From the sphere of wisdom, in the face of the difficult to tame, arising as the main protector of the teachings, to the twelve steadfast mothers who protect Tibet, I pay homage with a respectful mind of devotion. Now, for the individual who wishes to make offerings to the twelve steadfast mothers who protect Tibet: For the four demonesses, black triangles; for the four yakshas, red squares with rounded tops; for the four medicine women, white circles, each adorned in front with a triple-tiered hook that matches their own color. Gather the necessary implements such as medicine and alcohol. Then, with the pride of being oneself as the Great Glorious One, say: Bhyo! In the supreme place of self-appearing clear light emanation, meadows, snow mountains, gardens, precious rocks, adorned with trees and lakes, a delightful scene. In the space in front of oneself, a swirling mass of rainbow rays and light. A lotus with twelve various petals. At the center of the middle, upon a precious throne with legs, on precious silk brocade, a lotus, sun, and moon, the embodiment of all Buddhas, the powerful Padmasambhava. The color of his body is white and red, with a wrathful smile, a captivating demeanor. His right hand raises a golden vajra into the sky. His left hand holds a skullcup filled with amrita in a gesture of meditative equipoise. In his left armpit, he conceals the form of a goddess.
