Fill a jeweled plate with grains, and with white and red medicinal tsampa, on top of the four levels of Mount Meru, place a Maha golden turtle. Around it are lakes, ponds, and lotus trees, and in the center of the eight-petaled lotus above, the self-form of the Boundless Naga King is clearly displayed as it is realized. Around it are the self-forms of the seven Naga Kings, or surrounded by seven Naga offerings. Around that are ten round tormas, perfectly surrounded by the eight auspicious symbols. Eight Trigrams, Nine Palaces, Life Element, etc., offerings to the earth lords, gods, and nagas, and the forms of the twenty-one Naga treasures are placed. White Three Sweets, Sweet Three Sweets pills, and various kinds of crystal and grains are gathered. Various lands where the fierce nagas reside, and lakes, springs, and various waters are collected. Butter from a hundred cows, grains from a hundred fields, a powerful and fortunate leader, wealth from starting businesses, and auspicious objects are gathered. Pour them into the Naga's garden. Outside is the Naga's wooden frame, a magnificent building, covered with nine layers of auspicious conch shells. On top of that are the five elements, channels, and bindus, adorned with a wish-fulfilling jewel. Around it are the seven desirable objects, and objects, symbols, and harmonious summoning objects. The hand gestures of the eight Naga Kings are written, sculpted, and formed, decorated with wood lacquer, silk, and wool. Ten offering summoning objects, eight hand gesture summoning objects, and seven kinds of objects and symbols. Write down self-harmonious wishes for all of them. The yogi abandons meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions, stays in retreat, and wears clean clothes. Refuge, Bodhicitta, accumulation of merit, and offering substances, bless with fragrant incense. Generate the deity in front, the deity and the support are clear. Everything is in the state of pure, equal, great bliss.
