འཁྲིགས་པའི་ཀློངཿ སྐྱབས་ཀུན་འདུས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ནིཿ སྐུ་ཐ་མལ་མ་ཡིན་དྭངས་མའི་ལུསཿ དཔལ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་མཐའི་ངོ་བོར་བཞུགསཿ ཡིད་མོས་གུས་གདུང་བས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབསཿ ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབསཿ གནས་འོག་མིན་བགྲོད་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབསཿ དབྱིངས་ཆོས་སྐུའི་རྒྱལ་ཟིན་པར་ཤོགཿ ཧྲཱིཿལྔ་དང་ཕཊཿལྔས་འཕོ་བའོ།། གནམ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཕོ་བ་ནི། ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། ཤིན་ཏུ་ངོ་མཚར་འོད་དཔག་མེད་མགོན་དང་། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཕྱག་རྡོར་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ། །ཚེ་འདས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ཟབ་ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ནམ་ཞིག་འདི་ནས་ཚེ་འཕོས་གྱུར་མ་ཐག །བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།། རྣམ་ཤེས་བདེ་ཆེན་འཕོ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ཕཊཿགསུམ་གྱིས་འཕང་ངོ།། སྤྱི་བོར་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་ཆེན་ཡངས་པ་རུ། །སྐྱབས་གནས་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པའི་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །ངེས་འབྱུང་གདུང་ཤུགས་དྲག་པོས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་འཕོ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ཕཊཿལྔའམ་གསུམ་གྱིས་འཕོས་ལ། སླར་ཡང་། སྣང་གྲགས་རིག་གསུམ་ལྷ་སྔགས་ཆོས་སྐུའི་ངང་། །སྐུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་རོལ་བ་འབྱམས་ཀླས་པའི། །ཟབ་གསང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཆེན་པོའི་ཉམས་ལེན་ལ། །དབྱེར་མེད་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེར་རོ་གཅིག་ཤོག །ཕཊཿཅེས་འཁོར་གསུམ་མི་དམིགས་པའི་ངང་ལ་ཅུང་ཟད་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་ལ། མཐར། སྤྱི་བོའི་བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་དུ་ཞུ། །སྙིང་དབུས་ཐིམ་པས་ཐུགས་ཡིད་དབྱེར་མེད་འདྲེས། །གདོས་བཅས་མི་དམིགས་ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །སྐྱེ་འགགས་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་ཐོབ་གྱུར། །ཨོཾ་ཨ་མ་ར་ཎ་ཛི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་ཅི་ནུས་དང་། སྤྲོ་ན་ཚེ་གཟུངས་བཟླ་ཞིང་ཚེ་འགུགས་བྱའོ།། ཞེས་རང་གཞན་ཀུན་ལ་གདབ་ཏུ་རུང་བའི་ཟབ་ལམ་འཕོ་བའི་ཉམས་ལེན་སྙིང་པོར་དྲིལ་ནས་བརྗོད་པ་འདི་ཡང་། མགོ་ལོག་སྔགས་རྒན་གྱིས་མགྱོགས་པར་བྲིས་པ་རང་གཞན་ཡོངས་ལ་ཕན་ཐོགས་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དགེའོ།། དགེའོ།། དགེའོ།། འཕོ་བའི་ཉམས་ལེན་སྙིང་པོ་བཅུད་དྲིལ།

稠密的虚空。皈依总集根本上师您，身非凡庸清净之身，安住于吉祥无量光佛之体性中。以信心、恭敬心和悲切心祈祷，请加持我精通迁识之法，请加持我前往密严刹土，愿证得法身之胜果。舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）五次和啪（藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）五次进行迁识。天法之迁识为：唉玛吙！ 极为稀有无量光怙主您，以及大悲大能持金刚。亡者一心以意念祈祷，请加持我精通甚深迁识道。何时从此处寿终正寝后，请加持我往生极乐刹土。请加持我意识迁至大乐中。啪（藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）三次进行弹射。于顶门广大解脱之门处，皈依处无欺之阿弥陀佛，以出离心和强烈悲切心祈祷，请加持我迁至上师心间。啪（藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）五次或三次进行迁识。再次，显现、声音、觉知三者处于本尊、咒语、法身之状态中，身与智慧之游舞浩瀚无垠，于甚深秘密大瑜伽之修持中，愿无别融入上师心之明点中。啪（藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）！如此于三轮体空之状态中稍作安住，最后，顶门上师化光融入，融入心间中央，心与意无别融合，有质碍不执著，邬金无量寿，获得无生无灭金刚身。嗡 阿玛Ra讷 泽万德耶 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མ་ར་ཎ་ཛི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ अमरणि जिवन्ति ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amaraṇi jivanti ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，不死，命，愿成就），尽力念诵，若有意乐，则念诵长寿陀罗尼并作勾召寿命。此为可为自他一切众生种下善根的甚深迁识道修持，将精要摄集而宣说。此乃果洛咒师迅速书写，愿对自他一切众生皆有利益。善哉！善哉！善哉！ 迁识修持精要摄集。

The dense expanse. Root Guru, the embodiment of all refuges, Your body is not ordinary, but a pure form. You dwell as the essence of glorious Buddha Amitabha. With faith, reverence, and longing, I pray. Please bless me to master the practice of transference. Please bless me to travel to Akanishta. May I attain the victory of Dharmakaya in the expanse. Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) five times and Phat (藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Cut) five times for transference. The transference of the Sky Dharma is: Emaho! Exceedingly wondrous, Amitabha, protector, And great compassionate one, Vajrapani, possessor of great power. The deceased, with one-pointed mind, prays. Please bless me to master the profound path of transference. Whenever I pass away from here, Please bless me to be born in Sukhavati. Please bless me to transfer my consciousness to great bliss.
