授予最后的所有灌顶。萨玛雅。之后宣誓三昧耶誓言：唉玛！有缘的心之子！作为空行母身之誓言：断绝杀生，守护梵行；将一切显现修习为空幻的本尊身；永远不要轻蔑上师之身和自己的身体。作为空行母语之誓言：断绝妄语和离间语，勤奋念诵；不诽谤所有女性；遵从上师的一切教言。作为空行母意之誓言：不放纵实执的迷惑；不作取舍，随显任运；具有通达空性的定解；不间断对众生的慈悲。作为功德事业之誓言：不间断上弦月和下弦月的初十会供；具备三门和三坛城。如是所说，空行母的共同和个别誓言，都应如上师所说的那样如法守护，如此思念，请复诵这些。主尊如何教诲？所有这些我都将奉行。念诵三遍，持守誓言。同样，弟子也应承诺。将身体、受用、三时善根等一切事物都供养给本尊和上师。从一部分开始享用，如此思念，请复诵这些。从今以后，我将自己作为奴仆。将我供养给您。请您摄受我为弟子，也请您从一部分开始享用。举行欢喜宴会轮。通过这些，从获得智慧空行母的随许所产生的善根为代表，将过去、现在、未来所积累的如海般的善资全部汇集在一起，为了使如虚空般的无边众生获得一切种智圆满正等觉的果位而作回向，请发此意乐。以此善根愿能成就一切见，获得之后战胜罪恶的敌人们，从生老病死的波涛汹涌中，救度众生脱离轮回之海。如是等回向发愿吉祥语。唉玛霍！甚深要诀空行母命！传授给所有具缘弟子！护法大遍入天，对于扰乱佛法之人，以及邪见者的罪人，若非时盗取，则夺其性命！

Grant the final empowerments. Samaya. Then proclaim the Samaya vows: Ema! Fortunate heart-son! As the Samaya of the Dakini's Body: Abandon killing and maintain celibacy; Purify all appearances as illusory deity forms; Never despise the Guru's body and your own body. As the Samaya of the Dakini's Speech: Abandon lying and divisive speech, diligently recite mantras; Do not slander all women; Obey all the Guru's instructions. As the Samaya of the Dakini's Mind: Do not indulge in the delusion of clinging to reality; Do not accept or reject whatever arises, let it be; Possess the confidence of understanding emptiness; Never cease compassion for beings. As the Samaya of Qualities and Activities: Never cease the tenth-day gatherings of the waxing and waning moons; Possess the three doors and the three mandalas. As it is said, all the common and individual Samayas of the Dakinis, should be properly guarded as they have arisen from the Guru's instructions. Thinking thus, please repeat these. How does the main deity instruct? All these I will perform. Recite three times, holding the vows. Likewise, the disciple should also promise. Offer the body, possessions, and all virtuous things of the three times to the deity and the Guru. From a portion, please enjoy, thinking thus, please repeat these. From now on, I offer myself as a servant to you. Please accept me as your disciple, and please enjoy from a portion as well. Hold the feast gathering wheel. Through these, representing the root of virtue arising from obtaining the Anujna of the Wisdom Dakini, gather together all the accumulated merit, like an ocean, of the past, present, and future, and dedicate it for the sake of all beings as vast as space attaining the state of perfect and complete enlightenment, the all-knowing Buddha. With this merit, may I attain the all-seeing state, and having attained it, defeat the enemies of wrongdoing, and from the turbulent waves of birth, old age, sickness, and death, liberate beings from the ocean of samsara. Thus, make aspirations and auspicious prayers. Emaho! The very profound essence, the life of the Dakinis! Bestowed upon all fortunate disciples! The great protector Khyabjug, for those who disturb the Dharma, and the sinful of wrong views, if they steal it untimely, may he take their life!

一心倾慕于佛法，于实修恒常守护。 “古雅”！如具清净显现之法权的有缘者隆日林巴所说，由具信勤之小僧侣隆多以名记录，并以零散韵文散文之词句补足，汇集为实修次第者，乃生于果洛（今果洛地区）之咒士秋英衮萨嘉措，为圆满具吉祥上师之意愿故。 萨瓦达芒嘎朗！（藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्वदा मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarvadā maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切时吉祥！） 空行母益西措嘉之随许实修加持雨流。

With one-pointed devotion to the Dharma, constantly guard its practice. "Guhya!" As said by Lungrik Lingpa, the fortunate one who has the authority over the Dharma of pure visions, it was recorded in writing by the young monk Lungtok, who possesses faith and diligence. The one who compiled it into a practical sequence, supplementing it with fragments of verse and prose, is the mantra-holder Choying Kunsal Gyatso, born in Golok (present-day Golok area), in order to fulfill the wishes of the glorious and holy Lama.
