高高竖立。名声的雷鸣与天空的边际相同。威力能力如风中之火般燃烧。从不改变地圆满成办风的吉祥，愿政教善妙兴盛于十方。东方广阔天空的坛城中，恐怖火焰的噼啪作响中，赐予助长火元素风的吉祥，勇猛增长力量的花虎，颜色如红色末劫之火般燃烧，眼睛如药色，花纹遍布，以威严的声音充满三千世界，升起具有大勇气的风马。南方广阔天空的坛城中，充满水分的深厚雨云的广阔空间中，赐予助长水元素风的吉祥，发出吼声增长力量的青蓝色玉龙，颜色翠绿如融化的珍贵酥油，声音撼动三有世界，闪电的光芒照亮三千世界，手中拿着如意宝珠，升起具有盛名的风马。西方广阔天空的坛城中，从水晶岩石大雪山铁墙的桥梁处，赐予助长铁元素风的吉祥，威猛增长力量的海螺白狮，力量之王，爪子的主人，雪山的辉煌，如百万太阳的光芒，青蓝色的鬃毛如云般浓密，具力狮子的吼声响亮，升起具有光荣的风马。南方广阔天空的坛城中，在如意树的园林中游荡，赐予助长树木风的吉祥，力量迅猛增长的大鹏鸟，具有翠玉的颜色，光芒四射于十方，翠玉的翅膀伸向天空，飞翔于十方，速度比闪电还快，金色的眼睛上戴着珍宝的头饰，升起具有功德的风马。对于虎狮鹏龙风马诸神，献上黄金美酒，清净精华的供品，以此祈愿我等师徒眷属，心中一切愿望皆能实现。祈请增长所有风马的吉祥，将美名的旗帜高高竖立于世间的顶端，名声的雷鸣响彻天空

Erected high. The thunder of fame is equal to the edge of the sky. The power and ability burn like fire in the wind. From the unchanging, perfectly accomplish the auspiciousness of the wind, may the virtues of Dharma and governance flourish in the ten directions. In the mandala of the vast sky in the east, in the crackling of the terrifying flames, bestow and increase the auspiciousness of the fire element wind, the brave and powerful variegated tiger, whose color burns like the fire of the end of time, eyes like medicine color, patterns everywhere, filling the three thousand worlds with a majestic sound, raising the wind horse with great courage. In the mandala of the vast sky in the south, in the vast space of deep rain clouds filled with water, bestow and increase the auspiciousness of the water element wind, the turquoise blue jade dragon that roars and increases power, the color is emerald green like melted precious butter, the sound shakes the three realms of existence, the lightning illuminates the three thousand worlds, holding a wish-fulfilling jewel in its hand, raising the wind horse with great fame. In the mandala of the vast sky in the west, from the bridge of crystal rock, great snow mountain, and iron wall, bestow and increase the auspiciousness of the iron element wind, the brave and majestic conch white lion that increases power, the king of power, the master of claws, the splendor of the snow mountain, like the light of a million suns, the turquoise blue mane is as thick as clouds, the powerful lion's roar resounds, raising the wind horse with glory. In the mandala of the vast sky in the south, wandering in the garden of the wish-fulfilling tree, bestow and increase the auspiciousness of the wood element wind, the great garuda that increases power and speed, has the color of emerald, radiates light in ten directions, the emerald wings stretch into the sky, flying in ten directions, the speed is faster than lightning, with golden eyes and a jewel headdress, raising the wind horse with qualities. To the tiger, lion, garuda, dragon, and wind horse deities, offer this pure essence of golden wine, by this offering, may all the wishes in the hearts of us, teachers, students, and retinue, be fulfilled. Please increase all the auspiciousness of the wind horse, raise the banner of fame high on the top of the world, the thunder of fame resounds through the sky.
