At the navel, on top of a four-petaled lotus, a short red A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllable, ignited by the touch of heat, strikes the HUNG (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Roman transliteration: haṃ, literal meaning: HUNG) syllable at the crown of the head from the central channel, causing drops to descend from the bindu. Fueling it with fire, it blazes intensely. Burning away karma and habitual tendencies. When skillful means and wisdom, red and white, meet and bliss increases, remain in the state of bliss and emptiness. At noon, gather awareness into the vase like an elephant sitting. In the heart, there is a white, clear, and radiant A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllable. In the Brahma aperture, there is a white and clear A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllable. Between these two, from the path of the central channel, tiny white A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllables appear like strung beads, each one dissolving into the A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllable in the heart. Because of this, contemplate that white light fills and illuminates all the channels and the inside of the body, which is the method of concealing sleep in luminosity, the key to self-liberation without abandoning ignorance. Immediately upon waking at dawn, exhale three long breaths with a "Ha" sound. Manifesting awareness clearly with the posture of a lion: In the sky, about an arrow's length above the crown of the head, a second white A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllable, identical to the A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllable in the heart, is separated and dwells clearly and distinctly. By focusing the mind on this, the wisdom of the primordial state of original purity, in which clarity and emptiness are inseparable, will arise and be known. Similarly, Panchen Vimalamitra's instruction is the four contemplations, in order to exhaust the elements of the five winds in their own place, which are the branches for generating the wisdom of cessation, contemplate red five-layered A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllables, four-layered, green three-layered, yellow two-layered, and blue single-layered, in sequence. By abiding in the unborn A (ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Roman transliteration: a, literal meaning: A) syllable, one purifies the fire of conceptual thought, the water of joy and bliss, the wind of memory and thought, that which resembles the earth of memory, and the antidote to be abandoned, along with its own nature. As it says in "The Lamp That Illuminates": "The meditation instructions are like a sequence, day and night union is obtained in sequence." And as it says in "The Essence of Profound Meaning": "Practice with rays in the morning and evening, practice with continuous flow during the day." And: "The three kayas, Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya, at dusk, midnight, and dawn, combine with the three objects of focus in sequence. Thus, by striving day and night, there is no doubt that liberation will occur." Furthermore, if one is interested, it is said that at these times one should also learn the seven-branch posture and the four ways of looking, etc. Among these, the postures are: Garuda, tiger, vomiting, human, fox, vulture, giant, and six, crocodile.

The seven key points of posture. The so-called "Garuda posture" is: the soles of the feet are put together, the body is upright, the two vajra fists are placed on the thighs, the neck is slightly bent, and the eyes look at the sky between the eyebrows for practice. The so-called "Tiger Squat posture" is: the position of the feet is as before, the vajra fists are placed in the hidden place, the back of the neck is tightened, the throat is bent, and the eyes are retracted between the eyebrows, looking straight ahead. The so-called "Man posture" is: the body squats, the hands embrace the knees, the neck is slightly raised, and the sky is looked at straightly. The so-called "Va posture" is: the feet are like an upright person, the vajra fists are placed on both ribs, the arms are stretched and tightened, the spine is straightened, and the eyes are slightly half-closed, leading to the corners of the eyes on the left and right. The so-called "Vulture posture" is: the vajra sitting posture of the feet is slightly forward, the fists are placed against the root of the hip joint, the spine is straightened, the back of the neck is tightened, the eyes are extremely half-closed, leading to the two corners, looking in a way that is like a sheep jumping when walking. The so-called "Giant posture" is: cross-legged, the elbows are placed on the thighs, the hands are raised to the sides of the face, the spine is greatly straightened, the eyes are half-closed, leading to the left sky in a revolving way. The so-called "Crocodile posture" is: cross-legged, the hands cover the knees, the body is straightened, the neck is slightly tilted back, the eyes are led to the right, watching and meditating with half-closed eyes. All these are done by sitting facing south in a high place with a wide view of the sky. The ways of looking are: lion, elephant, and rabbit, and four ways of looking as straight as an arrow. During the day, the yogi looks like a lion, turning his eyes upwards; like an elephant, looking slightly downwards; like a rabbit, staring straight ahead with wide eyes; and like an arrow, looking straight to the side. By opening wide, half-closing, and slightly closing, looking upwards, downwards, to the right, to the left, and straight ahead, do whatever is comfortable, and the awareness should not be separated from the vajra rosary. The way to generate the actual uncontaminated wisdom.
