诸位，以懊悔之心作忏悔；从今时起直至菩提果，所有罪恶不善之业，纵使身受其害亦不为之，于诸佛尊前立此誓言。祈请您勿作舍弃之想，如慈爱之子般垂怜护佑。如是坦白忏悔后，我等入密咒门者，愿根本支分之誓言，所有违犯皆得圆满。愿获得殊胜与共同等，所有成就。愿获得塔那嘎那之见行自在，心之证悟。如是忏悔清净力，愿我与六道众生，身语意三之障碍得以清净，纵处地狱亦能拔除。愿从六道之中解脱。愿五道十地之次第，于刹那间得以行进。愿于持明者之佛土中，获得佛之三身。以此所生之善业，愿密咒金刚乘，教法威猛加持兴盛。愿此密咒宣扬于国土，人疾畜疫得以平息。愿人寿丰饶，牲畜兴旺。愿一切众生修持十善。愿一切众生速证佛果。如是瑜伽之总忏悔，地狱拔济忏悔之王，莲花生大师对措嘉所作之教言。仅诵此密咒一遍，无间五罪亦如灰烬般消散。此乃《意集甚深续》中所说。因此，将此作为本尊极为重要。乃大自在主娘之伏藏。萨玛雅。嘉嘉嘉。ཨྀ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。伏藏与封印：嘉。获得密咒内外灌顶之誓言，对于珍爱与弥补等，此乃正确之读诵与忏悔。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（梵文， सर्व मङ्गलम्，sarva maṅgalam，一切吉祥！）。 寂怒地狱拔济瑜伽之总忏悔，忏悔仪轨无垢忏悔续。

O all, I confess with a remorseful heart; From this moment until enlightenment, All sinful and unwholesome deeds, Even if I suffer harm, I will not do them, I vow before all the Buddhas. Please do not abandon me with indifference, but protect me like a loving child. After such confession and repentance, may we who have entered the gate of secret mantra, may all violations of the root and branch vows be fulfilled. May we obtain all siddhis, such as the supreme and the common. May we obtain the view and conduct of Tana Gana, and the realization of mind. By the power of such repentance and purification, may I and all sentient beings of the six realms, purify the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and even if we are in hell, may we be liberated. May we be liberated from the six realms. May the stages of the five paths and ten bhumis, be traversed in an instant. May we obtain the three bodies of the Buddha, in the land of the Vidyadharas. By this merit, may the secret mantra Vajrayana, the teachings be powerful and blessed, and may they flourish. May this secret mantra be proclaimed in the country, and may human and livestock diseases be pacified. May people prosper and livestock thrive. May all beings practice the ten virtues. May all beings quickly attain Buddhahood. Thus, the general confession of yoga, the king of confession that liberates from hell, is the instruction given by Guru Padmasambhava to Tsogyal. By reciting this secret mantra even once, the five uninterrupted sins will be transformed like ashes. This is stated in the Gongdü Longchen Gyü. Therefore, it is very important to regard this as a yidam. It is the terma of the great lord Nyang. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. ཨྀ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）. Ter and seal: Gya. For those who have received the inner and outer empowerments of secret mantra, this is the correct reading and confession for cherishing and restoring vows. Sarva Mangalam (Sanskrit, सर्व मङ्गलम्, sarva maṅgalam, All auspicious!).
