English
All phenomena and non-dual wisdom appear in the form of letters as the nature of the three vajras. At the crown is a white Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), at the throat is a red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and at the heart is a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), all shining brightly with light and radiance. By reciting the three seed syllables, the fire and light of wisdom arising from them burn away all the seeds and habitual tendencies of the six realms into nothingness. Contemplate that all the causes and effects of saṃsāra and rebirth in the lower realms arising from ignorance are completely purified. Recite Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) seven hundred thousand times, alternating between chanting aloud and silently. If you wish, you can contemplate a Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) and a Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬), each with the nature of fire and wind, below each seed syllable. Vocally recite: Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Nāragā Sarva Pāpaṃ Biśuddhe Svāhā. By reciting, the wind stirred by Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬) strikes Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让). The fire of wisdom blazes brightly white. Contemplate that the black smoke or haze is burned away into nothingness. Similarly, recite: Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Preta Kā Sarva Pāpaṃ Biśuddhe Svāhā. By reciting, the wind stirred by Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬) causes the red fire to blaze brightly from Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让). Preta (hungry ghost) is burned to a greenish-black, ashen, or reddish-black color. Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Tirya Kā Sarva Pāpaṃ Biśuddhe Svāhā. By reciting, the wind stirs and the blue fire blazes brightly. Tri (animal) is burned to a reddish-black or green color. Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Duga Dri Sha Ni Sarva Pāpaṃ Biśuddhe Svāhā. By reciting, the wind stirs and the five-colored fire blazes. Nṛ (human) is burned to a bluish-gray color. Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Asura Sarva Pāpaṃ Biśuddhe Svāhā. By reciting, the wind stirs and the green fire blazes brightly. Su (asura) is burned to a greenish-yellow color. Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) A Kar Deva Sarva Pāpaṃ Biśuddhe Svāhā. By reciting, the wind stirs and the yellow fire blazes brightly. A (deva) white is burned away into nothingness. Again, contemplate that the nectar and light arising from the three seed syllables purify the places of the six realms, and all the birthplaces of saṃsāra are empty. It is said that reciting the three seed syllables can be done alternately as desired. Strive until various signs of the purification of sins and obscurations appear, and the ordinary clinging of the three doors is naturally purified, as if wiping a crystal ball. Temporarily, the seeds of saṃsāra are emptied and the connection is severed. Ultimately, one will not revert to saṃsāra. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": "Like the inside of a Ru Shan, who can separate it? The cause of delusion, the seed of saṃsāra is empty. The three will not revert to saṃsāra."

If the seed is not exhausted, the connection of samsara will not be severed. It is like when the seed of the cause is exhausted, the fruit it produces does not exist. Thus, when the inner and outer Ru-shan are separated, the attachment of the three doors (body, speech, and mind) will return, the connection of samsara will be severed, the body will mature into great bliss and luminosity, speech will mature into the wheel of letters, and the mind will be liberated in awareness, and experiences of clear emptiness and non-conceptuality will arise, etc. As it is said in the 'Near Attainment of Freedom': 'By whatever means Ru-shan is separated, the three realms will not be reversed.' Thus, Ru-shan is accomplished. The distinction between samsara and nirvana Ru-shan.
