药供食子顶髻等， 供养护法誓言众海之心意。 谷物精华草木精华浓郁汉茶等， 百味俱全身语意安乐， 能量精华圆满之大宝藏， 增长运势滋养敌神之所依， 五宝身殿燃烧之顶饰， 桦树鞭白甲历经九劫之笔， 箭翎鹫羽饰以彩绸， 五宝金轮具足绿松石叶。 竖立虚空长号宝瓶胜幢伞， 圆满世间一切所欲， 此乃供养祈增福慧， 献上酬谢赐予一切所欲之成就。 此外护法誓言众海之眷属， 不离不弃相伴生起意像之所依， 身像咒牌各自本命石， 以及相应誓物无一不具足。 如各自心中所愿， 真实陈设以及意幻之， 如普贤供云一般， 以智慧摄取恭敬献上， 祈请满足护法誓言众海之心意。 成就持明瑜伽士我等之， 根本支分誓言之违犯， 以及诸位不悦之罪过， 不隐瞒不掩饰从心忏悔。 如是供养忏悔之加持力， 愿一切胜者之教法尤其， 殊胜古译金刚乘之教法， 乃至有边际之间永不衰败兴盛。 愿僧众如夏日之海般增长， 以清净戒律调伏自心， 闻思修之智慧能力圆满后， 安住于无动摇之等持中。 愿显现皆为身与智慧手印， 音声皆为大乐梵音咒语之声， 念头分别自解脱光明法身之面容， 迅速亲见赐予之事业。 于世间国土一切方所， 息灭疾疫刀兵饥荒之劫难， 衣食财富受用心中所欲之， 无需勤作任运成就祈请成办。 总而言之持明瑜伽士我等之， 财物受用所有一切， 交付于护法誓言众海您等， 故请谨慎守护。

With medicine, offerings, and the best of everything, Fulfill the heart's desire of the ocean of oath-bound protectors. Essence of grains, essence of plants, fragrant Chinese tea, With a hundred supreme tastes, may body, speech, and mind be at ease. A great treasure of abundant energy and essence, A support for increasing lungta and nourishing enemy gods. A blazing crown of a palace of five precious substances, A birch whip, white armor, a pen with nine joints of age. An arrow adorned with vulture feathers and silk banners, A golden wheel of five precious substances with turquoise leaves. Raising a sky-horn, treasure vase, victory banner, and parasol, This abundance of all desires of existence. It is an offering, may it increase fortune and merit, A reward offered, may it grant the actual attainments of all desires. Furthermore, the retinue of the ocean of oath-bound protectors, A support for creating inseparable, accompanying mind-images, Images, mantras, and each one's own life-stone, And all corresponding samaya substances without exception. According to how each one desires in their heart, Actually arranged and arising from the mind, Like a cloud of Samantabhadra's offerings, Taking it with wisdom, I respectfully offer it, May it fulfill the heart's desire of the ocean of oath-bound protectors. May the root and branches of the samaya of us accomplished vidyadhara yogis, And all faults that contradict your hearts, Be confessed from the heart without concealing or hiding. By the blessings of such fulfillment and confession, May the teachings of the Victorious Ones in general, and in particular, The supreme teachings of the Early Translation Vajrayana, Flourish and not decline until the end of existence. May the assembled sangha increase like a summer ocean, May their minds be tamed by pure ethical discipline, And having perfected the skill of wisdom through hearing, thinking, and meditating, May they abide in an unwavering state of samadhi. May all appearances dawn as form and wisdom mudra, May all sounds be the sound of great bliss, the celestial song of mantra, May all thoughts and concepts be self-liberated, the face of the clear light dharmakaya, May the activity of quickly and directly seeing it be granted. In all realms and lands of the world, May the eon of disease, weapons, and famine be completely pacified, May whatever food, wealth, and enjoyment is desired in the mind, Be effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished. In short, all the wealth and possessions of us vidyadhara yogis, We entrust to you, the ocean of oath-bound protectors, Therefore, please guard and protect it carefully.

如今寿命福德声誉增长，疾病邪魔近害之类全部平息，三界无余尽皆摄于掌控之中，作害之敌魔一切全部，名号亦无彻底寂灭之后，四种事业如意成就。此乃应供养昆桑丹培之殷勤劝请，于雅塘图却洛扎卡曲之顶端，在铁鼠年（1900年）神变月空行母会聚之良辰吉日，于一日间之禅定之时，由蒋贡喇嘛贝玛沃色多昂林巴之劣徒，持有圆满化身五世之名者贝玛特秋丹增，或名图丹曲吉多杰所书。于此而言，此乃总护法之简略圆满祈请文，为喜好简略者之意愿，此乃文简义明易于理解之书写，若有错谬则向护法众忏悔，若有功德则愿所有持教士夫，四种事业之业尽皆圆满，无有困难证得殊胜菩提果位，愿不久迅速获得。吉祥！ 名为教法守护誓言者总集之圆满祈请如意满愿文。

Now, may life, merit, fame, and glory increase, and may all kinds of diseases, evil spirits, and harms be completely pacified. May the three realms be entirely brought under control, and may all enemies and obstacles that cause harm be utterly extinguished, without even a name remaining. May the four activities be accomplished as desired. This was written at the earnest request of Chö Kunzang Tenphel, from the summit of Yagtong Thukchok Lhodrak Kharchu, in the Iron Rat year (1900), on an auspicious day during the month of miracles when the Dakinis gather, during a session of solitary retreat, by Pema Tekchok Tenzin, also known as Thubten Chökyi Dorje, the lowest of the servants of Jamgön Lama Pema Ösel Do-ngak Lingpa, who holds the name of the Fifth Dzogchen Rinpoche. Here, I say: This concise and abbreviated fulfillment offering to all oath-bound protectors is for the benefit of those who delight in brevity. This writing, with few words, clear meaning, and easy understanding, if there are errors, I confess to the assembly of protectors. If there is merit, may all the holders of the teachings, having completely perfected the activities of the four actions, without difficulty, attain the supreme state of enlightenment. May it be quickly obtained without delay. May there be auspiciousness! Herein lies the fulfillment offering called "The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel: A General Fulfillment for the Ocean of Dharma Protectors."
