From within emptiness, the self-aware, uncompounded palace of self-arising wisdom, complete with all measures and characteristics, in the center, on a lotus and moon cushion, visualize your awareness, the essence of mind, as a bright red HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) syllable. Instantly, it transforms into the Bhagavan, the Immortal Protector Amitayus, with a body color as bright red as the sun rising over a mountain of coral. He has one face, a peaceful smile, and the adornments of the Sambhogakaya. His two hands hold a vase filled with the nectar of immortal wisdom in the meditation mudra. He sits in the vajra posture, adorned with marks and signs. His body is so beautiful that one cannot tire of looking at it. Light and rays of light fill the endless realms. At his heart, in the center of the indestructible essence, the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) syllable, the A (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊) and SHA (藏文：ཤད，梵文天城体：श，梵文罗马拟音：śa，汉语字面意思：夏) syllables are written above and below, shining like a lamp. Focus your one-pointed concentration on this, like balancing a scale. All the victorious ones of the ten directions, together with their retinues, all the victorious ones blazing with light, in the form of Amitayus's body, syllables, and hand implements, come like a rain cloud and dissolve into you, who are visualized as the deity. This torma, outwardly, is adorned with a glorious torma representing the purity of the vessel and its contents. Inwardly, in the center of a vast palace of jewels, where five-colored rays of light intertwine, reside the deities of Amitayus, the Victorious One blazing with a thousand lights, above are the lineage lamas, in the middle are the yidam deities, below are the dakinis of the mother assembly, and the oath-bound protectors, all as clear as an opened sesame pod, descending upon your crown and bestowing empowerment. May all the karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies of the three doors be purified and cleansed. May all the deities enter and dissolve from the crown in the form of light and rays of light, and may you believe that you have received all the empowerments, blessings, and siddhis.
