May we be together! May power, strength, and ability blaze like fire in the wind. Having perfectly accomplished the unchanging glory of the wind, May the goodness of Dharma and politics increase in the ten directions! Thus, this work entitled "Golden Libation of Windhorse, Bestowing Joy and Auspiciousness" was written due to the convergence of some auspicious circumstances, on the Friday of the third month of the Earth Horse year, by the Fifth Complete Incarnation Thubten Chokyi Dorje in the Immortal Accomplishment Joy Garden at the summit of the great palace of Rudam Orgyen Samten Choling, with the good intention of benefiting the Dharma.
