་ཤོག །བཀྲིས་ནི། བྱིན་རླབས་མཆོག་སྩོལ་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མ་དང་། །དངོས་གྲུབ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཡི་དམ་ཞི་དང་ཁྲོ། །བར་ཆད་ཀུན་སེལ་དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་དང་། །ཕྲིན་ལས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་དམ་ཅན་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ཚོགས། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ནི་ལྕང་རའི་བུམ་སྒྲུབ་ཆེན་མོའི་སྐབས། ཉག་རོང་རྒྱབ་ཟི་ཚེ་བརྟན་ནས་བསྐུལ་ངོར་ལྕང་ར་དགོན་ཐུབ་བསྟན་ནོར་བུའི་གླིང་གི་མདུན་ཐང་དུ་བསྟན་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ལྷག་བསམ་དཀར་པོས་རྫོགས་སྤྲུལ་ལྔ་བ་ཐུབ་བསྟན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེས་བྲིས་པ་དགེའོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ། ། འཇམ་མགོན་མི་ཕམ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་བླ་སྒྲུབ་བྱིན་རླབས་མཆོག་སྩོལ་བཞུགས་སོ།།

吉祥！吉祥颂：祈请加持之根本传承上师，成就之源本尊寂静与忿怒，遣除障碍之勇士空行母，事业圆满之护法誓盟众，坛城诸尊众赐予吉祥！此乃于章热（Changra）之瓶修大法会之际，应新龙（Nyarong）甲孜（Gyabzi）才旦（Tseten）之请，由第五世圆满化身土登曲吉多杰（Thubten Chokyi Dorje）以利益教法之纯净发心，于章热寺（Changra Gompa）图丹诺布林（Thubten Norbu Ling）之广场书写，善哉！吉祥！ 蒋贡麦彭仁波切之上师修法加持祈请文 敬录。

May there be auspiciousness! A song of auspiciousness: May the root and lineage lamas who bestow blessings, the peaceful and wrathful yidams who are the source of accomplishments, the heroes and dakinis who dispel all obstacles, and the Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones who perfectly accomplish activities, may all the deities of the mandala bestow auspiciousness! This was written by the fifth complete emanation, Thubten Chokyi Dorje, with pure intention to benefit the teachings, at the request of Nyarong Gyabzi Tseten, during the great vase practice ceremony of Changra, in front of Thubten Norbu Ling monastery of Changra. May it be virtuous! Mangalam! Herein resides the Guru Sadhana of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, "Bestowing Supreme Blessings."
