名为七十愿偈。 利益他者之音静处。 名为七十愿偈。 利益他者之音静处。 印度语：Pranidhana Saptani Nama Gatha。藏语：名为七十愿偈。向菩萨普贤顶礼！具有无量功德珍宝之聚，彻底连根拔除罪恶之毒树，十方之中三时安住之，向善逝们顶礼！驱除无知之昏暗，取出潜伏之箭毒之方便，开启三有众生一切智慧之，向开眼之法顶礼！善逝之子僧伽不退转，以大悲心牵引心意，对于成为贤善百俱胝之所有，不断以头顶礼。 于众生中我所作之不善，稍微做过或者劝他做随喜，向诸佛忏悔之后，受持以后不再做之律仪。善逝、独觉以及声闻，以及佛子所积累之善根，如同世间人所行持之善事，所有一切我也随喜。众生为烦恼毒所迷惑，对于彼等所有之不善，那是自己欢喜，无论如何都要趋入地狱。愿以寂静安乐之甘露，满足而行善，众生所有之痛苦，愿我接受。愿这些众生心中迅速生起，真正之菩提，心中生起菩提之后，愿真实成办菩提之资粮。积累善资粮之后获得地，执持三有之怙主之种姓，摧毁诸敌之后于三界中，获得大法王之果位。菩提树下佛与独觉，日夜长久安住者，为了降下无与伦比之法甘露之雨，而祈请，圆满成办利他之后，殊胜之涅槃。

Possessing a collection of immeasurable qualities and precious jewels, completely uprooting the poisonous tree of faults, Those who dwell in the ten directions and three times, I pay homage to the Sugatas! Dispelling the darkness of ignorance, The means of extracting the latent poisonous arrow, Opening the eyes of wisdom of all three realms of beings, I pay homage to the Dharma that opens the eyes! The sons of the Sugatas, the irreversible Sangha, Their minds are drawn by great compassion, To all who have become hundreds of millions of virtuous ones, I constantly bow my head in homage. Whatever non-virtue I have committed among beings, Whether I have done a little, or encouraged others to do it, or rejoiced in it, Having confessed these to the Buddhas, I take the vow not to do them again in the future. Sugatas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Shravakas, And the virtuous deeds accumulated by the sons of the Buddhas, Just as the virtuous deeds practiced by worldly people, I rejoice in all of them. Beings whose minds are deluded by the poison of afflictions, Whatever non-virtue they possess, That is because they themselves are happy, and they are bound to enter the hells. May they be satisfied with the nectar of perfect peace and happiness, And may their minds be virtuous. Whatever suffering beings have, May I take it upon myself. May these beings quickly generate in their minds, The very essence of perfect enlightenment. After generating enlightenment in their minds, May they truly accomplish the accumulations of enlightenment. Having accumulated the accumulations of virtue and attained the ground, Holding the lineage of the protectors of the three realms, Having conquered the enemies, in the three realms, May I attain the state of the great Dharma king. Buddhas and Pratyekabuddhas under the Bodhi tree, Those who dwell and remain for many days and nights, In order to rain down the unparalleled rain of Dharma nectar, I pray, Having perfected the fulfillment of benefiting others, The supreme Nirvana.

何者为善逝？ 利益他人且长久地， 祈请住世之贤善者。 于三界稠密中游荡之， 所有众生数量有多少， 愿彼等皆得寂静之乐， 享用甘露之宴。 如是所修诸善根， 悉皆回向圆满菩提。 愿我因此菩提心， 刹那亦不离。 乃至圆满之基， 未证得善逝之果位， 彼时亦不离能仁胜者， 及诸菩萨众。 仅以彼等示现较他人， 低下之行道， 不生厌倦，于一切， 佛子之行亦勤修。 愿我身之肢体， 圆满且为众人所赞叹， 功德聚、忆念宿世， 种族高贵且身形端严。 舍弃利他而专注自利， 如极毒般舍弃之后， 以悲悯煎熬之心，一切众生， 愿皆能随顺趋入。 愿他人取用我之财物， 不稍执着他人之财， 如于己财不犹豫般， 随意取用受用。 若有人乞求我之肉， 亦以欢笑之眼施舍之。 愿我之足等，恒常， 为有情众生而施舍。 愿我如如意宝般， 成办众生一切所欲， 如能圆满心中期望之， 如意树般。 愿我自性之罪业， 如不净般远远舍弃， 不违越能仁之殊胜者， 所制之学处。 伸展身命之顾恋， 恒常欢喜于寂静处。 对于利养及一切恭敬， 如唾液般厌恶。 对于众生如贱民之子般， 舍弃骄慢与傲慢， 如高贵种姓之亲眷般， 随顺成办且行持。

Who is the Sugata? To that wise one who benefits others and dwells long, I pray to remain. All sentient beings who wander in the dense three realms, However many there may be, May they all obtain the bliss of perfect peace, And partake as guests in the feast of nectar. Whatever virtues I have thus accumulated, I dedicate them all to perfect enlightenment. Through this, may I never, Even for an instant, be separated from the mind of enlightenment. Until I have attained the state of the Sugata, Which is the basis of all perfections, May I never be separated from the supreme among sages, And the hosts of Bodhisattvas. Only through them, showing the path of conduct That is inferior to others, Without any weariness, may I apply myself To all the deeds of the Buddhas' children. May the limbs and parts of my body Be complete and worthy of praise by all beings, May I have a wealth of qualities, remembrance of past lives, Noble lineage, and a beautiful form. Having abandoned the pursuit of self-interest, which is like poison, And with a mind tormented by compassion, may all beings Be drawn together and followed. May others take my possessions, And may I not hold even a little to be the wealth of others, Just as there is no hesitation regarding my own wealth, May I freely take and use it. Even if someone asks for my flesh, May I give it with a smiling face. May my feet and so forth always Be given for the sake of sentient beings. May I be like a wish-fulfilling jewel, Accomplishing all the desires of beings, And like a wish-granting tree, Fulfilling all hopes in the mind. May I spontaneously abandon sins, As if they were impurities, and may I not Violate the precepts established By the supreme sage, the Thuba. Having extended the view on body and life, May I always rejoice in solitary places. For gains and all forms of respect, May I turn my mind away, as if from spittle. For beings, like a child of an outcaste, Having abandoned pride, arrogance, and conceit, Like a gathering of relatives of noble birth, May I accomplish and practice in accordance.
