Command-obeying spirits and remaining ones, please accept the torma through power. Accomplish the activity of spontaneously fulfilling intentions. Then, the supplication that urges from the heart's core is: Emaho! In the realm of the great bliss dharmakaya, infinite light, On the glorious Copper-Colored Mountain, Avalokiteshvara, On the Rhayab Palri Mountain, Lotus-Born Skull Garland Power, I supplicate the supreme, inseparable from the three kayas. Protector, you are the lama, the Three Jewels, the yidam, Heroes, dakinis, dharma protectors, wealth deities, and all, With the wisdom that knows the nature of the gathering of all refuges, I call from the heart, look with eyes of compassion. For me and sentient beings like me, helpless in this degenerate age, Whatever needs to be tamed, in whatever way, arise as an emanation, May all the temporary and ultimate intentions, Be accomplished according to the Dharma, Padmasambhava. Especially when tormented by fierce diseases and evil spirits, Arise as the form of the Ugyen Medicine Buddha, In the shade of the blessing-wish-fulfilling tree, Grant the breath of relief, Padmasambhava. When frightened by various untimely deaths, Arise as the form of the Ugyen Amitayus Protector, Grant the fortunate opportunity to manifestly bestow, The supreme accomplishment of deathless life and wisdom, Padmasambhava. When distressed by the suffering of the decline of the environment and beings, Arise as the form of the Ugyen Dakini Wealth Deity, From the great cloud of wealth and enjoyment, fully endowed, Pour down the rain of all desires, Padmasambhava. When the feast of the Dharma of scriptural and realization is diminished, Arise as the form of the Ugyen Shakya Sengge, May the upholders of the teachings be stable, and the teachings of explanation and practice, May the teachings flourish, Padmasambhava. When oppressed by the darkness of delusion and ignorance, Arise as the form of the Ugyen Lodrö Chokser, Grant the light of wisdom that knows all knowable things, As they are and as many as they are, Padmasambhava. When accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others, Arise as the form of the Ugyen Pema Sambhava, May the siddhis of mundane and supramundane, The auspicious signs, increase, Padmasambhava.
