When a yogi practices, at the time of entrusting the fulfillment substances and offering assembly, with this vast Torma offering assembly, even after fulfilling the solemn vows, may the yogi's wishes be fulfilled as desired. Entrust the Buddha's teachings, may they flourish in the ten directions without decline. Entrust the assemblies of Dharma holders, may they achieve victorious activities in all directions. Entrust the lineage-holding disciples, may they achieve pure and complete activities. Entrust the kingdom, people, and livestock, may they rival the glory of perfect abundance. Entrust the Dharma wheel assembly, may they achieve the activities of teaching and practice. Entrust the Dharma king's power and wealth, may they defeat enemies and demons in battle. Entrust the solitary place for diligent practice, may they liberate from the distractions of samsara and bestow accomplishments. Entrust the faithful patrons, may their human and livestock lineages flourish. Entrust our people and wealth, may power, prosperity, and abundance be gathered. In short, whatever is entrusted to the mind, may that meaning be enjoyed as desired with glory. If going to a foreign land, provide welcome and escort; if staying in the homeland, be the shepherd. You take care of the food; I will straighten out the broken laws. You listen to the words of a friend; I too will straighten out the path of practice. Entrust and deliver, you who have vows; supplicate and offer, assembly of protectors. Subdue and destroy enemies and obstacles; entrust and care, do not diminish your power. The oath between you and me, will not be broken even at the end of an eon. Do not be distant or negligent, but have great love, compassion, and empathy. According to your power, strength, and miraculous abilities, accomplish the activities entrusted by the yogi. Do not be indifferent or lazy, and do not transgress the commands and vows. The time has come, Rahula, the eight planets, four faces, and constellations, the eight classes of gods and demons with power and strength. The time has come for your vows. Enemies and obstacles who hate us, harm the holy body of the lama, destroy the Buddha's teachings with schemes, steal the treasures of the sacred solitary place, kill the powerful gods and protectors, and inflict harm on us all. You, righteous one, have done unholy deeds. This hateful enemy who has broken vows, even if related by father, uncle, siblings, husband, or wife, even if connected by flesh and blood, kill them. Disciples who have broken vows, patrons of offerings, rebels, betrayers, companions, deceitful consorts, thieves, and robbers, enemies who have become the object of hatred, liberate them.

Do not be distracted from the work! Some say that you, the protector, have no power! The great planet demon is powerful! Cool groves and eight great charnel grounds! Obtained from the realm of the sky with a 'Ki'! Gather all eight classes of gods and demons troops! Let the great pervader be the commander! Let the eight great planets lead the army! Launch an attack on the hostile obstacles! Move from the sky with a roaring and flashing sound! Let the four-faced life-cutting Rakshasa woman carry out the task! Thieves who steal souls, engage in action! Enjoy the enemy's soul essence! Sever the paternal and maternal nine lineages! Cut off completely, Samaya! Urge forcefully from the key point, oath-bound one! Accomplish the entrusted task! Then, the practice of recitation is: Visualize Kṣa (藏文，kṣa，kṣa，Earth), Tri (藏文，tri，tri，Three) and other letters at the heart of the sage pervader and his retinue, surrounded by mantras. Visualize that the light from your heart urges you to effortlessly accomplish whatever vast activities you desire. Then recite: Om Kṣa (藏文，kṣa，kṣa，Earth) Rakṣa (藏文，rakṣa，rakṣa，Protect) Rāhula (藏文，rāhula，rāhula，Rāhula) Pramani (藏文，pramaṇi，pramaṇi，Measure) Samaya (藏文，samaya，samaya，Oath) Jaḥ Jaḥ (藏文，jaḥ jaḥ，jaḥ jaḥ，Come Come)! This is the root practice. Hrīḥ (藏文，hrīḥ，hrīḥ，Hrīḥ) Shag ru rag ram nāga citta tram mama yom za agram haha gasha la ja ja! This is the heart essence of accomplishment. Then, the application to activities is: Hrīḥ (藏文，hrīḥ，hrīḥ，Hrīḥ) Shag ru rag ram nāga citta tram mama yom za agram haha gasha la ja ja! Aya ma du ru tsa sha na sarva karma bhyo ja! Rbad! Samaya! This single mantra is the life-force mantra of all arrogant ones. If you have the confidence to view this as your yidam, and recite it eight hundred thousand times in retreat, the pervader will actually appear, this is a word of oath! Samaya! Afterwards, perform the general activities. The complete praise activity ritual is: Hūṃ Jaḥ! The extremely terrifying charnel ground, turbulent waves surge! Subduing wickedness with the form of a Rakshasa! Is a Bodhisattva who cuts off samsara! I prostrate and praise the great sage! Body color smoky, terrifying form! Nine heads, adorned with a raven on the crown! Four hands, holding bow and arrow and a makara lasso! Open mouth, glaring eyes, I praise! Born from hatred, liberating hostile obstacles! I prostrate and praise Yaksha Jwala! The butcher who subdues the desire-filled Naga demons! Vajra lightning transformation, I prostrate and praise! Lord of the charnel ground where the mothers play!
