(藏文：མ་མ་ཧྲིང་ཧྲིང་བྷ་ལིངྟ་གྷ་ན་པཱུ་ཛ་ཁཱ་ཧི，梵文天城体：mama hring hring balimta ganapudza khahi，梵文罗马拟音：mama hring hring balimta ganapuja khahi，汉语字面意思：Mama hring hring balimta gathering puja eat!)
