guru Vajrapani). I supplicate the feet of the Guru Vajrapani, who embodies the three secrets of all the guides and their retinues. From the depths of my heart, remembering with longing, O Lord of Secrets, please directly bestow your blessings! For sentient beings born in the degenerate age, Wherever they may dwell, afflicted by disease, weapons, and poverty, With minds vulnerable, sought after by armies. O Lord of Secrets, protect them with the armor of vajra! Especially the classes of demons in the upper, lower, and intermediate realms, Who in various ways seize the lives of beings, And subject the environment and its inhabitants to the suffering of decline. O Lord of Secrets, subdue them with power, strength, and ability! Furthermore, the eight and sixteen fears, etc., The iron chains of numerous adverse conditions, Binding the body, speech, and mind of myself and others. O Lord of Secrets, sever them with the wisdom sword! When we are overwhelmed by the fog of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, Arising from improper thoughts, O Lord of Secrets, with the radiant light of compassion that acts like the sun, Dispel the darkness of afflictions! Even if a virtuous thought arises for a moment, It is obstructed by the hindrances of demons and their retinues, And diverts our minds onto the wrong path. O Lord of Secrets, liberate us from the obstacles on the path to enlightenment! Please grant me, The definite arising of renunciation and bodhicitta, And in the ocean of the practices of the Buddha's children, Having gained mastery, may I quickly attain the state of omniscient wisdom! O Lord of Secrets, because you hold all the teachings of the Buddhas, Especially all the essential instructions of the Vajrayana, May you effortlessly generate in my mindstream, All the interdependent connections of the great secret path! By ripening the mindstream through empowerment, purifying all vows, And perfecting the samadhi of the two stages, O Lord of Secrets, may you generously bestow the feast of worldly and transworldly accomplishments! If I do not attain ultimate realization in this life, Then in all future lives, May I obtain the excellent support of a leisure and fortune human body, And adorned with the seven noble qualities, May I be born into a noble lineage!
