于五之界中起立，我与守护者之命、寿、魂、气、光彩，以宿业、突发之猛烈损耗而延长，衰败者恢复，散失者聚集，断裂者连接，被盗者寻回，漂泊者召回，歪斜者矫正，破裂者修补，轮回涅槃三道之寿命福德精华聚集，赐予我与守护者寿命之滋养。三身智慧扎吉大城之母，以慈悲之自力速疾母四者等，因无明二执迷乱之因缘力，寿命魂气衰减损耗诸般，聚集于本空觉性之界中，获得明净大乐金刚之成就。吽 舍，空行莲花光之宫殿，下方吉祥山之内部，三身威猛游舞之宫殿中央，智慧火焰燃烧之界中心，大胜总集莲花忿怒力，慈悲之自光大吉祥主九尊之舞，父母化身及再化身听命者等，另有本尊续部四六部之诸神，无余眷属从法界显现身，我与守护者之命、寿、魂、气、光彩，以宿业、突发之猛烈损耗而延长，衰败者恢复，散失者聚集，断裂者连接，被盗者寻回，漂泊者召回，歪斜者矫正，破裂者修补，轮回涅槃三道之寿命福德精华聚集，赐予我与守护者寿命之滋养。法界母金刚亥母瑜伽母，化身及再化身空行母众等，寿命福德被神鬼盗取或抢夺，或因势力衰减损耗漂泊及耗尽，以及被施加诅咒之命寿迅速寻回，融入无垢铜色空性大乐母之宫殿，如水入水般无二味一，以不变三身之意成就。吽 舍，空行莲花光之宫殿，环绕铜色吉祥山之外面，地上密严持明游舞之刹土，罗刹洲之方位中央及九处，显现食人罗刹之洲九处，中央方位楞伽布日之城镇为主，颅骨之城九重火焰旋绕之界，莲花生大士罗刹颅鬘力，稀有之结合解脱。

Arise from the sphere of the five! May the life, longevity, vital force, breath, and radiance of myself and the one to be protected, which have been depleted by the force of past karma and sudden circumstances, be prolonged. May what is diminished be restored, what is scattered be gathered, what is broken be rejoined, what is stolen be recovered, what is wandering be recalled, what is crooked be straightened, and what is torn be mended. May the life force and merit, the essence and vitality of the three paths of samsara and nirvana be gathered. Grant the sustenance of life to myself and the one to be protected. Mother of the three kayas of wisdom, Takkiki Great City, with the compassion of the four swift ones, etc., due to the power of the causes of ignorance, dualistic clinging, and delusion, all the decline, loss, and deterioration of life force, vital energy, and fortune, gather them and dissolve them into the sphere of primordial emptiness and awareness. May you attain the clear, pure, great bliss of the vajra accomplishment! Hūṃ hrīḥ From the palace of the lotus light of the Khechara, in the inner realm of the Glorious Mountain in the lower direction, in the center of the palace where the power and might of the three kayas play, from the midst of the blazing mass of wisdom fire, Great Supreme All-Encompassing Lotus Wrathful Power, the self-radiance of compassion, the dance of the nine great glorious ones, fathers, mothers, emanations, further emanations, command attendants, etc., and also the deities of the four or six classes of tantras, without exception, together with their retinues, arise in form from the expanse, and may the life, longevity, vital force, breath, and radiance of myself and the one to be protected, which have been depleted by the force of past karma and sudden circumstances, be prolonged. Mother of space, Vajravarahi, yogini, with the assembly of emanations and further emanations, may the life force and merit that has been stolen or plundered by gods and demons, or diminished, lost, wandered, or exhausted by force, or subjected to black magic, be swiftly recovered, and may it be dissolved into the stainless copper-colored great emptiness palace of the mother, like water into water, indivisible, of one taste. May you attain the unchanging accomplishment of the three kayas! 引请的事業中，调伏有情罗刹之王八大持明主，显现罗刹之身的勇士勇母众，化身又化身，如微尘数的一切，以能调伏之方便，显现化身之身，我与守护者的命魂寿气精，以宿业突发猛烈之缘而耗损者令增长，衰损者恢复，散失者聚集，断裂者连接，被盗及游荡者召回，歪斜者矫正，破裂者修补，轮回涅槃三道之寿命福德精髓聚集，赐予我与守护者作为寿命之滋养，事业能力加持身语意三门，以三密庄严之轮，获得增长吧！ 吽 舍，清净殊胜的乐土铜色吉祥山，三身佛陀的无量宫殿中，上方具传承的上师如云般聚集，中间本尊坛城如星般遍布，地基上勇士空行如尘般飞扬，奉命鬼神护法如雹般降临，一切皆从不可见之法界中显现身相，我与守护者的命魂寿气精，以业与缘而耗损衰败者恢复，骄慢众所盗或夺者召回，以恶咒所致散失及增长者召回，因惊吓而游荡及受惊吓者，或因惊吓而昏厥等，命魂断损增长者迅速召回，三身圆满具足的慈悲加持，以及地水火风的寿命福德精髓全部聚集，融入觉性空性周遍的明点之中，以无垢法身的意境，获得增长吧！祈请加持于此修行坛城处，将修行物转化为不死智慧甘露，修行圆满，迅速显现证相，赐予不死寿命自在殊胜共同之成就，寿命与智慧无量受持，诵念并将寿箭置于顶门，再次将十字杵置于头顶，乃为藏命增益之事业。 吽 舍，三身圆满汇聚的坛城本尊众，以知、悲、力之无量加持力，稳固坚实地精华地之精华聚集，从肉之界中恢复衰损之命寿，坚固者藏于佛眼佛母的法界中，以如镜智慧金刚印封印。

Gather the life force, merit, essence, and vitality of the three paths of samsara and nirvana. Bestow them upon myself and the one to be protected as nourishment for life. Through the power of activity, bless the three doors, and may we attain increase through the wheel of the ornaments of the three secrets. Hūṃ hrīḥ, In the supreme pure land, the Glorious Copper-Colored Mountain, in the great immeasurable palace of the victorious ones of the three kāyas, above, the lineage lamas gather like clouds, in the middle, the yidam deities are arrayed like stars, on the ground, the heroes and heroines swirl like dust, the command-abiding servants and protectors gather like hail. All of you, arise in form from the invisible realm, restore the life force, life, vital essence, breath, and radiance of myself and the one to be protected, which have been exhausted and deteriorated by karma and circumstances. Gather what has been stolen or taken away by the arrogant hosts, retrieve what has scattered and increased due to being subjected to sorcery, and what has wandered away due to force, startled by a "huṭ," stunned by a "hat," or fainted by a "yet." Swiftly retrieve the life force that has been severed, deteriorated, and increased. Through the blessing of the compassion of the complete three kāyas, and gathering all the life force, merit, essence, and vitality of the stable and moving, dissolve them into the sphere of the bindu, the all-encompassing union of awareness and emptiness. May we attain increase through the intention of the faultless dharmakāya. Bestow great blessings upon this place, the maṇḍala of accomplishment. Transform the substances of accomplishment into the immortal wisdom nectar. Swiftly show the signs and omens of accomplished practice. Bestow the supreme and common siddhis of immortal life empowerment. Hold the immeasurable life and wisdom. Recite and place the life arrow on the crown of the head. Then, again, place the crossed vajra on the head, and this is the activity of concealing and sealing the life force.
