Please heed, assembly of Sugata deities! Through my ignorance, disrespect, and carelessness, I confess and vow to refrain from whatever contradicts your minds, be it offerings mentioned in sutras and treatises, or distractions in samadhi and lack of power. Grant supreme and perfect accomplishments here and now! I confess the obscurations of incorrect recitation of the hundred-syllable mantra and other dharanis and mantras. Fourth, urging the granting of accomplishments: Emaho! Heed, all buddhas and bodhisattvas of the ten directions! Heed, assembly of the Medicine Guru Buddha! Through the power of the yoga practitioner's approach and activity, now is the time to grant accomplishments! As dawn breaks, the sun rises from the clouds, grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind in the form of the three syllables at the heart's center! Add body, speech, and mind after the root mantra, and siddhi at the end of the mantra, and approach much with Om Ah Hum and Hrih! Attain accomplishments through one hundred and eight recitations! Auspicious words, dissolution sequence, and aspiration: Emaho! The nature of body, the marks and signs, the dharmakaya! The essence of speech, the sixty qualities of Brahma's voice! Mind is self-luminous, the omniscient mind of the buddhas! Grant the auspiciousness of the Medicine Guru's three secrets! Subdue the armies of the four maras, and triumph over the battlefield of afflictions! Attain the nectar of the profound, peaceful, free from elaboration, and omniscient! Supreme among the gods, the eight Sugata buddhas! May the buddhas and bodhisattvas be auspicious! Dissolve the deity form of appearance into the expanse of emptiness! In the subsequent attainment, perfect the clarity of the deity form! Protect with the wheel marked by the syllables of the three places! From the mass of flames, Raksha Jwala Ram Ho! Through the virtue of offering to the buddhas and bodhisattvas, and the power of the pure merit of what has been done and will be done, may the Buddha's teachings flourish, the patrons' obstacles be pacified, and all beings attain the state of omniscience! Samaya! The dharma that appears from the symbol of space, transcends the realm of ordinary minds, is hidden from those with wrong views, and entrusted to those with karmic fortune, sealed! The Medicine Goddess protects this treasure, all who connect with it are meaningful, it is the dakini's secret language, entrusted to Dipa Deva and others, faith and signs will surely arise! There is the seal of body, speech, and mind!
