萨！夺取成就且作害的，贝惹、热堆、邪魔的头上，以无明之网覆盖之。亚玛、邪魔、玛惹亚，镇压！以诅咒索捆绑之。吽 舍！三身圆满嘿汝嘎的，眷属众神之谛实力，以不坏五毒之诅咒索，热堆、障碍，束缚于誓言中。直至证悟自生智慧义，莫解脱、莫脱离。萨玛雅 班杂 阿汤！于门槛处掘三面坑，置于其中，施加地水火风空之封印。吽 舍！三身五智之幻变，以五毒调伏之嘿汝嘎，热堆、贝惹、邪魔、魔，作勾摄、诛杀、镇压之事业。由愚痴所生障碍魔，贝惹、邪魔、热堆等，文殊身之众神之，法界智之威力，开启、法界虚空，勾摄镇压之。法界自在，得埃之封印。由嗔恨所生障碍魔，贝惹、邪魔、热堆等，金刚手意之众神之，明镜智之威力，坚固之法界虚空，勾摄镇压之。明妃，得朗之封印。由我慢所生障碍魔，贝惹、邪魔、热堆等，大吉祥功德众神之，平等智之威力，柔软之法界虚空，勾摄镇压之。玛吉，得邦之封印。由贪欲所生障碍魔，贝惹、邪魔、热堆等，大自在语之众神之，妙观察智之威力，暖热之法界虚空，勾摄镇压之。白度母，得让之封印。由嫉妒所生障碍魔，贝惹、邪魔、热堆等，金刚橛事业众神之，成所作智之威力，能动之法界虚空，勾摄镇压之。度母，得扬之封印。三身众神之谛实力，与秘密主之威力加持，障碍鬼神、贝惹魔，热堆、亚玛、邪魔众，于金地九层之下，镇压之，九乘之印。无越过、起立之机会。愿究竟三身现前。嗡 桑巴尼 桑巴尼 吽！ 扎

Sa! Upon the heads of Berag, Regdre, and Damse, who steal accomplishments and cause harm, may ignorance be covered with a veil. Yama, Damse, Mara Ya, subdue! Bind them with the thread of sorcery. Hung Hrih! By the power of truth of the assembly of deities, together with the retinue, of the complete three Kayas of Heruka, with the indestructible thread of sorcery of the five poisons, Regdre, the obstructors, bind them in oath. Until the meaning of self-arisen wisdom is realized, may they not be liberated or released. Samaya Vajra Atam! Dig a three-sided pit at the threshold, place them there, and seal it with earth, water, fire, wind, and space. Hung Hrih! By the magic of the three Kayas and five wisdoms, Heruka who subdues the demons of the five poisons, Regdre, Berag, Damse, and Mara, accomplish the activity of summoning, slaying, and suppressing. Obstructing demons born from ignorance, Berag, Damse, and Regdre, by the power of the truth of the assembly of deities of Manjushri's body, open up and suppress the Dharmadhatu space. May the wealthy Dharmadhatu obtain the seal of E. Obstructing demons born from hatred, Berag, Damse, and Regdre, by the power of the truth of the assembly of deities of Vajrapani's mind, summon and suppress the solid Dharmadhatu space. May the consort obtain the seal of Lam. Obstructing demons born from pride, Berag, Damse, and Regdre, by the power of the truth of the assembly of deities of the great glorious qualities, summon and suppress the soft Dharmadhatu space. May Maki obtain the seal of Bam. Obstructing demons born from desire, Berag, Damse, and Regdre, by the power of the truth of the assembly of deities of the great powerful speech, summon and suppress the warm Dharmadhatu space. May White Tara obtain the seal of Ram. Obstructing demons born from jealousy, Berag, Damse, and Regdre, by the power of the truth of the assembly of deities of Vajrakila's activity, summon and suppress the moving Dharmadhatu space. May Tara obtain the seal of Yam. By the power of the truth of the assembly of deities of the three Kayas, and by the power and blessing of the Lord of Secrets, obstructing spirits, Berag demons, Regdre, Yama, and all Damse, suppress them beneath the nine layers of the golden earth, with the seal of the nine vehicles. Hrih Grihna Hum. Grihna Paya Grihna Paya Hum. Ana Ya Ho. Bhagavan. Vidya Raja Hum Phet. Om Ah Hum Svaha E Yam Ram Bam Lam, reciting "Ragdre (Tibetan), damasri (Sanskrit Devanagari), damasri (Sanskrit Romanization), fierce ghost), Damsri (Tibetan), damasri (Sanskrit Devanagari), damasri (Sanskrit Romanization), evil spirit), Stambhaya Nannan." After reciting, perform Cham dance and so on. Thereafter, until the number of days of practice is complete, repeatedly perform summoning and dispatching on the torma placed above it. Recite the root mantra and "Om Vajrapani mama raksha..." seven or twenty-one times, or as appropriate, and performing the Cham dance is sufficient. By doing so, whatever activity or siddhi is practiced will be accomplished without obstacles. By the virtue of reciting this, may all who participate here overcome the harm of fierce ghosts, and may their activities and siddhis be accomplished effortlessly and spontaneously. At the urging of the venerable Padma Tsemchok, this blazing cross activity for suppressing fierce ghosts, as a part of the general collection of sadhanas of the Three Kayas' Mind Treasure, was written by Garwang Jigme Namgyal. By this merit, may all vidyadhara yogis overcome the harm of obstructing fierce ghosts, and may whatever activities they undertake be accomplished without hindrance, and may everything be auspicious and perfect from beginning to end. Auspicious! Auspicious! Auspicious!
