Oṃ! I offer this to please the deities of Mañjuvajra (འཇམ་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ). The incomparable, enchanting, coquettish one, the lord of loving-kindness. The moistener, creating the ocean that guides the expanse (དབྱིངས). The protector, the unwavering ground of aspiration accomplishment mother. Oṃ! I offer this to please the deities of Mañjuvajra. The incomparable, enchanting, coquettish one, the joyful White Tārā (དགའ་དཀར་མོ). The ripener, creating the ocean that guides the expanse. The increaser, the non-deceptive, excellent ground accomplishment mother. Oṃ! I offer this to please the deities of Mañjuvajra. The incomparable, enchanting, coquettish one, the equanimous Liberator (བཏང་སྙོམས་སྒྲོལ). The mover, creating the ocean that guides the expanse. The empowerer, the wisdom cloud ground accomplishment mother. Oṃ! I offer this to please the deities of Mañjuvajra. The incomparable, enchanting, coquettish one, the wisdom expanse. The opener, creating the ocean that guides the expanse. The supreme one, the Dharmakāya Samantabhadra light accomplishment mother. Oṃ! I offer this to please the deities of Mañjuvajra. At the end of each line, recite: Oṃ sarva tathāgata anurāgana vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ. Offer in this way. Then, offer the three mentally created offerings and the three unsurpassed offerings, creating an ocean of offering clouds. Offer the praises with the vajra bell and vajra, the five Vajradharas, and the verses beginning with 'By whom all things are primordially clear,' and the praises of the mandala wheel composed by Je Tsongkhapa. After that, take the vows by reciting the common confession three times according to this tradition, and take the five family vows three times. Offer the practice offering by reciting the mantra of this mandala. Then, purify the tormas (གཏོར་མ) arranged in front with inner offering and alcohol, and bless them according to the sādhana. First, offer the first torma to the past deities according to the torma offering ritual; the second to the Protector Gur (གུར་གྱི་མགོན་པོ); the third to the Dharma Protector with four faces, Buddha Wisdom Foot; the fourth to the activity protectors of Protector Gur; and the fifth to the directional guardians according to the torma offering ritual. Then, if there are resources to enjoy the feast of heroes (དཔའ་བོའི་སྟོན་མོ), offer and bless it, and perform the vajra song and auspicious verses properly. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

祈请宽恕由于‘衰损’和‘退失’等所造成的过错。祈请遣送本尊智慧尊。将誓言尊融入自身，以生处和身语意加持，如从修法之方便中生起一般。念诵曼巴（医生）所著之祈愿文，以及杰喇嘛（宗喀巴大师）所著之坛城赞中的常忏悔之结行祈愿文等，之后便可从事讲经说法等符合正法的行为。 以此如法供养吉祥具德文殊金刚坛城众，愿降下利益安乐之雨于遍虚空之众生，愿智慧之光芒照耀十方。此乃释迦比丘索南僧格所造。善哉！善哉！善哉！

I beseech forgiveness for faults caused by 'decline' and 'loss,' etc. I request the wisdom beings of the visualized deity to depart. Having merged the Samaya beings into oneself, bless the birthplaces, body, speech, and mind, just as they arise from the means of practice. Recite the prayer composed by Manpa (the doctor), and the concluding prayer of constant confession within the mandala praise composed by Je Lama (Tsongkhapa), and then engage in activities in accordance with the Dharma, such as teaching the Dharma. By offering this ritual of proper worship to the assembly of glorious and blessed Manjushri Vajra, may a rain of benefit and happiness fall upon beings throughout space, and may the light of wisdom blaze in the ten directions.
