Musk three sho, ghee three sho, madder six sho, Physalis angulata three sho, haritaki six sho, garlic three roots, henbane one nyag, datura three sho, aconite three sho, Rehmannia glutinosa three sho, quince three sho, Plumbago zeylanica six sho, mercury one nyag, glossy Somarāja three sho, red beeswax oil six nyag, black sesame oil three nyag, mustard oil three nyag, rapeseed oil six nyag, the broth of sixteen fish, each about a span high, pork fat three nyag, marmot fat one nyag, vulture fat one handful, the broth of one medicinal spirit pill boiled, the broth of one putrid, odorless pigeon meat boiled, yak butter aged twelve years five nyag, sheep butter two nyag. Mix in one handful of goat milk and apply it as an ointment. It is effective for arthritis, white vein disease, ringworm, emphysema, serous fluid, smallpox, scabies, dry eczema, hives, pox, mange, and all diseases caused by cold serous fluid. Apply twice, warming it in the sun or over a fire. Each time, take half and apply it with massage, rubbing carefully. If the disease has been present for one year, it will be cured within seven days. If the disease has been present for two years, it will be cured in fourteen days. If the disease has been present for three years, it will be cured in twenty-one days. The following is the medicine to be taken internally: crucian carp six sho, radish six sho, long pepper three sho, Plumbago zeylanica three sho, turmeric six sho, golden boneless meat six sho, haritaki three sho, madder three sho, Swertia chirata half a sho, cardamom half a sho, nutmeg half a sho, lychee half a sho, Somarāja one nyag, glutinous rice three sho, musk half a sho, ghee half a sho, Terminalia chebula half a sho. Add a handful of white sugar to these medicines, make pills the size of dried apricots, and take them in the morning with boiling water or wine. For food, eat tsampa, fresh meat, fresh bone soup, warm tea, and only warm tea without butter and milk. Do not give any other kind of food. Benefits: It is effective for all internal diseases except for the head, ears, and limbs. In Indian language, it is called Mudrāphena, in Tibetan, it is called real sea foam. Three garlic cloves, lychee, and nutmeg, grind the three medicines equally into powder, fry them in oil, and drip the oil into the ears, three drops in each ear, which can cure ear
