འཕགས་པ་རྩ་བའི་མཛོད་སྨན་ཆེན་པོའི་རིམ་པ། ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ། འཕགས་པ་རྩ་བའི་མཛོད་སྨན་ཆེན་པོའི་རིམ་པ། ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ། །།ན་མོ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ། ན་མཤྩཎྜ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎཾ་ཡེ་མ་ཧཱ་ཡཀྵ་སེ་ན་པ་ཏ་ཡ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་ཛྭ་ར་གྲི་ཎུ་ཛྭ་ར་གྲི་ཎུ་གརྫ་གརྫ། ཙྪརྡུ་ཙྪརྡུ། མུཉྩ་མུཉྩ། ཉིན་གཅིག་པ་དང༌། ཉིན་གཉིས་པ་དང༌། ཉིན་གསུམ་པ་དང༌། ཉིན་བཞི་པ་དང༌། རིམས་མི་བཟད་པ་རྣམས། ཨ་ཊ་ཧ་ཊ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བཀའ་ བཞིན་དུ། ཧུ་རུ་ཧུ་རུ། དྷུ་ན་དྷུ་ན། བི་དྷུ་ན་བི་དྷུ་ན། སི་རི་མུཉྩ་ཀ་ཎཱཾ་མུཉྩ་ཏྭ་ཞི་ད་ཡཾ་མུཉྩ་མུཉྩ། ཌ་ད་རཾ་མུཉྩ། ཀ་ཊི་མུཉྩ་མུཉྩ་ཀཎྛ་མུཉྩ། ཧསྟི་མུཉྫ། བཱ་དོ་མུཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཆེ་གེ་མོའི་རིམས་ཉམས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། རིམས་བཟློག་པའོ། །དབང་པོའི་ནས་དང༌། ཞུ་མཁན་དང༌། པུ་ཤེ་ཙི་དང་མ་སར། སྤོས་དཀར། པ་མ། བཱི་ཏཱ། ནི་ཕཊའི་འདབ་མ་རྣམས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱས་ནས་བཏགས་ཏེ་གདོང་ལ་བྱུགས་ན་གདོང་ཟླ་བ་ལྟ་བུར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀཱ་མ་ཡཱའི་རྩ་བ་གཙུག་ཏུ་བཅིངས་ན་གཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀུ་ཋཱ་རཙྪིཎྨའི་རྩ་བ་ཁར་བཅུག་ན་རལ་གྲི་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཟློག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཨ་ལཾ་མུ་ཥཱའི་རྩ་བ་རྣ་བ་གཉིས་ལ་བཅིངས་ན་རིམས་ཉིན་བཞི་པ་ཉམས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དུར་ཁྲོད་དུ་སྐྱེས་པའི་དྲོ་ཎ་པུཥྤའི་ཁུ་བས་མིག་བཀང་ན་མིག་གི་མེ་ཏོག་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཀྵུ་དགྲ་ཨི་ནི་ཀའི་རྩ་བ་དང༌། གི་ཝཾ་ལྷན་ཅིག་བཏགས་ནས་ཐིག་ལེ་བྱས་ན་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྒོར་མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤྲི་གཱ་ལ་བསྟུ་ཀཱའི་རྩ་བ་རྣ་བ་ལ་བཅིངས་ན་མིག་ནད་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ས་ཁོ་ཊ་ཀའི་རྩ་བས་མགུལ་ནད་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །བྷུ་མི་ཙམ་པ་ཀའི་རྩ་བ་བཏགས་ནས་བཏུངས་ན་ལྟོ་བའི་ཟུག་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དཀའ་ཐུབ་པའི་ཆུ་འོངས་པ་དང༌། འབྲས་སཱ་ལུ་དང༌། འབྲས་ཐུག་པོ་ཆེ་དང༌། ཀ་ར་དཀར་པོ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་བཏུངས་ན་བུད་མེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཁྲག་འབབ་པ་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཏྲི་ཤྲུ་ལི་ཀའི་རྩ་བ་ཁར་བཅུག་ན་གླང་པོ་ཆེ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བྲྀ་ཧ་ཏཱི་དཀར་པོའི་རྩ་བ་འབྲས་ཐུག་པོ་ཆེའི་ཆུ་དང་བཏགས་ནས་བཏུངས་ན་རྡེ་ནད་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །སུ་བཱཎྞ་སེ་ཕཱ་ལི་ཀའི་རྩ་བ་དར་བ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་བཏགས་ནས་བྱུག་པ་བྱས་ན་ཁྱི་རྔོ་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །མངོན་པར་བགྲོད་པའི་དུས་སུ་ཨགྣི་བསྟུ་ཀའི་རྩ་བ་ཁར་བཅུག་ན་མོད་ལ་བུད་མེད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཨ་ལ་མུ་ཥཱའི་རྩ་བ་ཀཾ་ཛི་ཀ་དང་བཏགས་ ནས་མགོ་བོ་ལ་བྱབས་ན་མགོའི་ནད་སེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཨ

The Sequence of the Great Root Treasury Medicine, by Nagarjuna. The Sequence of the Great Root Treasury Medicine. Nagarjuna. Namo Ratna Trayaya! Namas Chaṇḍa Vajrapāṇiṃ ye mahāyakṣa senāpataye! Tadyathā: Oṃ jvara ghṛṇu jvara ghṛṇu gardza gardza! Cchardu cchardu! Muñca muñca! One day, two days, three days, four days, and unbearable epidemics. Aṭa haṭa, as commanded by Vajrapāṇi. Huru huru, dhuna dhuna, vidhuna vidhuna, siri muñca kaṇāṃ muñca tva śida yaṃ muñca muñca! Ḍa da raṃ muñca! Kaṭi muñca muñca kaṇṭha muñca! Hasti muñja! Bādo muñca hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ, may the fever of so-and-so subside, svāhā! This is for averting epidemics. Emperor's barley, ghee, Puśeci and Māsara, white sandalwood, Pāma, Bītā, and the petals of Nipaṭa, all mixed together, pounded, and applied to the face, the face will become like the moon. If the root of Kāmayā is tied to the crown of the head, it will induce sleep. If the root of Kuṭhāra Cchinnā is placed in the mouth, it will ward off swords and other weapons. If the root of Alaṃ Muṣā is tied to both ears, it will alleviate quartan fever. If the eyes are filled with the juice of Droṇa Puṣpa that grows in the cemetery, it will clear eye floaters. If the root of Ṣudghra Inikā and ghee are tied together and made into a tilaka (auspicious mark), it will become highly esteemed in the king's palace. If the root of Śrīgāla Bstuka is tied to the ear, it will cure eye diseases. The root of Sākhota Kaka cures throat diseases. If the root of Bhumi Campaka is tied and drunk, it will relieve stomach pain. If the water that comes from the ascetic, Sālu rice, large-grained rice, and white sugar are drunk together, it will stop bleeding in women. If the root of Triśrulika is placed in the mouth, it will subdue elephants. If the root of white Bṛhatī is pounded with the water of large-grained rice and drunk, it will cure gonorrhea. If the root of Suvarṇa Sephālikā is tied with yogurt and applied as an ointment, it will cure dog mange. When preparing to travel, if the root of Agni Bstuka is placed in the mouth, women will immediately become obedient. If the root of Alaṃ Muṣā is pounded with Kaṃjikā and applied to the head, it will cure head diseases.
