After receiving it, experiencing the suffering of the six realms' respective forms and behaviors from each body is inconceivable. The sound spoken by the mouth also becomes the cause of dualistic grasping. If this mind is recognized, it is no different from the Buddha's mind, but because it is dominated by ignorance, it wanders in samsara. Experiencing the cause and effect of such suffering all becomes meaningless. The extremely serious confusion is due to not distinguishing between samsara and nirvana. Now, one must definitely distinguish between samsara and nirvana, and resolve not to wander in samsara again. Therefore, when the body, speech, and mind manifest states of fatigue and weariness, one should look at the self-nature of subsequent awareness and rest. By doing this repeatedly, if one develops the feeling of having no body, and no attachment to the body, no negation or affirmation, no heat or cold, no sickness, no suffering of hunger and thirst, etc., then that is a sign that the body has distinguished between samsara and nirvana. The sign of speech is that understanding arises from the guru's instructions, without deliberately clinging to the meaning of the words, and wisdom arising from meditation spontaneously arises, making it easy to understand the meaning of the words of the instructions, then that is a sign that speech has distinguished between samsara and nirvana. The sign of mind is that it is clear and bright without confusion, and joy arises in the instructions, delight in experience, and happiness arises, etc., then that is a sign that the mind has distinguished between samsara and nirvana. Until the signs of distinguishing between samsara and nirvana for body, speech, and mind individually have not arisen, continue for seven days, eleven days, half a month, etc., and practice repeatedly.

In that place, reside at Asunritritre. As it says in 'After Death': 'This body is born from ignorance, so the seeds of the six realms reside in it. Since awareness is the essence of the three bodies, the three letters of the three bodies appear. Letters are practiced to distinguish between pure and impure.' As it is said, the object to be purified is the six places of the body of beings, where the seeds that propel them to the respective positions of the six realms constantly reside. The letters to be purified are: at the crown of the head, the seed of the gods, A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) white. In the throat, within the horn-like structure at the back of the neck, the seed of the Asuras, Su (Tibetan: སུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Literal Chinese meaning: Su) greenish-yellow. In the heart, within the life-force channel, the seed of humans, Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nri, Literal Chinese meaning: Nri) bluish-green. In the navel, within the root that is stretched like a thread, the seed of animals, Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Literal Chinese meaning: Tri) reddish-black. In the secret place, within the channel of great bliss, the seed of the pretas, Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: Pre) green. At the soles of the feet, where the channels are coiled, the seed of hell beings, Du (Tibetan: དུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Literal Chinese meaning: Du) smoky, etc. The habitual tendencies of the six realms of beings are inherently present. At the time of death, the parts of the body, channels, elements, and letters, wherever the wind and mind gather, they are propelled and born into a corresponding realm. Therefore, purification is very important. Moreover, the means of purification is the wisdom of awareness, inseparable from all Buddhas, the nature of the three vajras, appearing in the form of letters. At the crown of the head, Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) white. In the throat, Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: ah, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) red. In the heart, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) blue, visualize them as radiant, bright, and blazing with light. By reciting the three syllables, the fire and light of wisdom that arise from them burn all the seeds and habitual tendencies of the six realms into nothingness. Think that all the causes and effects of samsara and the lower realms, which arise from ignorance, are completely purified. Recite Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: ah, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) seven hundred thousand times, alternating between loud and soft recitation. If you have the energy, then below each seed, visualize one Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) and one Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam), each having the nature of fire and wind. Recite in the mouth: Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: ah, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Naraga Sarva Papam Vishuddhe Svaha. By reciting this, the wind arises from Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) and strikes Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram). The fire of wisdom blazes brightly. Think that the black smoke or haze is burned into nothingness. Similarly, recite Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: ah, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Preta Ka Sarva Papam Vishuddhe Svaha. After reciting, the wind arises from Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam), and the red fire blazes brightly from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram). Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: Pre) greenish-black or ash-green or reddish-black is burned. Recite Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: ah, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Tirya Ka Sarva Papam Vishuddhe Svaha. After reciting, the wind
