祈愿上师身语意三之吉祥！摧毁四魔之军，战胜烦恼之战场！证得深寂离戏之遍知甘露！诸天之天尊，八大善逝如来！祈愿如来及眷属之吉祥！显现之天身融入空性之界！后得天身圆满光明之庄严！三处以字所标之轮守护！于火焰之中，ra ksha jwa la ram！（藏文：རཀྵ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ，梵文天城体：रक्षा ज्वल रं，梵文罗马拟音：raksha jvala ram，汉语字面意思：守护，火焰，让） 吽！（藏文：ཧོ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 供养如来及眷属之善根，以已作及将作之殊胜福德力，愿佛教兴盛，施主之障碍消除，一切众生证得遍知之果位！萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言） 从法界之表示显现之法，超越凡夫之智慧境界，隐藏于邪见者，交付于具缘者，巩固！ 药之天女守护此宝藏，凡结缘者皆具意义，空行母之表示，交付于迪帕、德瓦等，确信征兆将会出现，具有身语意之印。如是说，因具生来之智慧，精进修持之噶玛拉潘劝请，为利益具信弟子，名为霍尔·贤遍桑波者所书写，愿三时吉祥！芒嘎朗！（藏文：མངྒ་ལཾ，梵文天城体：मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：吉祥）

May the auspiciousness of the three secrets of the Guru be bestowed! Destroying the armies of the four maras, may we be victorious over the battlefield of afflictions! Attaining the nectar of profound, peaceful, free from elaboration, omniscient knowledge! Supreme among the gods, the eight Sugata Buddhas! May there be auspiciousness for the Buddhas and their retinues! The deity body of appearance is gathered into the realm of emptiness! The subsequent deity body is complete with the adornment of clarity! The three places are protected by the wheel marked with letters! From within the flames, Raksha Jwala Ram! Hum! Through the virtue of offering to the Buddhas and their retinues, and through the power of the pure merit of what has been done and what will be done, may the Buddha's teachings flourish, may the obstacles of the patrons be pacified, and may all beings attain the state of omniscience! Samaya! The Dharma that appears from the sign of the sphere, transcends the realm of ordinary minds, hidden from those with wrong views, entrusted to those with karmic fortune, secured! The goddess of medicine protects this treasure, all those who connect with it have meaning, the sign of the dakinis, given to Dipa, Deva, etc., it is certain that signs will appear, there is the seal of body, speech, and mind. Thus it is said, urged by Karma Lhapan, who possesses innate wisdom and diligently practices, for the benefit of faithful students, written by one named Hor Shenpen Sangpo, may it be virtuous in the three times!
